Beef stroganoff in a multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH18

Ingredients

Beef tenderloin (thin edge) 1 kg
Bulb 1 PC
Flour 1-2 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste
Vegetable and butter for frying
Sour cream 200-250 g

Cooking method

  • Beef tenderloin (thin edge) set into medallions about 1 cm thick and then across the grain into strips.
  • At the bottom of the multicooker pan, pour 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, put the meat and fry in the "Baking" mode with the lid open for about 15 minutes, stir periodically, salt and pepper a little.
  • Add 1 multi-glass of water to the meat, close the lid and leave in the "Stew" mode for 1 hour.
  • Cooking frying (in a pan). Finely set onion and sauté in butter, add flour and fry a little more until golden brown and the appearance of a "mushroom" smell.
  • We shift the frying to the meat, add sour cream, salt, pepper. Simmer for another 20-25 minutes.
  • The meat is very soft.

Time for preparing:

Olesya, I re-read the recipe now and it turned out that I myself have not done this for a long time, although I cook beef stroganoff regularly, once a week or two - for sure.
To begin with, instead of cutting, I take the sacrum, it comes out much cheaper. Cut, fry for 20-30 minutes with a little vegetable oil. I add one finely grated onion, salt and pepper. I stir and leave to stew for an hour and a half. I add 2-2.5 tbsp. l flour, stir so that there are no lumps, add 300-350 g of sour cream and the carcass for another 15 minutes. Everything can be laid out on plates.
