Mastering the mode Children food... I cooked vegetable broth for soup on it and directly myself
Cod soup with zucchini and rice
Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker
I'm very happy with the result

Now I cook corn (stewing 15 min.), They said that this corn is cooked quickly. I'm waiting for the result.

I cooked this on "Krupa", 20 minutes, cooked
The pressure dropped, but it can be seen that the cooking process is still in progress. She began to play off forcibly, a couple more. I'll wait a little more.
They said that hot corn should be greased with butter and then salted. Hurry to open.

Irina, and how much water was poured on "Krupa"?
Quote: RepeShock

Yes, I also waited for the pressure to drop by itself. 20 minutes - this mode itself lasted, without dialing and cooling.

I pour so that the cobs are covered with water.
Corn, large, yellow, put up to max. marks. But she poured water so that the top layer was left without water by a third.

What a delicious corn! The taste is very delicate. Yes, you can't cook that without pressure.

Was the lid clean? I’m afraid I’ll cook hercules here, I’ll cook it at 502.
Hercules is cooked perfectly, today I cooked it, I'm very happy. The lid is clean, the saucepan is not even halfway through. Result

The lid is not clean, you need to remove / wash it. And it was boiling, that to the very edges of the bowl, given that the liquid was 4 m / st (milk / water 1: 1)

When the bowl is tilted, the porridge flows down smoothly, revealing a fairly clean bottom.

But in fairness, to be honest, I really liked to cook rolled oats in SV.
In terms of time, not taking into account the whims of the saucepan, it turned out the same as on the stove, but there are advantages: not to stand guard over the milk, the second, again, not to guard after filling the cereal. Further, of course, it is easier on the stove, I set the time and under the lid I keep it on languor without watching. With all the manipulations, in both cases it takes about 20 minutes.
Well, the porridge itself ... I liked it better, or maybe because it stood for a long time in a closed saucepan and steamed well? Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker
In general, I decided that tomorrow I will repeat the process, only I will reduce the cooking time to 3 minutes.
Elena Bo
And today I again cooked semolina porridge for breakfast on the Manual. Super porridge. And in general it is not necessary to approach. Also (at 95 degrees) you can make a quick hercules. And the lid is not locked.

On the manual one you can of course find the temperature for rolled oats. I really like this mode, but I wanted to decide on the oatmeal in the milk porridge mode.
Gasha
Wow ... And my oatmeal was cooked perfectly, not only the lid was clean, but also the side walls of the pan Milk porridge mode, the proportions are the same and the time did not decrease ...

Probably the quality of rolled oats and milk affects. We take homemade fat milk, and Hercules "Don Gusto", produced by St. Petersburg (cook for 15-20 minutes).
I cooked it twice in Brand 502, the lid is in traces of porridge.

I will wait for the result. I want it tasty, fast and without problems with the lid.
Why wait? I cooked from long-boiled flakes.

and I have this question arose, if you cook porridge at a temperature of less than 100 degrees, the milk does not boil, m the porridge is "cooked" in unboiled milk?

It must be cooked either in boiled or UHT milk.

Elena, long-boiled flakes - how many minutes do they need to cook?
Elena Bo
The package says to cook for 15-20 minutes. Hercules itself is a yellowish rolled grain.

Girls, I cooked corn at 6050 on the "Steam" mode for 10 minutes on a double boiler. I blew off the steam forcibly (I almost always bleed it manually, except for milk). Corn is delicious !!! With butter, salt - yum-yum, the most tender !!!
Luysia
And I cooked on a double boiler, only 30 minutes.

Now I'll put it on, just broke it straight from the tin.
Ukka
Luysia, try to reduce the time. Girls in multicooker topics wrote that corn is ready for steaming in 15 minutes. I tried it, yes, really ready!
Luysia
I'll try, but my corn is not varietal, but stern simple.

There's some more corn for the popcorn. Never tried making popcorn at home. I hope my micra will survive it.
MariV
I cooked the simplest cabbage soup on beef with bone.
Croshki too clever with the children's program, and the cabbage boiled. The time taken to relieve pressure must be taken into account. There is work to do!

Marina, such beauty turned out! Is there a recipe?

I cut the boiled corn off the cob with a knife, it turned out to be an excellent side dish. Whole corn, much tastier than ready-made corn. I froze 4 cobs, in a couple of days I want to cook and see what happens.

I read that cooking frozen is not tasty. Better to bake in foil with olive oil in the oven.

I also froze corn for the first time, so I look forward to your report on what happened.

How I cook, I will definitely write.
Here's another thing I thought. Now I'm going to cut off the remaining boiled corn and freeze it. And in a few days I'll taste it. Such storage will be more economical and ready-made.
francevna
I cut off corn, from one ear the weight was 200g, from the second 220g. I sent it to the freezer, in a couple of days I will report what happened.

At one time I froze a lot of corn - I really froze it And I froze it boiled, and raw, and on the cob, and grains. Conclusion: freeze raw - transfer the product. Only boiled! Boiled in taste does not lose at all, unlike raw. It comes out with a very unpleasant aftertaste. True, I did not try to bake in foil with olive oil, so I fully admit that the unpleasant aftertaste will be interrupted. But I won't try it myself. Because boiled is definitely tastier.

It turns out that there is already a specialist in corn harvesting.
Tatyana, and boiled corn was simply thawed at room temperature or in the microwave?
azaza
No, did not freeze. Or in a micron, or for a couple, but threw it straight from the freezer. Pts delicious! But you need to keep it longer - on top it is already hot, and you start to eat, the stump is unpleasantly cold, and cools down quickly. And it's very tasty.
And I noticed: if you freeze the harsh corn, then it becomes quite crumbly. So I disposed of all the unsuccessful corn.

Tatyana, I boiled an ear, cut the corn with a knife and froze it without an ear.

If without a cob, then it is the same either in a micron or steamed. Only in time it will be faster. And you can also add side dishes to soups - it turns out very tasty!

Today I grilled meat at 6050 - I never paid attention, but today on the "Hot" "Meat" also clicked three times. I think it's okay, that's how the relay turns on.

Girls! I cooked pea soup. Soaked the peas in the evening. I put all that was needed in Brandika's saucepan, closed the lid, pressed -sup-, added the time +10 minutes because of the peas, and pressed -start-. After 24 minutes, the pressure is 20, it soars strongly, with a strong smell of peas, after another 6 minutes the pressure is 30, after 42 minutes from the start, the report-20 lit up. So, at a pressure of 30, we switched to heating in 20 minutes. After 30 minutes, I opened the lid normally, and there everything was stained very tasty: both the saucepan and the lid and the ring. But the soup was cooked above praise, the potatoes were just cooked well, the peas were not to be seen, they went into mashed potatoes, as my husband loves. Wonderful chicken pea soup! Sfotala, but did not learn to insert yet. I'm happy with how it was prepared. Only the question arose, why did not the pressure rise to 40, as it is written in the passport? I only added the cooking time, I didn't touch anything else.Or is it supposed to be, since I added an additional 10 minutes? Seasoned Brandists, what do you say? But I'm happy with Brandik, I tried the soup - oh, how delicious! Much tastier than in PaniSona 18 - for sure. Thanks for attention.
MariS
Madames, it's good that the peas were soaked all night, I didn't get the puree soup without soaking - I've written about this before.
I don't understand about pressure either ...
madames
Yes, I forgot to write that the level of the soup does not reach the top of the saucepan by 8 cm. Is this normal or a lot? I do not know. shopping mall skrovarka first and soup first.

Here it was necessary to be on the alert. If it hovers strongly and does not block the pressure after a few seconds, then the pressure cooker is not tightly closed. The silicone ring is dirty (not washed from the previous preparation) or poorly dressed. Or a dirty float and a couple of difficult to lift it. Or a dirty weight.
madames
Elena, thanks for the answer. Yesterday I unscrewed the lid and washed it together with the ring, although the lid was clean. Filmed nothing more. What else is there to wash and remove? I'm waiting for a video from Tanyulya where she will show how to wash and disassemble everything in Brand, in other videos on other devices this is shown for her. I just need to put everything together correctly, what if I can't do it? Here I washed the drip tray and put it on there was water. I'm just afraid I'm still this pressure cooker; I will try to improve.

If everything is clean, then the ring is poorly installed.

Maybe I'm such an asshole. nka, but I hardly disassemble my pressure cooker. I took a chance, looked at the forum - I decided to unscrew the ring in the middle. Well, she unscrewed it, twirled it - my husband saw my exercises, twisted his finger at his temple - why are you twisting it again? The ring (gasket) also took out two times - purely out of curiosity. True, I have not cooked milk porridge (yet, in August it will have to) and have not cooked pea soups yet. And so - I keep disposable paper towels for sanitary purposes - I used it, wiped everything dry and everywhere, drove the condensate along the grooves into the drip tray, poured the water out of the drip tray and rinsed the container. I keep the lid open for a long time.
Valve - white - never touched - why? I cook in mine every day, sometimes two or three times a day.
About the lack of pressure - I had this, I have not yet figured out why. I had to reinstall the modes several times. Excess steam does not come out of nowhere.

I cooked meat in French today by hint Irina-Vernissage.
Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker
She roasted pork on the FRYING mode, and the main mode was KRUPA - 14 minutes.
The meat turned out awesome. The daughter, and she is a lover of French meat, said that it tastes better than in the oven. Well, potatoes are like potatoes, why try them. The cheese should be "normal", but I only had Parmesan, with it not that much. And all together it was very tasty.
There was one peculiarity when cooking. So I turned on the pressure cooker, the snake ran. After 10-12 minutes (I definitely didn’t detect it), the pressure cooker squeaked and switched to heating, raising the pressure to 30 instead of 50 units and not counting the time at all. I thought the children pressed what. She began to interrogate - they swear and swear that they did not touch anything. I again set the parameters of the KRUPA mode, pressure 50 kPa, for 14 minutes and pressed START. Time passed immediately and then everything was according to plan. What was it? Who knows? The liquid in the bowl was, although not much, but splashed (a couple of tablespoons somewhere).
Luysia
Ksyusha, there was not enough liquid the first time. While it warmed up a little, the products started juice and for the second time there was enough liquid to build up pressure.
