After watching the video, the thought came to my mind:
probably you can also put any jar or container in a bag, turn on the packer for vacuuming, but do not seal the bag. Banks must be evacuated.
But I don’t understand: if you twist the jar tightly, then the air will not be pumped out of it, and if it is weak, then what prevents the air from filling the jar again, after opening the outer container.
I asked the same thing until I realized- When we twist the jar not completely, that is, small micro-slots through which air is sucked out and slowly these slots are CLAMPED, The pressure from above is VERY strong on the seal and simply squeezes the passages to enter the air inside.
If in a pressure cooker we hold back the pressure FROM THE INSIDE-OUT, then here, on the contrary, the lid is pressed inward.
igorechek
By the way, it's a very useful thing.
Now the market is flooded with "false vacuum accumulators", which supposedly create a vacuum by pressing a finger ... They do not! But if you put them in a real vacuum container, then it is the vacuum that is VERY well created. Cheap and cheerful! I've tried it myself. When air is let into the upper container, the lid in the inner one is already drawn in!
However, it is not advisable to use containers without a vacuum release valve. If you just take a container with 4 fasteners on the sides, without a valve, then well, it will be very difficult to tear off the lid when you open it.

I saw this trick somewhere in the video: If you put several containers with lids, such as "nesting dolls" inside each other, then a vacuum will be created in all of them. But there were CONTAINERS and an avuum was created in them WITHOUT significant DEFORMATION of the surface of the containers.

It is clear with dry products, but what about those in the marinade or just raw meat, fish, then the second package will not save either, since the juice will be released intensively during the vacuuming process and if you cook the Su type, then the juice will still flood (it will stain ) completely package.
It is very interesting how you try, please tell me how it will be in practice!
Let me tell you what happened in practice.
I bought a rather large piece of pork (low-fat, as far as possible, a ham, almost a kilogram), washed, salted, spiced and vacuumized - first I put it in a thin bag, cutting it to the fastener line, and from above into a hotter, the air was pumped out well.
She put it in Shteba's pressure cooker for 3.5 hours, heated to 80 degrees. During the cooking process, a little juice did leak from the inner bag, but it is not difficult to wash it. Although next time, probably, I will not bother, invest something.
Mar_k
So I think that it is not difficult to wash, it is very good at mega, whatever else (from a regular meat or in a marinade, fish, fruit !!). And the same amount of time is spent!
I hope you enjoyed the result very much. I have now adapted the meat for the broth to do so !!! Yesterday I turned away a piece of beef in this way! Part of the meat for salad, and part with half-cooked broth for soup !!! Such beauty!
Regina V.
I have a packer. Bought a long time ago at the Bolshoi. Nothing special: there is only one welding string. After a while, the air still passes through the micro-slits. They can only pack the tenderloin for tomorrow.
Sergey Kornilov
Or you can ask the owners of Proficuk or Hotter:
You can take a can with a screw cap (as in the video above), put it in a bag and pump out the air. Is the bank evacuated or not?
I am interested in the possibility of rolling up a jar of jam, or vacuuming an open jar of sauce, or simply pouring coffee-tea into a jar and sealing.
Interesting - this trick will turn out?

But how to check that a vacuum has turned out in the jar?

There is a red light in my pump. At first it blinks, but at full vacuum it burns stably, then I move the arrow to vacuum and take the pump out of the can

And I want to ask, why is this necessary? There are special systems that allow you to evacuate jars or bowls .... I saw the most inexpensive one from the Vitesse company ... And there is also Proficuka additional jars with lids, and we will open the time and Shteba will be on sale!

And how to understand what will happen in the jar inside the package from which it is proposed to pump out the air?

There are also sensor bulbs on the vacuum panel. Oh, make chichas go to study your toys, I already have two of them!
Sergey Kornilov
On the can, the lid is pulled inward. And when you open it, a click is heard.
Here's the video above: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...439.0

And you need it for this:
We bought, for example, tomato paste - we took one spoonful and put the rest in the refrigerator. And she stands there for three days. Then they took one or two spoons and put them back in the refrigerator ... and so on. After a couple of weeks, the paste starts to get moldy and has to be thrown away. And if the can can be evacuated, then this will not happen. It's the same with mayonnaise, we hardly eat it, but sometimes it appears in the refrigerator and it would be nice to keep it longer.
I will not and I do not want to transfer the paste from the can to a special container.
Jars with screw lids - as a rule, everyone has, but you need to buy special containers.
I also think it would be nice to spin the jam in jars for the winter, it's still safer when the jar is vacuumized.

But here a problem may arise, over time the banks can depressurize themselves - checked personally.
Therefore, it is better to close such blanks immediately under the lids with hot ones, a 100% safety guarantee will be - also verified by personal experience

And just in general, vacuum packaging is temporary storage, over time the same meat, for example, loses its taste, color and may deteriorate. It is optimal to store meat (raw and boiled cuts) for about 5-7 days, then it spoils.
Mar_k
For the sake of experiment, I will try to evacuate the jar, how will I cook something!

And tomato paste is stored longer if you pour sunflower oil into it! Yes, in a tin can! I bought special silicone caps, they stretch, resemble a jellyfish and, due to the 'rubber band', can close cans with different throat widths.

Can you also cook in Hotter bags?
There are no instructions in general.
I bought for the packer 2 packs of 10 pcs, a container and 3 pcs of wine corks.
As long as I like everything, the preservation has increased compared to film and foil

I read it and decided to buy a vacuum packer too. But what to look for? We have prices from 20 euros to ....
So I don’t know which one to take, I don’t want a very expensive one, otherwise I don’t need it at all, but maybe there is some important function in it? It's hard to live without
Masinen
Lerele, they have one function, but there are several. You need to watch how many liters of air it pumps out per minute or second (I don't remember), well, power)
Lerele
Do you need several functions, or you can get by with one?
Christmas trees, at least do not go to the forum, well, I lived without this packer, but no, now I want for some reason

I bought it, now I look like the meat using the Su method - I really like it .... Now I will make the preparations for good and in the freezer, but various delicacies from meat !!!

It is better if he makes packaging in cellophane, foil, cans, and it is desirable that the cans are attached. Packaging: Wet, Dry, Normal, Turbo.
I took the Profi Cook from a German store. For a year now. I am very satisfied. Especially 2 cans are in use: relieved the pressure, took out as much as needed and rolled it up again.

No. The task was different.
In the video that was given above: a person took an ordinary jar with caviar or mayonnaise. I didn't screw the jar very tightly. Then he put it in a container, pumped the air out of it. After that, the outer container was opened, and the jar remained evacuated.
That is, the control tubercle in the center of the lid has been pulled inward! And when the can is opened, an obvious pop is heard, as if the can was opened for the first time.

Here I am interested in the question: is it possible to do without a container, but to do the same trick by putting the jar in a bag. That is, when choosing a vacuum machine - do you need to look for vacuum machines with containers or can you buy a regular proficuc like yours.

Sergey, thanks for the good video. It's good that our video was filmed without cuts. It seems to evacuate and seal well. and the size is compact and the price is complete.
But I have some prejudice towards these small devices. A friend of ours "bought" on TV commercials and recently bought a compact sewing machine. Everything is beautiful in advertising, but she does not know where to put it now. I was so fucked up about 20 years ago for another model. A relative bought a narrow washing machine from me earlier, so he recently sold it and bought a standard ...
I have no doubt about the Korean, it seems, the quality, just a few points from experience ...
