Aunt Besya
Girls, and who else besides our Hairpins washed baking rugs in a typewriter? The hairpin disappeared and there is no one to ask. So I just can't figure out how she places them there: standing with a tube or how?
Pilgrim73
I washed, just laid it all over the surface on one of the shelves. But I did not like it, silicone strongly absorbs the smell and then it is transferred to baked goods, and one baking sheet made of silicone (expensive, I don’t remember the company) ordered to live for a long time, after several washes it broke, although I was washing at a temperature of only 55 *.

And me too:

just laid it all over the surface on one of the shelves.
Still mine, but rarely. If something sticks very strongly.
Aunt Besya
I'm not talking about silicone, but about a reusable cloth, the Hairpin washes it. If you just spread it out, then after all, you won't put anything on top, the trickles won't break through it? Take the whole basket to wash the rug? Something is wrong here ...
izvarina.d
Aunt Besya , I put such things on the edge under the back wall of the lower basket and support them with a thread. I have flexible cutting boards that are thin and durable, they roll into a tube, so I wash them, leaning on the back of the machine.
matroskin_kot
I cling to the side board and to the raised shelf for wine glasses, but I still don't like washing like that, it can be washed better with my hands

I read only a couple of pages ... damn it, you killed a new "Wishlist" right on the vine. It is not destiny for a dishwasher to live there ... Although, in terms of costs of water + electricity, it would give a benefit of 1 ruble per day. It was planned to wash: an old German service with gilding, Teflon molds with accompanying silicone bells and whistles, an aluminum saucepan with a meat grinder and plastic containers, and of course spoons-forks (some stainless, and some silver-plated, with the same service got from my grandmother). None of the above, it turns out to poke into the PMM But it's good that there is this forum, otherwise I would have bought it out of ignorance and would have scolded myself for a long time for a rash act.

Wasp, this is the conclusion! I bought a dishwasher and completely changed the dishes and cutlery for it. And I do not regret it at all. I enjoy free time and cleanliness. the machine washes everything - grids from a gas stove, baking sheets, cutting boards, a strainer from a sink (previously untwisted from a sealing gum), pans, flower vases, shades from chandeliers. With my hands, I only wash the bucket from the bread machine and the aluminum form L7 and also the aluminum stock from the meat grinder. And I have well-groomed hands with manicure
zoyaaa
I wash silicone rugs only in the dishwasher, I place them in the lower tray from the very edge, one Tupperian and the other cheap Chinese. Everything is fine, nothing sticks.

I agree 100%. Of course, not without the fact that you have to wash something with your hands. I wash with my hands: pots from multicooker, a bucket from a bread machine, teflon and silicone molds, but it is not difficult to wash them. Aluminum, gilding, cupronickel, etc. mine without problems at 55 degrees, and everything is fine. You can wash it with gel, the girls have already written, and I personally tried it. Indeed, it washes delicately. I will say more, my niece (2.5 years old) gutted a shuhlya with rolling pins, hammers and shovels (all made of wood) and launched them with a crash and joyful screams down the steps of the corridor, so I washed all this household in the PMM, intact and clean ...
Wasp, it's up to you, of course, but a dishwasher is a big deal! The main thing is to agree with her
Oca
Does she also need to buy a special detergent? Then nope, I will wash 4 plates a day with handles. There is no manicure, the varnish does not last more than 2 days. Consumption of 400ml Fairy for 0.5 years. Moreover, I really like these plates, as well as spoons with an ornate pattern, I can't even imagine what they can be exchanged for. Probably, the thought of the need to buy such an expensive unit has not yet reached me ... With other devices it was easier
Tanyusha
Oca, I already wrote that I use Japanese dishwasher gel, it can wash everything and aluminum too.
Oca
Yeah, I found a Japanese remedy. Now I will read it on the site and calculate the cost of maintaining the typewriter. In principle, I want it, but so far it is not clear to me what kind of animal it is. Probably, this will remain in the plans for the future.
smira
somehow I washed the mugs with the branded inscription, but it worn off. It was a shame of course, but oh well. Too lazy to wash hands
I also threw the knives with a wooden handle "automatically", the varnish was washed off them.

I didn’t experiment with pans, it’s scary. But my saucepans are constantly. everything seems to be good.

But what I don't like after washing in the dishwasher is the smell. It seems necessary to ventilate constantly.

you know, I'm always my Japanese grandmother's service and ugh ugh nothing has been erased, and my aluminum saucepans, and figs with them that the sides have darkened, the main thing is cleanliness! and my meat grinder and plastic containers and stainless steel spoons, everything will be reddened and wooden blades too, and I only use one tempera - 70+

I would like to ask the experienced, what is your opinion of the product from Amway DISH DROPS (Powder for automatic dishwashers and Tablets for dishwashers)? The acidity index of theirs for manual dishwashing is neutral, it seems to be washing well. But what about the dishwasher? How well does it wash and how quickly is it consumed at half load? I ask because I can buy these funds near the house. I read a lot of different things on the Internet, but I came here for the truth

Copying my own post from the airfryer topic:

I have been reading the forum for a long time, thanks to the discussions I chose a bread maker a couple of years ago.
Recently I bought an air fryer. And I'm waiting for the installation of the dishwasher.
The question is - as far as I understand, both the bowl and the mesh can be washed in the dishwasher. Do the plastic parts suffer? Doesn't the view become "short-cut"?
Scarlett
Girls, I found an old crystal vase in my bins, I got it from my beloved grandmother. I have some kind of cloudy ... You can put it in the dishwasher or it’s tavos there and better with handles (I don’t want to!)
Stafa
It is possible and even necessary, but in the 45C or 40-50C mode, where the glass is drawn. Will shine.
Aunt Besya
I recently washed 80-90gg crystal glass in PMM at 45 degrees, it was perfectly washed

Once I did a massage with oil with such a brush, well, I decided to wash it from the oil in the dishwasher, the program was at 60C
everything raked her legs

And in the instructions for my PMM it was written that the crystal should not be washed. I really didn’t obey, didn’t believe it and rechecked it, washed the salad bowl - beauty! Still very thin glass, not crystal, my cognac glasses have fragile curvy legs (to direct them by hand) - I also sent them to PMM - even to an exhibition!

Mine are also covered in black, I even washed the burner cap, nothing bad happened. But on the grates there are elastic bands (like legs) glued on, I'm afraid they won't fall off
I have a Gorenie

I have Gorenie too. The instructions say
The grates and burners are not dishwasher safe
I wanted so much
Julia V
I also dream of washing the grates in the PMM, but I hesitate.
But I know for sure that meat grinders should not be washed in it

Alena, meat grinders?
Taia
And I am the grates from the stove. Nothing becomes with them. But the burners cannot - they turn black. And the burner caps are also in the dishwasher.

Flaxia Cast iron grates?

I wash my gratings and lids in the PMM and nothing is done to them

I have written in the instructions, do not wash the rags. Apparently many do this. I should try it too.
I washed a cloth. got her out. and she's beaten like a moth from chemistry ...

Flaxia Cast iron grates?

No. Some ... they look like enameled ones.
Slippery is creepy.
I also wash old forks with bone handles. So nicely washed!
Although in pre-dishwasher times I didn’t just clean the pens, they were gray. I was going to throw out the forks, so after reading the instructions that they cannot be washed in the dishwasher, I decided to throw them away anyway, I'll wash them.

my spare parts darkened and the products are painted when they are bookmarked, then they ripped off with a brush until they shine ..
Julia V
Damn, I have cast-iron grates, they probably can't be, but I really want

But I washed the new part from the electric meat grinder, so they have changed a lot. They were shiny, but they became dark in a scratch.
izvarina.d
And I wash my meat grinder parts! And everything is fine, remain shiny. Mine is 55 degrees.
Taia
Some meat grinders are correct and there are incorrect ones.
The correct ones are those that do not turn black, just how to find out when buying.

I buy only cellulose sponges for dishes. If it’s just like that, then in a week they start. I put them in a basket with spoons, then squeeze and rinse them out - class!
Sandy
And I washed the grates from the stove (cast-iron) nothing happened to them, but I washed the frying pan ... horror rusted

Today I washed my Zelmer meat grinder in the dishwasher ... tired of washing it with my hands, changed the color .. well, figs with it .. not for an exhibition, it does not affect the quality of minced meat

My friend in PM also washed parts from a good meat grinder. They turned terribly black and now this blackness is not washed off by anything, it just stains the food. The meat grinder had to be changed. So I don't advise anyone to experiment!
Sandy
From Zelmer does not stain anything and does not take hands, it just became a little gray
Julia V
The composition of the alloys is evidently different.

I have not read all the pages here yet. I want to say that my Tefalevskie pans could not withstand washing at a pace. 70 degrees. Thanks to several washes, everyone has peeled off safely. It looks like the pans are real. In the dishwasher I wash everything that fits there (well, of course, within reasonable limits). I especially like to wash children's toys there.

I was still washing the old Sovdepov's heavy meat grinder (they brought a dirty one from the dacha), so it did not change the color at all

I sometimes wash my pans, I have a Maestro, but after washing, they fry at first.

I'm about the same. Therefore, I urge you NOT to EXPERIMENT WITH ALUMINUM ALLOYS!

And interestingly depends on the powder? Or just from alloy?
