Roast turkey with mushrooms in curd-cream sauce (multicooker Redmond RMC-02, gas hob)

Ingredients

Turkey breast fillet 300 g
Champignon 250 g
Potatoes (medium tubers) 2 pcs
Bow (medium heads) 2 pcs
Almette Cream Cheese 0.5 cans
French Mustard by Heinz taste
Kotanyi Porcini & Herbs Blend taste
Salt taste
Four Pepper Blend taste
Parsley 6 branches
Vegetable oil on demand

Cooking method

  • Install the Baking program. Put a finely chopped onion in the multicooker bowl, add a little vegetable oil and fry for 10 minutes with the lid open, stirring constantly.
  • Wash the turkey, wipe it thoroughly with paper towels, cut into large pieces. Put the turkey in the multicooker bowl to the onion, add a little vegetable oil, fry for 10 minutes with the lid open, stirring occasionally. Add some salt and pepper, fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Install the "Stew. Soup" program. Put potatoes, cut into large pieces, a little salt and pepper, a little vegetable oil in the bowl of the multicooker, mix. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • At this time, we cut the champignons and one onion quite large. Fry them in vegetable oil in a frying pan, generously adding the porcini mushrooms and herbs mixture. Frying time approximately 15 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, put the fried mushrooms and onions into the multicooker bowl, mix. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes add Almette cream cheese and a little French mustard to the roast. Mix the contents of the bowl. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, try the roast for the spice content, add salt, pepper, mustard if necessary. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, add chopped parsley. We evaluate the readiness of the potatoes. My potatoes were a little harsh, so I re-set the Stew Soup program and stewed the roast for another 15 minutes.
  • Let the roast steep for 10 minutes.
  • Bon Appetit!

Time for preparing:

About 2 hours

Note

Mustard gives the roast a spicy taste! But it takes quite a bit!

Tanya, I read your recipes as if you were looking through a cookbook: easy, interesting, you want to cook. Great!
I'll try. Thank you, Tanechka!
All the ingredients seem to be there, and we will replace the turkey with a chicken.

Thank you, Ritusya! I am very pleased

I liked the recipe, I tried it today. Delicious. True, she fried in Gurmanka, and then cooked in a multicooker-pressure cooker.
Delicate creamy taste. Advice - do not get excited with mustard, you need very little of it, and you need to salt it carefully, I did it at the limit. I would have oversalted it a little, but I added very little of it.
It is not at all a shame to serve such a dish on the festive table! Thank you, mirtatvik!

Elina, Elena, thank you very much! I am pleased that you liked the dish. You really need a little mustard, but after all "some people like it hot ...")))

Thanks for the recipe! I would never have thought of putting mustard in a creamy cheese sauce, but how delicious! I changed the recipe a little, as I sculpted it from what was. Instead of champignons and seasoning, I took fried porcini mushrooms, stored in the freezer since summer, and Almetta, of course, was not there - I had to make cheese sauce, as for pasta.Sobsno, and the pasta went into business, stewed only meat, and then combined it with boiled pasta. I liked it very much both for me and the family. Let's take it on board!

ekivoka_i, I'm glad, that you liked! And with porcini mushrooms it is even better! I also really liked adding mustard, the main thing is that you need a little bit of it, and the taste is very enriched.

mirtatvik, cooked closer to the recipe - with potatoes, only the cheese sauce was still made. What can I say - it was delicious with pasta, but it was delicious with potatoes! Thanks again for the great recipe! I wonder if it would be just as great with other meat? I'll have to try ...
mirtatvik
ekivoka_i, it seems to me that you can try with chicken and pork, it will be delicious))) I am very glad that you like it)))

mirtatvik, Tanyusha, thank you! Deliciousness - to go nuts! I did it without potatoes, I will make it separately, because I have not yet decided whether to eat it with it or with pasta. I love everything in creamy sauce! And with mushrooms it tastes twice better!
mirtatvik
Dina, thanks for stopping by! I'm glad, that you liked! Yes, turkey (chicken) and mushrooms go well, I like it too.

mirtatvikThank you for adapting to the cartoon. I am in Radisochka, and I cook exactly the same: vegetable, meat and vegetable, mushroom dishes. Cup with fillers. Vegetable puree soups.
This is my specialization at Radish.
I'll take your variantik into service!))) With champignons!
The beauty!

mamusi, Redochka also works tirelessly for me. I cook in it very often, she is my favorite! Roast in it is no worse than it turns out in pots. It tastes completely different, but also very tasty.
