larissa,
For which packer did you take it and what does it feel like? I have a film on the bags on one side, smooth on one side, and a little corrugated on the other side
I took this one. Roll with stripes: smooth stripe, grooved stripe. And as a gift, the seller put a roll of smooth film, also dense. I tried to evacuate it too. It turns out, but I did not use such a bag for cooking, but only for freezing.
And the main packages, yes, such as I described above. You can see an enlarged image of the roll and packaging in the photo of the manufacturer. Made in my factory.

that is, it turns out that it goes with a stocking, the top is smooth, the bottom is corrugated ??
Lerele
I recently also bought bags not from profikuk, one side is smooth, the other is corrugated. It has been written that it is suitable for all types of evacuators. Perfectly soldered by a professional cook.

Yes, it's a roll. Cut off as much as you need. You weld the bottom - this is the bottom. The stripes are not across, but along, like the fields in a notebook. The edges are necessarily grooved. On the packaging (mine) it is written that it is suitable for microwave ovens and something else. I threw away the packaging long ago. She made a sous-look. Fine. Doesn't miss anything. The vacuum holds perfectly.

Ledka, it is necessary to put a strip from the corrugated bag to the place of sealing, so that it is not soldered to the bag, but is slightly higher than the seam, then everything will work out, try it.
But I already wrote that I don't use original packages for sous-vide, only for storage.
Like Svetlana and my friend, I didn’t manage to evacuate sensibly according to this "recipe".
We tried to put a strip under the sealer and the vacuum chamber and only under the lips of the vacuum chamber. And they took tight packages - nothing really turns out. I never complained about crooked hands. Only the appearance of some air suction is created and everything starts to seal when there is a lot of air in the bag.
The package sticks together before it pumps out the air. Yes, it is necessary to take normal corrugated bags (rolls) for a good vacuum.
By the way, cheap "vacuum" rolls from Klatronic are a complete g ..., however, like this evacuator itself.
Omela
Today I took the Korean to the dacha. The bundles from the kit ended, I opened the separately purchased rolls. What can I say, full g .. but. The package has a completely different structure than it was ... striped. It sucks for a very long time, seals normally every time. In general, I do not even know .. whether other packages to buy now. I bought as many as 5 rolls.
igorechek
What packages? From which manufacturer?
Omela
That xs which manufacturer. I ordered it in Korea with a packer. Kapets, yesterday it seemed like the second time I evacuated it, so now I looked - we unpacked it ...
igorechek
Clear. I bought a Pro Cook over there - the quality is good. I bought recently at a discount in OZONE. I take large bags 28x40. Convenient, good sealing.
Omela
We'll have to buy.
igorechek
I cut a 2 cm seam from a large bag, rinse and forward for reuse. It's not for me to wash a bag for 17-20 rubles in 2 minutes. If they paid for the work of a "packer", it would be the most rogue work. This is a salary of over 100,000 per month.

I do that too. Packages can be used 5-6 times. And mine is like this: I soak it with detergent for 15-20 minutes, and then I go inside with a toothbrush and rinse it. Everything goes fine.
igorechek
Of course, that is why, with discounts on OZONE, all large packages of 28x40 were bought at once, and only rolls and small packages of 22x30 remained.
You can always make smaller out of something big, but vice versa.

Sorry, you probably can't guess about the packages. Many people (including from this conference) in China take packages, it would seem that the technology is not complicated, how they can be spoiled - but no, it turns out it is possible. You will take a closer look at them, maybe it was from frost (you bought it in winter) somewhere at the seams? Can we try to solder them from all three stars before evacuating to eliminate the possibility of air escape through the seams?

And how much were the pacts at OZON? Now in Yulmart for 890, though I don't think that proficook packages are not made in China

🔗

P.S. And the day before yesterday I bought a packer for ordinary bags on Ali at a sale: Sinbo DZ-280. The price turned out to be 2500 with the delivery of SPSR-Express.
As I wait and experience - I will share.
igorechek
On Yulmart at this price, as far as I remember, they were small (inconvenient) 22x30, and large 28x40 were more expensive than 1,000. At OZON there were and quickly sold large packages of about 850.
I put the Profi Cook packages for testing into the freezer compartment with sous vide products, and even folded them in half. After that, I took out and used the bags re-hold even after that the vacuum is excellent. So -21 * is not a hindrance to good packages.
I have an unpleasant attitude towards the Turkish company Shinbo. Recently the automatic soap dispenser 6802 broke down, having worked for less than a month. Reliability is lousy, disassembled, cannot be repaired.
Manna
I also tried these wonderful packages from Klatronic ... Yeah ... these are not vacuum bags for sure

The link is for large packages, see for yourself.
I have Chinese Sinbo. Are you confusing with Steba?
igorechek
Sinbo is a Turkish company, it can also be produced in China, but the development is Turkish. I have no complaints about the German Steba technique. But Shinbo ran into the dispenser personally. At first it was buggy, then it dripped altogether, and it was impossible to repair it. And it looks like a pretty decent device for 800 rubles.
Prices on Yulmart have been reduced, but even there the price is indicated, which was a couple of days ago - 1,100 rubles for a large package. The price has been lowered the other day, because the prices have been raised too much compared to competitors.
Omela
My Korean packer stopped sucking air .. I thought it was in the bags, I bought new ones, but no ...
Musenovna
Recommend a budget and small vacuum sealer for sous vide. To understand whether I need it at all.
Lerele
It can be used not only for suvid. I often use it for other purposes, I have a proficiency with jars, so they are in use all the time. And I even manage to solder part of the soup into the bags, and into the freezer, then I take it out and heat it. And the rest as well. Now there is always something in the freezer to get out and warm up. Yes, and I just solder open products, otherwise you open the package, and you worry that it will spoil, for example, walnuts from the bag, I did not use everything at once, I took as much as I needed, the rest was soldered. And so much. Smoked sausage, because only I eat it, cheese, smoked fish.
Musenovna
Lerele, I certainly understand all this, but for a husband motivation is needed. As I sat down on this forum, and so a large number of different bells and whistles in the kitchen, new ones began to appear at an incredible speed. I'm afraid my mother-in-law will kick me out of the house. ))) my husband is already joking that we need to build a house with a huge kitchen, otherwise my devices will not fit. In general, I certainly want a full-fledged vacuum sealer, but finances will still not allow purchasing it. And sous-vid really want to. So I'm looking for something budgetary.
Omela
Katerina, sous-vide, you can try without a packer. The girls talked about how primitive methods can be used to "expel" the air, for example, by placing a bag of food in a pot of water and slowly tying it.
Lerele
Well, I don’t know, it takes up little space, I stopped throwing dried food into refrigerated products. This is a strong motivation. Now I even sealed bread in the freezer. I take it out, warm it up in the microwave, warm as fresh.
Well, the financial side is understandably important.
Musenovna
Omela, I certainly considered this option. Rather, I consider it, but it still seems to me that even the most primitive will turn out better than expelling the air with water. But I’ll try. While I will search. And the price is good ?! I read a little Temko here, I see it breaks down.
Omela
Quote: Musenovna
still, even the most primitive will do better
Well, if you yourself want to step on your own rake, then look for a primitive one. I bought in Korea for 2000 rubles, you can count the money thrown away. Good Steba and ProfiCook.
Lerele
And how much does proficouk cost in Russia? Mine costs 55 euros. Roughly it's 2500, not much and more expensive than Korean.
Ledka
I bought for 4000, which is with jars. It is cheaper without cans.
notglass
About bags and rolls for packers.
I buy constantly here: 🔗.
Factory quality, excellent. Suitable for all types of packers (except those that work only with a thin film). I took it for myself and for my friends. They do not depressurize, they hold the vacuum perfectly. There are different rolls and packages. The seller is great. I remember asking me where I get it? Here, I found a link.

I just bought it without cans for 4000 rubles. Korean bags in rolls approached him.
Manna
If you need banks and a pipe, you can buy them in China. It seemed to me that aperts is similar in design. But I'm not 100% sure
Omela
I will not buy in addition yet. I'll try to adjust my containers, I'll look for a pipe.
Manna
I had an idea to buy a taller jar so that it would be possible to seal 0.7L jars in it. Only 0.5 liter cans are included in my poltorashka. And I liked to vacuum them so
Sergey Kornilov
As for the broken packer - there is nothing to break there!
Is the engine humming?
Does the pump suck or not?
Is the sealing in progress?
Let the husband disassemble and look or take it down to repair household appliances - there are cases for five kopecks.
Omela
Sergey Kornilov, that I would not say that he broke .. hums, sucks slowly and sadly. There is no chance of doing a large package at all. 1/2 small somehow. Seals are also strange, that is, after 2 days of lying in the refrigerator, the vacuum disappears inside the bag. In general, he makes me very nervous. Therefore, I removed it to the balcony.
Sergey Kornilov
If it buzzes, sucks and solders, then some kind of trifle.
There is a small hose inside between the pump and the vacuumator itself, perhaps it either burst or fell off ...

It can be quite sad here. There probably is something to break.
Recently my Vitesse vacuum pump broke down. The same thing - slowly began to evacuate worse and longer. Disassembled. It turned out that a silicone hemisphere was evacuating air, and a crack had begun to form around the perimeter. It began to increase and, accordingly, air persecution began to increase when swinging.
The trouble is that everything is cast in a single mass and cannot be replaced. Landfill pump. It is good that there are other evacuators that can be adapted to pump air out of cans.
I don’t know the device of the “Korean”, but the deterioration of the pumping quality can be a serious breakdown, for sure a part of the pumped air goes “to the left” somewhere.
Omela
Well, I read you a lot and again climbed onto the balcony after him. Spun like new inside:

I gathered it back and sent it to the balcony, Schaub did not irritate.

For almost a month now I have been testing my tubeless packer for flat bags "Sin Bo", yes, this is how the name is written in the instructions and on the packaging. He has nothing to do with the Turkish company Sinbo, as previously suggested.
What can I say - I'm very happy! I can't say anything yet about reliability, but I'm very pleased with the functionality and applicability.
1. Packages for it are much cheaper than corrugated. (I bought 300 special vacuum bags 20x30 cm, 2 rubles per bag), I will use it as needed, including already tried it for Suvid.
2. You can use regular freezer bags, I pack meat, fish and minced meat in them before putting them in the freezer. It seems like the shelf life and freshness should increase, the moisture from the meat does not freeze. I think berries and vegetables in the freezer will be much better preserved in a vacuum.
3. Any goods bought in a store in packaging: pasta, cereals, coffee, spices - open the package, use it partially, the rest in the original package - pack it again.
4. Bought regular thick plastic bags, packed onions, garlic, potatoes, carrots, beets. I put everything together and use it as needed. Vegetables are much better stored: potatoes and onions do not grow, other vegetables practically do not spoil. Now once a week we buy cucumbers, tomatoes, lemons - wash them right away and pack them at the rate for salad, then immediately open them and make a salad. In the fall, I will pack all my garden vegetables and apples in large packages of five kilograms.

In short, I don’t regret it yet.

1. Yes, exactly like that. Only I took it at the sale on March 26 with all sorts of coupons .... at a price it turned out $ 60.
2. It solders any packages.
3. You cannot adapt it for containers, or take a slightly more expensive model, which is for liquid products. There you can remove the tube that goes to the filter and connect it to the container. (like this, just look for a cheaper one: 🔗)
4. Yes, either an adapter, or just cut off the plug and screw on the domestic one, bought in household goods for 15 rubles.

Girls, where, besides China, you can buy containers for a vacuum sealer (I have a Profi cook), can anyone come across on the Internet? Share the link. Thank you

By the way, I can tell all Kiev women where you can buy corrugated bags for the packer, in a package of 100 pieces the price is even cheaper than proficukovsky. I had to look for an alternative because the branded ones disappeared from the mass sale, and those that remained terribly expensive.
Asya Klyachina
At the flour mill. There are different containers, but the price is inhumane - 2750 rubles. for three pieces. And I am interested in another question, who has a Pro Cook model without containers initially, a vacuum hose is not attached to it by accident, otherwise if these containers are bought separately, not only are they expensive, they also go without this hose, you also need a hose how to compose from something.
Byaka zakalyaka
Where I found containers, they come with a hose. But you correctly noted the price, not humane.750 UAH for three pieces plus a hose, the packer himself cost me the same. I will look for something available. They order from China, but I don’t dare to sit down and figure out how to buy there.
Aunt Besya
Girls-owners of Banquet and PC, tell us, please, what are the seals of your packers made of? Here I had (and there is, only the vacuum does not do now) Daewoo, there are seals like foam rubber. Almost immediately, this seal somewhere peeled off from the base, somewhere during storage (it may be its own fault that it was removed for storage in a closed form) it stuck together and then broke when opened - but the fact is that the tightness was broken and the vacuum ceased to be created ... Now I'm considering different models and I don't know where to stop ... There are also expensive household models for 17-20 thousand, I wonder .. do they have the same principle and material of a sealed gasket ??
notglass
Aunt Besya, I have a pro cook. The seal is either very dense rubber or something more detailed. Not foam rubber - that's for sure.
Omela
I have a Shteba and a PC. The difference between the second is that with simple sealing, air is not sucked out. It is better. And it hums quieter. In Shteba, now I only solder the liquid in containers. I'll show you a photo on Tuesday.
Aunt Besya
Here in Daewoo there is definitely foam rubber, only as the foam rubber has such a dense outer surface, so do these seals .. those parts that are tight to the plastic and outward, but inside it is pure foam
Daewoo can also either simply seal, or simply create a vacuum, and in manual mode, at the right time, interrupt and solder, and also create a vacuum with one button and immediately solder. The only question is in the material of the sealed gasket. I didn't like the foam
