Vanilla rusks charlotte

Ingredients
Vanilla rusks 500 g
Milk (maybe a little more) 0.5 l
Sugar 200 - 250 g
Butter 150-200 g
Apples are better than Antonovka, but I take any 1.5 - 2 kg
Cooking method

Grind crackers in any way - I do it with a grinder.
On a baking sheet or a large frying pan (26 cm in diameter), cut the butter into small pieces (about 1/4 of the total), sprinkle with chopped breadcrumbs, lay a layer of pre-chopped apples, sprinkle evenly with sand, again crackers and butter. Then again apples, sand, crackers and butter.
Lightly pour this whole structure with milk (about 1 tbsp) and put in the oven.
As the top layer dries, sprinkle more milk.
We keep in the oven at 180 g for about an hour.
All. Dessert is ready.
If you like sweeter, then adjust the sugar yourself.

I make charlotte according to my mother-in-law's recipe. My family and my friends love her.
I give her an approximate recipe, maybe someone will be interested. Here Krosh is already interested.

Why is the recipe approximate? Because the mother-in-law did everything by eye. So I do it approximately from memory, observing some proportions.

Eat to your health. It is especially tasty to drink it with milk, but whoever likes it.
