Ingredients

Yeast 2 tsp
Wheat flour 225 gr.
Rye flour 325 gr.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Rye malt 40 gr. (4 tbsp. L.)
Boiling water for malt 100 g
Honey 2 tbsp. l.
Coriander 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • I put all the ingredients in the bread maker, in the same order as in the list of ingredients. The only moment, in advance, I poured boiling water over the slod and let it cool.
  • Set the Pelmeni mode (the program kneads for 20 minutes).
  • I greased the multicooker bowl with sunflower oil, laid out the dough.
  • I set the Yogurt mode for 1 hour, turned off the program after 30 minutes.
  • Without opening the lids, set the Baking program for 1.5 hours 1 level.

Time for preparing:

2 hours

Why the second? Bread does not like sharp and large heating. Try this first, you won't like it, then try the second.
Masinen
I thought to put the second one, because in Shtebe I bake on Roasting, and there is also a sharp heating and high temperature)

Girls, I baked on level 2 (true white bread), the crust from the bottom was very fried (I won't say that it was burnt - no, but for me it is harsh).

Well, thank you!
Masha, you see, after all, it has already been checked, at first, do as recommended, if you don't like it, you will make your own changes. I talked a lot with the Redmond chefs about the temperatures for baking different products from bread to biscuit. No need for bread at high and sharp temperatures.
Masinen
Yes, yes I see !! I'll be well at the first level)
