When you select a program, the time is like a book, and when I press start, it immediately switches to 0:59, that is, quick baking, as I understand it (this function is not provided in the selected program).
At first I thought that I would only use it for kneading (so that the mixer would torment more with dough), and then bake it separately. But this does not work either ... If only to watch when the batch is over and turn it off.
Tell me, is it possible to cure it on your own? I know how to hold and work with a soldering iron

Vikulyasha, once I pressed something wrong and I had the same situation. I turned it off from the outlet and reset it with the "start" button. Then I read the instructions and found the following entry: "To select a quick baking program, press the" crust color "button and hold it until the indicator points to (>)." And now, it seems, I pressed this button again and everything worked out. Honestly, I don’t remember whether I only pressed this button or something else, it was a long time ago. But what has improved is for sure.

Good day ! I have long wanted to buy a bread maker, followed Panasonic, as a result I bought 250 Kenwood.
I tried to bake wheat bread according to the recipe from the recipe book, recipe # 1.
It turned out, contrary to my expectations, a good bread, with a crispy crust (I chose a dark crust), but
1) brackish
2) With the taste and smell of yeast
3) Slightly unbaked.

Ingredients - strictly according to the recipe.

A question that has been asked many times on the forum - what am I doing wrong?
From what I've already read, I realized that it's better to take recipes not from the Kenwood recipe book.
Do I need to somehow control the state of the dough bun?
It seemed to me that it was too sticky - the dough was sticking to my hands.
Does it matter which flour to use for wheat bread?
Do I need to sift it?
Quick SAF took yeast, flour - wheat Makfa.

The first rule is to control the batch. If the dough is sticking, then there is not enough flour. The salt can be reduced the next time. It is better to sift flour, although it is not necessary. Use premium flour to begin with. And after the end of baking, leave the bread to keep warm, this is another 1 hour of heating. And do not cut the bread hot, wait until it cools down. And you can take any recipes, the main thing is to control the bun.

And when I bake the cake, I put the bucket with it on its side and cool it down like that, I can turn it over on the other side. If you get it out of the bucket right away, it wrinkles strongly.
