Cook berries, pumpkin, meat and fish, mushrooms at one time. There are no foreign smells, the quality of the stored product has also improved significantly.
In the summer, I experimented a little and froze spicy herbs also in portions - with separate sealed strips of rosemary on a sprig, small portions of thyme. It turned out to be very convenient. Usually these herbs were bought from me and most of them disappeared, I did not have time to use them completely. And at the right moment I had to quickly run for a new portion, and this is both money and time. Now this problem is not - took out of the freezer, one strip or as much as needed from the "cassette" cut - and in business. Since the tabs are separated from each other by a sealing strip, when cutting one portion, the rest remain in a vacuum and continue to be stored. And you don't need to look for them all over the refrigerator - everything is relative together.
I soldered greens according to the principle - we cut off the required length of the package from the roll, solder the bottom edge and solder the required number of strips vertically. We get such small "pockets" with a ribbon. Gently put greens in each pocket. Rosemary (it is long and thin) is convenient to push through with a thick knitting needle or sushi rack.After filling, we vacuum it according to the usual principle and seal the top seam. We get a package divided into sectors, from which it is convenient to cut off the desired portion.
