Potatoes 0.7-09kg
Medium carrots 2 pcs
Onion 2 pcs
Tomato taste
Mushrooms
Vegetable oil
Salt
Sugar

Cooking method

  • Prepare cabbage leaves in any way convenient for you. Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, make the onion-carrot fry. if the mushrooms are fresh (champignons), then just cut them and add them to the LMZ, if dried, then put them in a bowl, pour water, hold in the microwave for 6-8 minutes at full power, then get the mushrooms (save the broth), rinse, cut and fry with vegetables.
  • Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, squeeze lightly. Put 3/4 of the vegetable frying in the potatoes, salt and pepper, if there is a need to add sugar, stir the minced meat. Form cabbage rolls. Put the prepared cabbage rolls in a saucepan.
  • Add Art. To the remaining vegetable frying. a spoonful of flour, fry for 2-3 minutes, then tomato paste (I have tomatoes with my own juice), and after three or four minutes add water and mushroom broth. Bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper and pour the cabbage rolls with the resulting sauce. Simmer cabbage rolls for 40 minutes, or less, until the cabbage is cooked.
