manna Thank you very much for your answer. If I do, I will describe it.

Cheesecake Made on cookies (cookies are ground with butter) I added scraped chocolate to the curd.
She baked on the middle grill of the airfryer but with the Uvel ring at an average fan speed at a temperature of 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Willingness to check with a toothpick. I'm glad. It turned out super.

Glad you liked it! But this is still not a cheesecake, but a cottage cheese casserole By the way, you can also make a biscuit dough, just bake a thin layer of a biscuit first, and then on top of a curd (cheese-curd) mass until golden brown.

In expensive airfryers, there are 3 blowing speeds. But having a cool Hotter, today I will be honest - speed is not necessary at all! Basically, you cook in the middle ... And in general, as one friend said: "You are shaking over your dear ones, and I went for 1.5 thousand. I took the first one I came across and cook. But if it breaks, I don't mind, I'll buy it. And it doesn't matter there is teng or halogen. " And this is the normal approach!

Well, I had to get to this topic too .....! Nightmare, I have been using the airfryer for three years, and today I have a complete seal ,,, I was preparing a large cheesecake, but it turned out to be a paste! Can't figure out what's wrong? yeast dough, but the filling is light curd whipped on a blender, but it turned out BETS !!!!!!!!!! Paste!!!!!! Yes, I don’t argue the dough may have come out too heavy, but it was walking in the pan from morning till evening, it was already breathing, I do this often, only it turns out better. and now I'm just shocked, WHAT could happen ???? Guys, please, can anyone have this ??
OJGG
And what is the cooking temperature and time?

180 degrees, on the lower grate, at first 25 minutes (usually enough), but then I added another 30 and did not save the situation! I think that probably the dough was very heavy ......... sorry !!!!!!

If he cooks the rest of the food normally, then the point is in the dough. Although in my opinion it was possible to increase the temperature if the baking was on the lower rack ...

Girls, but I'm very pleased that my AG has 3 blowing speeds. If you fry the seeds at MAX speed, they will taste bitter. I cook capelin only at medium speed, and so on.

I do not use Hoter for very long, but I am also very happy with the speeds. And I shield that the blowing speed is important.

Gal, it is better to bake such pastries at a low speed, at a maximum temperature of 180 - 205 degrees, preferably in a metal, non-thick-walled form with an expansion ring, a minimum of 40-45 minutes, preheating is required, you will have to look there, if the top is reddened strongly, cover the pastries parchment and you will increase the time, since in large forms the bottom of the products is paler and sometimes dull.
Good luck.
Galinka-Malinka
Tanyulya Thank you so much. I put low dirt at 205 degrees for 40 minutes then I'll go and see

If it's not a secret, why is it important? I have had Hotter for three years, mostly using medium speed: frying, baking (bread, pies, cookies). It's just that since I have three speeds, I sometimes switch them. And if there was one, then she would not bathe. It is simply not necessary to buy the most expensive, when you can get by with the cheaper ones without losing the quality of the prepared product! I also bought Hotter after reading advertisements and tips.
And now I am experienced and I myself advise: do not waste your money, buy what you like!
Manna
Another round of discussion "Do you need speeds?" Many get by with one. But there are those (I am one of them) who are comfortable with three speeds. For example, I bake yeast dough only at low speed (otherwise it browns a lot), grill at high speed, bake fish / meat at medium speed. The difference in speeds is clearly visible in the degree of ruddy top (and dryness) of the dish prepared in the airfryer. Just try to dry the toast at different speeds under the same conditions.

At the same time, it is not at all necessary to buy an expensive hotter, there are other airfryer with three speeds ...
OJGG
All the same - there would be gold handles, or even speed will not help! How many housewives did not appreciate the delights of the products cooked in the Aerated Grill!
Galinka-Malinka
Well, I am reporting. It turned out super. Despite the fact that the dough I had was a little greasy.

Galinka-Malinka, advertise on some local site about the exchange of a completely new, not used airfryer (state the characteristics) for something useful and necessary for you. And let this useful thing be offered to you, and you choose. Describe the exchange conditions. For example, that the exchange item must also be new, not yuzan, and the price is commensurate. Well, etc. Or write specifically what you want. Suddenly, such an exchange will work.

And I use the high speed of the airfryer as often as the average, if not more often. I have a Hotter Tiger for five years now, I don’t shake it at all, but I use it in the same way as other kitchen units. Here, however, I got scared today - I dropped the can of applesauce right into the bowl. Fortunately, no one was hurt: not me, not the can, not the bowl of the airfryer.

I recently acquired an AG. It has 3 speeds. Tell me how fast to cook pizza? And what kind of dishes for heating food (instead of microwave) should be? Can I reheat in VERECO heat-resistant plates?

I won't tell you about the speed, because my AG has only one ... but about the dishes ... as they say "what I can" ... Firstly, the book to the AG should contain recommendations about dishes and secondly .. boldly use all the things that you used to cook in the oven!

Cook pizza in a preheated AG, on a medium wire rack at a temperature of 205 degrees, low or medium speed. You can use an expansion ring, then you can set a high speed, but I like it at a low speed. And be sure to warm up the AG !!
It is better to make pizza on a metal mold, it is very convenient with holes especially for pizza.

I read about pizza and immediately wanted it. Everything, I cook tomorrow! Only now I can't get hold of the middle lattice. Has anyone tried to buy a high grate and bend its legs? in my opinion this is the way out!

And yet, please explain to me, what is the grill in the microwave made of, which is adapted for AG? After all, do not put metal objects in the micra, or do I not understand something?

It seems to me that these grilles are made of the same material ... ... only I'm afraid to put my own grille in the AG .. it has rubber legs (and I'm somehow afraid because of this because of this to put it in the AG) ... And about the height of something is now thinking .. I have a feeling that the grill from the AG (high) and from the microwave are the same size ... I'll have to come home and take measurements!
Oca
Yes, please measure the height of the middle grille. On the top the muffins are burning, on the bottom they are slowly baked. You have to put on the top + ring. And with the chicken the same trouble: on the bottom, the bottom does not brown, and on the top it does not fit. I bought a stand for a bird, but something with it is not very crispy on the sides.
* Anyuta *
Well, as I thought ... the grates are almost the same .. only from the microwave oven is about 1 cm HIGHER than from the AG! 🔗

You did not pay attention, maybe your lattice has two-sided legs, for me, for example, in AG on one of the lattices, the legs are long (high) on one side, and short (medium) on the other.
Oca
No, I have the simplest lattices: upper - a ring with parallel crossbars and three C-shaped legs-twigs below, bottom - the same parallel bars, but two of them are bent like this: .__ / \ __ / \ __. A thought came to me here: we need telescopic legs. You just need to find 3 threaded cylinders and 3 screws

Very strange. In 40 minutes your legs were not ready! It seems to me that your temperature has not reached MAX. I should check. I just don't know how to do it.

And I have AG Liberton - and I bake in it, everything works out, I did it yesterday Bagels- 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 and meringue cakes - temperature 150 and watched what would become ready. I liked it so much !!! I also made chicken fillet in French. In general, I cook in it all the time.

I also find it strange that the legs are not ready. I cook them at 220 degrees. Charlotte and cottage cheese casserole is excellent.

and also, pizza, when I cook, I cover it with a stimmer, otherwise the cheese will burn.

Something is wrong with your AG. I have the same hotter tiger and chicken baked perfectly in 40 minutes.

This is in 30 minutes at 235g on the middle rack.

Did you put the food directly on the wire shelf or in the baking dish? If, for example, it is placed in a glass or ceramic baking dish, then it is quite possible that it could not bake.
