Ingredients

Butter 90 g
Sugar Z Art. spoons (dough) + 5 tbsp. l. (fill)
Egg 1 PC. (dough) +2 (fill)
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Salt pinch
Sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons
Milk 3/4 cup
Corn starch 5 tbsp. spoons
Cherry 2 glasses

Cooking method

  • Grate cold butter, grind into crumbs with flour (baking powder in flour), add sugar, an egg, quickly knead the dough with a spoon, cover with foil and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Grease the bottom of the multicooker bowl with butter, lay out the dough, forming a side, distribute the cherries peeled from the pits, lightly crush them with sugar. Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar, add sour cream, starch, milk, pour over the cherries.
