Sergey Kornilov, but can a Korean be repaired so that he sucks the air? He glues normally.
Sergey Kornilov
you can fix everything. There, the construction is elementary.
Does it immediately glue when you turn on the air pumping? or you have the "solder only" mode working.
Most likely, either the motor or the power supply to the motor does not go. If it glues, then the power circuit works.
All spare parts are available in radio electronics stores. Can be repaired in any department of household appliances repair.
kirch
When I turn on the air pumping, it just seals
Sergey Kornilov
then it is still possible that the pressure sensor is triggered, that is, it thinks that the air has already been pumped out.
First, unsolder the pump and apply voltage to it directly - whether it will work or not. Then proceed from this, the main thing is that if it solders, then the 60Hz power supply circuit functions perfectly.
If you yourself cannot - take it to the repair shop - I think any repairman will figure it out.

I pack everything. Regular packages or packages in which products are sold.
- We washed the carrots for the winter, dried them and packed them all in ordinary bags, let's see how they will be stored this year.
- Now I looked after large bags in the store, I want to pack 3-4 sacks of potatoes, let's see how they will be stored until spring, maybe they won't grow, there is no air there, but does the sprouts need it?

[/ quote]

Sergei, please tell us how you keep everything. I have only complete disappointment so far. I bought a Profi Cook to preserve the harvest. Out of 20 packages, 5 were not sealed at all, and the remaining 15 - within 2 days, all let the air through. I was packing apples, moisture formed inside the bags. True, she soldered with one seam. I read the forum - I looked, after I saw that about 5 packages were sealed with high quality. I called the Representative Office and the proprietary Internet shop of Profi Cook. They said that it is possible that there is something with the apparatus.

The girls on the forum also encountered this. How did you overcome this problem in the end? I'm ready to hand it back from frustration. Maybe I'm doing something wrong myself?
Sergey Kornilov
Carrots and potatoes are packed in the cellar. Carrots last a month, potatoes only about a week.
So far nothing has been sealed, let's see how they will behave further.

Good afternoon, can you tell me who knows I live in Arkhangelsk wanted to buy a Hotter vacuum packer with an adapter hx-yl-282. But a Hotter representative only sells grills with us. I wrote to several stores about delivery, they have been silent for a week. I called the hotter with her hands. Can you tell me online stores where you can buy, otherwise very much though. Thank you.
I took it for myself here: delivered in 3 days by cash on delivery, rummaged through mountains of information before buying, Korean packers praise them very much, they cost several times cheaper than the Zepter ones and are identical in quality. Plus, the packages are cheaper there! I read many more reviews about the packer with a moisture separator, I took it myself, I have been using it since the spring of this year, I am very satisfied.

I would not like to upset, but vegetables and fruits are not stored in a vacuum ... they will start to rot very quickly, I tried it myself, it's all about the oxygen emitted by vegetables ... I only store vegetables in a vacuum in the freezer

That's for sure. I tried it too. The result is similar.
Sergey Kornilov
Yes. Already checked. And I unpacked it.
The verdict is unambiguous - you can't store it like that in the cellar.
But I keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks: apples, carrots, beets, onions, garlic, grapes, oranges-limes-lemons.

I keep them in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks (or more) without a vacuum.

It all depends on the weight, I ordered 1 packer and 5 rolls of film, the courier service EMS delivery came out somewhere around 1400.

Thank you, do you have instructions in Russian? Is there a hose for containers?

There are instructions in Russian, but I didn't even ask for the hose, I don't have containers :)

Sergey KornilovHello Sergey! I wanted to ask how you defeated your vacuum cleaner's weak air suction from the bag? I myself am the same as yours, but I am not satisfied with what kind of vacuum is created in the package. Compared to store bags where the products are all covered, there is a little air in my bags after vacuuming.
Sergey Kornilov
Where did I write that I have this problem? Poke your nose?
I have no air left, and if the bags are good, then the air does not appear.
For reliability, sometimes I make two seams.

VALERY14
Of course, you did not write about such a problem, I did not state this, I probably did not put it correctly, sorry. Then can you tell me or advise how to defeat my problem. Well, my vacuum cleaner does not suck to the same extent as in your photos.
Maryam-apa
Hello Sergey! I am interested in your photo. If I'm not mistaken, one of the packages contains garlic. Are you going to freeze him? I have an annual problem on how to store garlic. It dries up in the middle of winter. There is only China in the store, which for some reason becomes a nasty green color in the dish and I am afraid to eat it. Can it be frozen? And, if so, how it tastes afterwards.
Sergey Kornilov
VALERY14,
Doesn't it suck initially? or then blown away?
Are the bags smooth inside, not ribbed? It must be smooth!
Or does the bag collapse before it can suck out the air? If so, then I just push the food to the snorkel so that there is a gap. If the products are liquid (there is meat or fish), then I first put them in an ordinary thin bag, do not tie it up and just put it in a vacuum bag, then the liquid does not have time to flow through the inner bag before the air is pumped out and I press the seal.
Maryam-apa,
About garlic: we store it in different versions
- in cleaned teeth in vacuum bags, once they cleaned 10 heads, packed them - and in the refrigerator on the lower drawer it is quietly stored for a couple of weeks, unpack it as needed, put it in a small container and use it, and the rest is back in vacuum.
- in peeled cloves in the freezer, but vacuum bags are not needed for this, you simply cannot eat it after defrosting, and there is even nothing in the preparation of any dishes.
- in uncleaned teeth or heads in vacuum bags, if it is dry, then it does not emit anything and is stored for as long as possible. We unpack when the first packaging option ends.
Maryam-apa
Sergei! Thanks for the detailed answer. The fact is that this time I have a lot of garlic "served" and I wanted to keep it until spring. From the answer I realized that it would be stored for a relatively short time, if only in the freezer for cooking. And in a vacuum, we did not succeed. The garlic seems to be packed dry. The packages bloated after a while. Packages are native from Shteba. But! Put it at home, probably should have been in the refrigerator?
VALERY14
Thanks for your reply! I will try to use your hint - about products closer to the snorkel. I use smooth bags inside.
Lettera
Maryam-apa, I dried a lot of garlic this year, I store it in paper pasta boxes. The soup is indistinguishable from fresh. I haven't added anything else yet. Maybe this option will work?

Elena thanks! Also an option, especially since there is a dryer, though I never used it. I bought it this year especially for mushrooms, but they were not there. So I'll try. Thanks again!

Girls, after yesterday's MK from Shteba I can't live peacefully without a vacuum generator. My husband invited me to a restaurant. After a glass of wine, I will begin to gently hint at my difficult fate as a housewife. There is porridge in my head. Help, which model to choose? I do not twist preservation, therefore, you just need to vacuum the bags.

I have a Pro Cook with Ozone. I took it in the summer. The freezer is already breaking. And also, God willing, my fisherman's fish will happen ...

What do you think is worth buying or not? On the 11th there will be (probably) a discount, so I'm urgent. If someone knows exactly what is not necessary, do not hesitate, tell me, I will be grateful.

All good health !!!
I just happened to stumble upon relatively inexpensive LAVA packages (Germany). They cost less than 800 rubles per hundred (20x30cm). There are two more sizes for a non-draconian price ... I read the description: "corrugated, ideal for tubeless packers." At first she was delighted, and then a little sad. The fact that they are ideally suited for tubeless is, of course, a plus, since my Shtebik is exactly the same as many other household vacuumizers, but the word "corrugated" is somewhat strained. In the description of packages for our household goods, they usually write "embossed". I decided to find out if in this case the words "crimped" and "embossed" are synonymous. I called there, but little has cleared up. They said that the bags inside are LIKE not smooth. They promised to clarify and call back on Monday. I asked, along with the clarification, to feel ...)))) Here I sit, waiting for an answer ... But it is not enough to wait patiently ...)))
I just thought, can any of you know if LAVA packages are suitable for Steba?
Please respond, dear ones!
notglass
Elena, in our translation from sellers you can read anything. Embossed, corrugated, corrugated - their concept is the same. They translated it as best they could. As a rule, all of these types of bags are suitable for household vacuum sealers. The only exception can be the thickness of the bags, but I do not think that these are very thick. Both fully embossed and striped (smooth and embossed stripes) are suitable.
Elena0808
Thanks for the answer!
Unfortunately, no film thickness is specified. Why am I sad ... It is profitable to order a large quantity there, which suits me quite well, because usually I take a triple "dose" at once - for myself and for the children. It's a pity to throw money down the drain.

Did you order a Korean through "COREAL" (Vladivostok) or otherwise? Why am I asking: I'm waiting for a package from them. I ordered a Korean vacuum cleaner GOCHU VAC-470 and a bunch of bags. I read you and the Koreans and their packages didn't want something ... (((
Elena0808
Today I was digging in the Internet and came across HOTTER vacuum containers. The prices are well, oh-oh-very affordable from 150 r (0.6 l) to 390 r (2.6 l). A liter costs 170 rubles.
Interestingly, they are suitable for Shteba, for example, if you buy a hose for a vacuum sealer?
Lavrushka
Good day! I got SINBO DZ-280 on Aliexpress. Cool stuff! Can you please tell me where you can buy bags in rolls for this thing? If possible, give a link to Ali. Thank you!!!
Elena0808
Where do you live? Prices are different everywhere. I ordered it at COREAL. There are the most affordable prices, even including delivery. Order a call back on their website and they will call you back. The people there are wonderful. They will tell you everything in detail, advise which delivery method to choose so that it is not too expensive.
Lavrushka
Thanks for the link! I live in the suburbs. This film does not suit me - it is perforated, but I just need dense and smooth.
Elena0808
Take a look here:
🔗
Quite an advantageous offer in comparison with the rest. We sell such a film on average from 950 rubles. up to 1100 p. (2 rolls 5 m each). Here it turns out at 733 r per 10 m.There is a self-pickup (so as not to spend money on delivery)
Lavrushka
Thank you. And just a thick film without perforation has not been seen anywhere?
Elena0808
This doesn't suit me, so I can't tell you anything.

I saw rolls only on aliexpress, but I thought that it was not very profitable to buy them there, especially with the current dollar rate
First, I ordered packages for (it turned out 900 rubles for 300 packages 200x300 mm, along with delivery by Business Lines (300r))
And now I saw the same packages in Metro at 169 rubles for 100 pieces, now I will take it there when it ends.
Lavrushka
Sergei! What are they called and what do they look like? And in the rolls of the film did not see the sleeve? I found in Paterra 🔗... Such will go? Thickness 18 microns. and These are 15 microns: 🔗.
Sergey Kornilov
In rolls I have not seen anywhere except in China.
What you sent is freezer bags, of course they will go to pack food for the freezer, the air will be pumped out and soldered (you will have to solder for 1 or 2), but they are thin for a reliable vacuum. And the price turns out to be 50 rubles for 30 packages, that's almost 2 rubles per package! It's easier to buy normal vacuum ones in the Metro for the same price.
For cheese, sausages, dried fruits, etc., it is better to use bags with a thickness of at least 50 microns. Those that I said are 70 microns.
In the Metro - lie in the packaging and disposable tableware section.
In the agricultural plant here, any packages are suitable for our packer:
