Except as a file, where possible, there seems to be nothing more. When sharpening from above, the main thing is not to fill the corner below the horizon.

Well, in principle, almost all the discs are native to me - for potato pancakes I was in the harvester as a gift, and I bought the middle one. But he rubs normally, and I shred at 1 mm and 3 mm. Cabbage by 1 mm, and cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers, etc., by 3 mm. And potatoes for frying - I have a special pribluda to cut into pieces, like this:Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!
And the rubbed on a disc for Korean carrots is not much different, at the output, from the average.
diana7dg
I was looking for a suitable capacity for storing discs in stores and did not find anything in size. I would like to add them culturally! I found a branded bag for disks, but the question is what's inside: is it completely empty or are there compartments for each disk so that they do not rub against each other?

Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!
Anna1957
I have such a bag for MUM5. There are 2 compartments: a large one (for beaters and a hook) and a small one for discs. But there are no compartments for each disk, I have each disk in a separate package.
diana7dg
It is clear, but two compartments are already not bad, in extreme cases you can attach a cardboard box between the disks, I have 6 of them.
Smilystar
Hello everyone) gave me a gift. favorite cube))) I adore it, chopping a bowl of salad in 1 minute is super)))) I tried all the graters, tinder is great! I want to buy an average one and while I'm thinking about a fries grater, since there is a deep fat fryer and I'm already tired of cutting by hand (but the crescents didn't impress me ((((
diana7dg
Smilystar, for classic French fries, the Burner 10mm stick nozzle is better or there are also mechanical cutters. The bars are even and the size is good. I use the French fries attachment for Boshik to cut potatoes into soup or for frying. In principle, you can do without it.
Smilystar
diana7dg, thanks for the advice, I've also thought about Berner, I also saw a grater in Tupperware that cuts and cuts slices and rubs into cubes and what it does not do, but it costs 4 thousand in the catalog, consider almost the cost of a cube (
diana7dg
Today I made a vinaigrette from vegetables cooked in the microwave. All cooked very well, that is, until soft. Chilled until the next day in the refrigerator. Boshik cut the cubes perfectly, I couldn't have done that!

Girls, could you write down the dimensions of your combine-cubes, length-width-height, it's just that our kitchen is small, I want to figure out which model will fit better ??

but could you tell me where you bought such a cool device for cutting potatoes into cubes?
diana7dg
RYZ-NIK,
"height without blender 20.5 cm, width 33.5 cm, depth 24 cm."
"Height without flask for cocktails 20 cm + 10 cm neck for food.
Overall width 33 cm.
Main bowl diameter 20 cm, depth 15 cm
The diameter of the mouth for filling products is 6 by 8.
Small neck 4.5 x 4.5 cm "
RYZ-NIK
diana7dg, thanks a lot
RYZ-NIK
diana7dg, but do not tell me, did you buy additional graters at 003 ?? and what is the normal price for them, so far I only get more than 1000 (((and your model is 5529?

I bought it at Metro for a long time. But here is exactly the same in the online store 🔗
RYZ-NIK
Prus - 2 Thank you so much
diana7dg
RYZ-NIK, model 5529, I bought graters at, the price of fries is 527, for an average grater 347, for a grater for potato pancakes 498 rubles.
RYZ-NIK
diana7dg, thank you very much, it's a pity that 003 is out of stock (((your prices are very tasty, I will look for and know what to focus on)))
RYZ-NIK
Another question arose: having such a combine, does it make sense to buy a submersible blender? It seems to me that it has - to make the same puree soup so as not to overflow or the chopper for chocolate nuts is convenient to use or you can do without, what do you say?

and what size cube is obtained?
diana7dg
RYZ-NIK, I had a submersible blender with a chopper and graters before the combine, I used it. And now I think it will come in handy. I didn't measure the size of the cubes exactly, in the photo with the vinaigrette above you can see what size cubes are in relation to the green peas.
RYZ-NIK
diana7dg, thank you very much, all my questions were answered))) the vinaigrette is very harmonious)) I'm okay)))

Girls, is there any information: is a citrus squeezer suitable for some models on msm6?
Bijou
RYZ-NIK, so there is your own, why stranger?
RYZ-NIK
Bijou, you're right. in this series, it really is, the question was asked incorrectly, it should have been like this: will a juicer from models 62020, 64060, 68040 fit to model 68885 ??? just in additional accessories it is not listed and on the Bosch hotline they assure that by 68885 only shredders can be purchased (((

and still wondering if the nozzle is suitable for making puree from 5529 to 68885 ???

I checked in with a member of this forum who has both of these combines and she tried on the nozzle for mashed potatoes and berries on 68885. And it fits !!! She sits on the axle, which is for cubes. I'm also going to buy. I just can't get to the service center.
A juicer and a citrus press are also available in the MCM6 series in other models, take a look. I personally ordered a citrus press.

Suddenly! The whisk disc scratched the bowl and that's when it was assembled correctly! So keep in mind - new harvesters do suffer from this disease. So far, I see only one solution - to cut a little from the side of this protruding plastic. Hopefully it will not happen again, and the groove on the bowl will not greatly affect its strength.
diana7dg
Barmaleich, and used the disk before? How long? Thanks for the information!
Barmaleich
diana7dg, I used it a couple of times for whipping, and drove it idle to check.
However, before it always turned on the combine first, and then poured in the liquid. This time he collected it, poured the liquid, then turned it on. Perhaps this played a decisive role.
RYZ-NIK
Tiksan, thanks tremendous !!!

Hello everyone. I have been using the cube for half a year now, I have a way to make arikhis paste using this miracle. in the original recipe for the plasticity of the product, rast was added. oil, I avoided that with the cube.
Wash and dry 1 kg of peanuts, then into the oven 180 g for 30 minutes, allow to cool slightly, peel if desired (I don’t do this), then skip the peanuts on a fine grater (I fill the almost full neck, insert the pusher and grind without pressing at the second speed). Next, I pass the chopped peanuts through the press blades (here the nut gives its butter itself), at the end of the curtain I add salt and sugar to taste and stir with a universal knife until the mass is common for 2-3 minutes. take small salt (extra) large salt dissolves poorly in paste, sugar can be replaced with honey.
P.s. arm yourself with the strength and patience to clean the kitchen assistant
Prus - 2
Ruslan, thanks for the recipe! And what is the amount of salt and sugar per 1 kg of peanuts? And 1 kg is already peeled? Or not?
rusmuhamedov
1/2 hour spoon of salt and 4-5 sugar, with extra, it is better to add more salt at the last stage. I take peanuts 1kg without a shell (the output is about 700g of a can of goth. Product), I don’t remove the brown skin, it seems to be useful

Need some advice! There is an amount of red currant that needs to be processed somehow. If I rub the berries with a propeller wiper, what can be done from the resulting liquid? I've been thinking about jelly, but I don't know how to make it, maybe something else? Please advise!
Bijou
Ha. I tried to shove black in there. Such nonsense turned out.)) Only a small amount of pale green mucus leaked down.
Therefore, I did not even think of the red one, I just threw a blender and calmed down.

I just threw a blender

And it is right. Berries can be at least in a blender, even with a utility knife (if there are a lot of berries).
Rubbing will not cope with the shell of berries such as currants, etc., at best you will only be able to squeeze out the juice.
But with raspberries or strawberries - no problem.
diana7dg
Thank you girls! Then blender vzhiknu!
diana7dg
I still tried it with rubbing, it really turns out only juice and foam, here:

Maybe someone will be interested, clearly it is always better.
I added sugar to the resulting liquid and boiled it, I don't know if the jelly will solidify or not, but it will definitely be delicious!

diana7dg, excuse my curiosity - is there already such a harvest of red currants near Moscow?

I was taught that first you need to boil the liquid itself for 10 minutes so that it evaporates a little, and then add sugar. The more sugar the better the jelly will set. This is the best jelly - amazing napilis with it. And they cook from sea buckthorn in exactly the same way.

Almost, Smolensk region, not far from Vyazma.

There is a recipe on the Internet, they add water to whole berries, then boil and wait for the water to evaporate. There is no water here, only juice. But I'm not a specialist, I can add sugar correctly later.
Ninelle
diana7dg, I haven't tried currants, but cranberries turn out great - real jelly. Mmmmm, I made something else out of berries, even though I don't remember cracking it .. but the fact that it turned out jelly - for sure.
Bijou
diana7dg, Oh cool! But the juice yield, of course, is tiny, I don't have any currants. It's good that it was red, otherwise in black I was scared that I was so terrible.))) All the pigment, along with the vitamins, probably remained in the skin.
Ninelle
A! I remembered! I did sea buckthorn this way - finally it turned out to be almost confiture.

Flax, how many black currants have you managed to wipe? Probably just a little bit. At first I was scared too, threw 2-3 handfuls and nothing - two drops fell, but when I continued, it went more fun and the process of seepage intensified significantly. I think if you continued, the color would change and the mass would become prettier. As the black matures, I will conduct an experiment for the sake of interest. For black, the mass should be thicker.
diana7dg
Ninelle, did you pass the berries through the rub?
Ninelle
Mdaaa, through a vetolet through it and mashed potatoes

Oh, I won't say for sure. Yes a little. But at the bottom there was some layer of this green slime, I then poured it into a bowl for a blender. The seeds are small there, I realized that I do not need to get dirty with the combine and throw out half of the harvest. But the red one is another matter, perhaps it is worth trying somehow, otherwise the bones in her do not add joy. ((I wonder if I have already threshed it through this turntable and skip this, what will happen?
And the seeds do not clog the grate?
Ninelle
Bijou, I generally was in a wild delight, my turntable drove the seeds and peel into a pile, and the grate I was in the PMM with soap and handles, was perfectly washed.
diana7dg
Bijou, I washed with a brush, which is included with the combine, it is easy to wash, 1/5 of the surface with stuck grains, but easily jump up from the brush, the rest washes out with a stream of water. The main cake under the blades accumulates and becomes compacted.
Quote: Bijou

I wonder if I have already thrashed it through this turntable, what will happen?
And for what?
I tried to put the black one into the juicer, so there was a thick layer of jelly-like mass on the dome of my Phillps, and two drops fell into the glass !!!
