Ingredients

Dough:
Fresh yeast 10 g
Milk 120 g
Wheat flour 220-240 g
Sugar 50 g
Softened butter 50 g
Salt pinch
Poppy filling:
Milk 125 g
Softened butter 30 g
Semolina 1 tbsp. l.
Poppy 125 g
Sugar 50 g
Rum (can be substituted for flavoring) 2 tbsp. l.
Curd filling:
Yolks 2 pcs.
Softened butter 30 g
Sugar 50 g
Vanilla sugar 1 pack.
Milk 2 tbsp. l.
Dry cottage cheese 300 g
Starch 1 tbsp. l.
Apples 3 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Prepare the dough. Grind yeast with 1 hour. l. sugar, pour into a bucket of HP. There is also warm milk, softened butter. Top with flour, sugar, salt. Dough mode (1.5 hours).
  • For the poppy filling, boil all the ingredients for 5 minutes, cool.
  • For the curd filling, grind the curd with sugar, yolks, vanilla sugar, butter with a blender. Add milk, starch, mix.
  • Roll out the dough, put it in a greased detachable form (I have 24 cm., Only the bottom needs to be oiled !!!!), forming high sides and leave for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the core from the apples, cut into 2 halves and make even shallow cuts on the skin. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • On the dough, alternately distribute the curd and poppy fillings.
  • Then level them a little with a spatula. Press apples into the filling.
  • Cut after cooling completely!

The pie was cut warm, the filling was very tender and soft, it was very difficult to cut artistically. In this regard, my comments:
1. It is better to cut the apples into smaller pieces to make it easier to cut the finished pie.
2. You don't need to put milk and butter in the curd filling.
