there are jars here

The tube, it seems to me, can be an ordinary silicone one, only the diameter must be chosen. There is such a building water level or look from drippers. In general, there is something to think about.
Of course. Electricians have cambrices of different diameters. The main thing is to choose the tip for insertion into the "nipple" of the jars. Manufacturers need different tips for different jars.
Relatively inexpensive Vitesse bowls are sold for 1.5 and 2 liters at a price of 600 rubles apiece.

Are there any applicants for the SINBO 280 / 2SD vacuum sealer for 3500 rubles? Write in a personal. I can send by mail!
Sergey Kornilov
What didn't you like about him? In general, I was going to order this with aliexpress at the next distribution of coupons (it seems like they promise by March 8)

No, I liked him! You just need money ((exceeded expenses. Circumstances do not allow.

Virgos, has anyone used Clatronic EF rolls for a vacuum sealer? As far as I understand, they are smooth ... If you contrive, will they pack in ProfiCook? The price for them is pleasant
igorechek
the man will feel after March 15-16 and write. Although someone can write earlier.

They are immediately sealed.

what is it about?
Ab that I'll get them around these numbers. I will feel them myself and try to evacuate them.
These are strange vacuumizers - Clathronic and Bohmann. Although why should they produce non-corrugated bags, if they position themselves precisely as vacuum sealers and not sealers. Indeed, according to reviews, these vacuumizers, in any case, are trying to create a vacuum. Maybe the packages will be vacuumized? You have to try it yourself.
Manna
Eeehhh, I can't wait for the drain ... to order and try it myself

Svetlana, and you tried these packages in ProfiCook, right?
Ledka
I tried it, and that's all. I also tried (someone advised) to attach 3-4 centimeter proficouk strips to the edges of the packages of smooth (clathronic). My air was pumped out, but I could not fully solder it. Maybe it turned out thick?
Masinen
Manna, and where did you get the idea that they are smooth? Here are the packing bags, thin, but corrugated.
Ledka
Quote: Ariete

I will write how to save on packages:

It is necessary to cut off a strip of about 3-4 cm from the corrugated bag and put it into a regular (smooth) bag, aligning the edges. After that, you can evacuate it in a regular bag, since the air is sucked out perfectly and can be sealed.

I buy smooth bags for vacuum packaging products, which are very inexpensive compared to corrugated ones and have been using them successfully.
I found it. Something didn't work out for me

Manna, and where did you get the idea that they are smooth? Here are the packing bags, thin, but corrugated.
The clathronic has smooth ones. For some reason I took it (I wanted to try to outwit the proficouk)
And I also have the packages that came with the proficiency, were all defective. The air was sucked out, sealed, and after a while they slowly took in air. at first I was upset, I thought. that the vacuum unit is defective. But this did not happen with separately purchased packages.
Manna
What a pity ... their price is so good

Yeah. Try it, it might look like Ariete.
Manna
Well, very hot to try. I would be ideal for storage
notglass
Manna, you know, I tried to make noname smooth bags as a professional. I'll tell you: if used in the freezer, then it's ok. I brewed and the air was pumped out, everything in the freezer was frozen and great. If you want to solder them and then sous-pretend, it won't work. They can be depressurized. I took the smooth ones especially for the freezer. You can also try this: take any tight, smooth bag and try to vacuum something there. I trained on foil coffee. Works.
Manna
Anya, I wanted them for storage, freezing, including, but more just for storage in the refrigerator. We should probably still try. It will not work to evacuate, so I will just seal them for transporting products in the car, since the price is good
notglass
Manyash, I ordered it in China. Very inexpensive. Moreover, there were discounts. Excellent for a freezer. And I also took the corrugated inexpensive ones, they are excellent for cooking. I ordered 6 more pieces.
Manna
I need to look in China too ... I just need something, otherwise the delivery of only packages will probably come out in gold
Ariete
Ledka, it is necessary to put a strip from the corrugated bag to the place of sealing, so that it is not soldered to the bag, but is slightly higher than the seam, then everything will work out, try it.

But I already wrote that I don't use original packages for sous-vide, only for storage.

Thank you so much. I will try. For sous-vide, I have proficoukian ones, but for storage I would like something cheaper.

Apparently I'm a mediocre krivoruchka: (I did not succeed. Below and above, it immediately solders ...... Half an hour and a bunch of cut bags.
Apparently not destiny

Experiment on evacuating a glass jar with a screw cap in the container of a Profi Cook PC-WK 1015 DS vacuum sealer
Cvetaal
Mannochka, brilliant !!! Thank you very much for the experiment. Now the banks will go into action

Girls and boys, I want to warn you, disconnect the tube from the container with caution, holding the central part of the lid, the middle of one of my lids broke out along with the tube when opening and it has not been restored yet
gala10
Mannochka, thanks for the experiment! I think this is very useful for many.
Natalishka
Larger cans can be evacuated in a marinator with an electric pump. We must try. Manna
Manna
Girls, thanks for the kind words!

Thank you very much for the warning! Yes, the tube detaches a little - that's for sure

How long do you think you can store food in such jars from a professional cook?
Today I took out the broth, for four days I just stood in the refrigerator in such a jar, I was afraid, but it is as fresh.
Manna
Lerele, usually products are stored somewhere 5 times longer in a vacuum (I personally have not verified this information, this is a theory). And what is such a jar an exception?
notglass
I had an unwitting experiment. I left a jar of proficuques with strawberries in the fridge. I had to leave urgently. After 10 days, the berries were like fresh from the garden.
And the broth can be stored in the refrigerator for 6 days without any problems. This was written somewhere in an article on bacteriology.
Lerele
That is, if the broth is simply stored in the refrigerator, say, for three to four days, then it can be multiplied by 5.
It turns out 15-20 days ??
We already have a long shelf life here, minced meat just costs a week in the refrigerator, milk too. It can be seen that they are adding something.
Manna
Quote: Lerele

this is only a theory, in practice I have not tested it
Lerele
Apparently, you can easily leave something for a week then.
And you can also make the stewed meat, put it in jars and vacuum it
These are already thoughts aloud ...
Manna
I still close previously opened jars of homemade canned food.
Manna
Tao came across corks for vacuum packaging bottles.

It is impossible to take into account the storage factor of -5 during storage. For different products there is a different difference in storage times.
Basically, this factor is three. And 5 is a marketing ploy of the manufacturer and is correct only for 1-3 products (the maximum of all), for example, marinated meat or cheese.
Lerele

How many possibilities are there !!!
My mom used to make concentrated juices from berries with sugar, how convenient these bottle caps were !!!!!!!
I don’t make blanks, there’s no place to store them, but I have to think about bottles, there are enough berries.
Manna, thanks !!!
Mar_k
From practice with such caps at Zceptor - I don't like it, the vacuum is created poorly and practically does not hold, so there are two plugs lying around ...
larissa
Girls, please share a link to aliexpress for packages for a packer or for film in rolls .... I kind of saved it somewhere, but now I can't find And yet, can someone tell me which film or packages is better to take for the Shteba vacuum sealer .. : sorry: Thank you!
notglass
larissa, unfortunately my link has not been saved. Type vacuum rolls in Ali in the search bar and it will throw out a lot of sentences. The film is good there, rolls of different volumes and sizes. Choose a seller with a good history and order, only the Chinese have a new gadget: they have a cost of goods - a penny, and delivery is expensive. If you do not receive the goods, then you will be refunded the cost of the goods and the shipping costs. Order from a seller with free shipping. I borrowed from several sellers. The film is of excellent quality, factory-made.
larissa
notglass,
And for which packer did you take it and what does it feel like? : umnik2: I have a film on the bags on the one side smooth, and on the other side a little corrugated .. I'm just afraid to order something wrong ... although the instructions say that it solders any packages, but I haven't had time to check it yet. ...
Girls, tell me, the film in rolls that you ordered in China goes with a sleeve (i.e. double) or single (like cling film)
Nady_gera
Girls, tell a newbie. I choose which vacuum cleaner to buy, I found this option

I liked the fact that it has universal covers that fit any containers.
I need a vacuum unit to store primarily dried vegetables and fruits and grains. And so it would be ideal for me to lay out the grain and dried food in glass jars (from 1 to 3 liters) and close them with lids. In your topic, I have not found analogues for such covers from other companies.

But I saw a video of how a jar with a screw cap in a plastic container is evacuated and thought that maybe I don't need to buy such an expensive vacuum apparatus and 10 caps for it? How reliable is this method of evacuating air from a can with a screw cap and are there any containers that can fit a 3 liter can?

I have several vacuumizers different in purpose, including this one. I can tell you how to improve it.
The fact is that it is not always good to pump out with a hand pump (I judge by the strength and duration of the puff when removing the vacuum), and even manually, especially half-empty cans, it is dreary to pump out. Easier to do if anyone has ANY vacuum pump or evacuator.
Take a vacuum sucker (sold as a spare part in any household store) from a soap dish or shelf. The tip is cut off and a hole is made in the middle for the tip of your device for evacuation. This suction cup is superimposed on the valve of the vacuum cap and the tip of the vacuum tube is inserted into the hole of the suction cup. All !
Switch on your electric vacuum unit.
It is pumped out more efficiently and without physical effort.
