What is it like? The recipe is in the studio!
The recipe from the say7 website from Marina Lazareva (I quote):
"Delicious charlotte lazy!
9 Art. l. rast. odorless oils
half st. Sahara
1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
apples 6-8 pieces of medium size
1 tsp slaked soda vinegar

Beat the eggs with a whisk until foam forms, then add sugar, slaked soda, continue to beat. Add oil.
Add flour a little bit, beat, and then stir with a spoon, as the dough thickens. The consistency is quite liquid and so viscous.
We wash the washed apples directly into the dough with a knife, the pieces are arbitrary, large, small. In general, they are different.
We mix. What we get is not apples in dough, but dough in apples. It looks like an apple salad dressed with sauce.
Lubricate the form (I had 26 centimeters in diameter). We pour out our mixture. We put in the oven, preheated to 200-220 grams for 35-45 minutes. Depends on the oven. We check the readiness with a toothpick.
It is very tasty to eat both hot and cold! (for me it is even tastier when cold) ".

I cooked for "Pastry" for 40 minutes. Yes, I like it more when cold. I baked it many times, very tasty!

I cooked pickle yesterday. I cooked the broth separately (on Friday evening). I fried the onions and carrots, poured the broth, added the rest of the products (barley, potatoes, pickled cucumbers) almost all at once (as I cut them). "Soup" 2 hours After switching off, I added mashed pepper, lavrushka, green tea, mashed with salt and garlic and stood on heating for approx. half an hour. What I love about cartoons is that you can throw everything without fear that the potatoes will not come out because of the acidity of the cucumbers or sauerkraut. By the way, sour cabbage soup in the cartoon, but when they sweat ...

Hello! Help in choosing. I choose between Polaris 0517 and 0520. 517 suits the design, functions, bowl with handles, moisture collector. But the bowl with ceramics is categorically not satisfied. I have Vinis with the same cup for almost a year. Everything started to stick. I want to give it to my son - he is a bachelor, he does not cook so often. Enough for him for a long time. And I made mostly baked goods in it. The second one is Cucco 1054 - I don't really like the pastries in it. And a saucepan with a round bottom is not suitable for cakes. The second day I sit and cannot decide.

But I can answer from my point of view, I also chose ... I stopped at 0520 because -
There is a delayed start on all programs (in 0517 it is not on the multi-cook in the latest improved models)
The bowl at 0520 is simply gorgeous and doesn’t think to stick, but it’s hard to pick up a spare because of the rounded bottom, and for baking I don’t like this bottom either.
0520 has more programs (although this is not essential).
At 0520, the adjustable temperature step is 5 degrees (at 0517 10 degrees).
At 0520, the step of the adjustable time on a multi-brew is 1 minute (at 0517 5 minutes)
In 0520 there is a "languishing" program, a chic increase in temperature in four stages gradually.
0520 has one sensor program "rice" (0517 has no sensor programs)
Milk porridge never runs away from us (I can't say anything about 0517, maybe too)
And so, in general, they are both excellent multicooker, maybe I was wrong about 0517, let the girls who have this model correct me

This is the "Torchin 10 vegetables" parva, you slightly pour both aroma and color
Ligra

What do you add to it that it is so yellow?
To make the rice yellowish, saffron or the cheaper seasoning turmeric is usually added (it is also part of curry, but turmeric does not have a strong taste).
Lёlka
You can also fry the onion with carrots, and then there rice.
Ligra
Onions with carrots will not have such a rich color. You can, of course, fry the carrots separately in vegetable oil (you can even tint the baking cream with such a mixture).
Lёlka
Well, why ... depending on how many carrots you add. Not so long ago I did just that. This is such a pilaf without meat. I always put a lot of onions in pilaf and put a lot of carrots, fry, then mix with rice to soak in it, then water.
In general, rice is "amber" yellowish
Sandy
Girls I also got a color with carrots .... it depends on the type of carrot, when you fry it in oil, it gives its color, and the oil is already to rice. But not with every carrot, the orange color in rice is a fact, but from turmeric it is yes always, I also added sometime

Steam comes only from the valve. Check if the inner cover which is removable is correctly installed, remove and reinstall.
Slavutchanka
Reinstalled. It still goes from the back and to the sides. Should the multi lid close tightly? It is not fully pressed.
Sandy
Is there steam coming out of the valve? maybe the valve is not correctly installed and does not allow steam to go where it needs to
Yes, the lid fits tightly, except for the valve, steam is no longer coming from.
Slavutchanka
Even with the valve removed, steam comes out from under the cover. It means marriage.

I called the store. They explained that if only with water, then this could be. They offered to cook something, if it is the same, then call them. Cooked buckwheat on Rice, stewed cabbage on Stew. Now I put the tomato on the Multipovar. It's okay for now.

It’s so good that everything worked out, but I didn’t have steam under the lids when I “boiled water” for the first time
Slavutchanka
I was delighted early. When boiling a tomato, steam comes out again. Not as strong as with water, but it goes. I will call on Monday. So I think that steam should not go, even when there is only water. I have a third cartoon, so there is a concept.

Trying programs. Oatmeal, Milk porridge - excellent. Stewing, frying too. But I don't like the baking at all - it doesn't rise, it doesn't bake. She baked bread on kefir (recipe at the beginning of the topic), charlotte, carrot cake. Everything is disgusting.
Slavutchanka
So I can't understand. Charlotte has burnt bottom (set for 45 minutes), cool. The bread is also dull, the crust is fried (50 min). Cupcake (30 min) pancake turned out (baked in Cucco, Vinis - great)

You know, I was also upset at first, I just need to adapt, set less time for baking and keep on heating, as I was advised in the topic "choose a multicooker, rice cooker", in our model the power is 990, so it bakes faster than in other models ..., it seems to me...

Baking is also not very good for me in this cartoon, you need to adapt to each type of dough, but it always bakes well.
Slavutchanka
In any cartoon you need to adapt to a different test. But to have 3 baked goods from different doughs (2 tested repeatedly in other cartoons) in the trash bin is too much.
Lёlka
Probably need to increase the baking time

I sent the cartoon back. To other defects one more was added - on the 3rd day the latch of the cover fell off.

Aylen, why don't you write recipes?

Fish in a tomato.
In Ashan I bought Nototenia's fish, it was gutted, without head and tail, cut in portions.
I made a frying on "Frying", added
1 tbsp. l. tomato paste
salt, pepper, fish seasoning and
750 ml homemade tomato juice.
I brought it to a boil, put the fish in and set it to simmer for 30 minutes.

Pumpkin muffin.
I posted the recipe earlier. Someone baked for 40 minutes, then another 40 ... My cake is baked in 40 minutes, it's with a pumpkin, and with it the dough will always be wet.

Shins.
I put it in a baking bag,
sprinkled with salt and spices.
I did not close the package, I turned my legs over several times, together with the package, carefully. "Bakery products".

Apples with cottage cheese.
I removed the cores from apples with a special spoon, you can just use a knife and a spoon.
Finely chopped the seedless pulp with a knife, added
1 pack of low-fat cottage cheese,
yolk,
cardamom.
Sugarless!
"Pastry" 30 minutes, turned off on the 25th.
It turned out very tasty (I haven't baked it for a long time ...).
I didn’t add sugar because I have sweet apples, so that I don’t spoil the "hfiguru", and so that I could eat instead of dinner.

Pancho. Sour cream.
Dough:
Mix 2 eggs with
1 tbsp. (regular 250g) sugar
1 tbsp. sour cream 20%
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp soda
1 pack of vanilla sugar
So that there are two "cakes" of different colors, but saving time and utensils, I do this: pour part of the white dough into a mold / bowl, add 1 tbsp to the rest. l. cocoa by stirring. And pour it into the center of the white dough without stirring. All the same, then cut into cubes, so no beauty is needed ...
"Baking" 30 minutes. And I kept it on heating for 10 minutes, maybe I didn't need to ...
Then I cut the almost cooled cake into two parts. Thin and thicker. From a thin one I make a bottom, in the shape of a bowl (round glass from Ikea).
The upper one, the one that is thicker, I cut into cubes, medium.
Making cream (while baking):
200g sour cream
150g cl butter at room temperature
20-30 ml of milk or cream 10% (so that the cream is not thick)
1/2 can of condensed milk
It is also imperative for our cake to defrost black currants and drain the liquid from canned pineapples in cubes (I spread them on a sieve).
Assembly:
I line the bowl with cling film crosswise, so that the edges hang down (then I cover the cake with them - the bottom).
With two forks, I dip the biscuit cubes in cream (I throw several pieces into the cream at once) and spread them on the bottom of the bowl, making the first layer, then scatter pineapples and currants (with a spoon, otherwise the fingers will stain). I post a trace. a layer of biscuit in cream, again currants and pineapples. And so on until the end. With the remaining cream I grease the bottom (that which is thin) and cover it with it. I close the cake with the edges of the film, pressing it a little so that the bottom touches the cubes in the cream. I leave it in the refrigerator overnight and a little more. Then I turn it over onto the dish, remove the bowl, film. And then I store it under the same bowl.
Aylen
Next time I will either take another fish, or cut the fins well, they are along the entire length and above and below ...
Slavutchanka
Attempt # 2 - I got a cartoon from another store. Everything is in order with the lid - it closes tightly, does not float. Again, not very good with baking. I baked the simplest pie on kefir - 40 minutes + 15 minutes on the heat. The result is better than in the last cartoon - it has risen by 4, 5 cm. But all the same, it's kind of cool.

Multicooker Polaris 0520AD

But all the same I am satisfied. Baking is not so important - I have Vinis for her
Lёlka
Try it for 50-60 minutes without heating. Or after 40 minutes turn it over and for another 10-15 minutes.
Slavutchanka
At first I baked it like this - for 50 minutes, the bottom is crispy, and the top is raw. This is the second attempt.

I baked a sour cream dish like this, opened it after 25 minutes, and the top was kind of raw. After 5 minutes, warming up began, left it on, pulled it out and everything is fine.
Ginger baked according to Sandy's recipe, everything worked out the first time!
Slavutchanka
Baked Tula gingerbread. Cooked well. But the bottom is slightly burnt. He baked for 47 minutes (set it for an hour, but looked earlier). It is necessary to put 40 minutes. Such a question - only the middle is raised, that is, the top is oval. Why? In another cartoon, the same pie is even.

Milk porridge does not run away, I put a double boiler on the main bowl on the advice of experienced people. I used to show the clock on the Marucci cartoon all the time, and then the internal battery ran out and the time began to show as well - only when connected to the network. But this is because the battery inside needs to be changed, and it is not so easy ... First, you need to disassemble the cartoon. (not everyone can handle it or drag it to the service). Secondly, the battery there is not quite simple - for soldering. such batteries are not sold on every corner. So I use it without a watch (it doesn't hurt, it's necessary ...)
