Potatoes with bacon, green peas, cheese

Ingredients

Potatoes - medium, young 4-5 pcs.
Bacon, puff brisket 4-5 slices
Ice cream peas 1/2 cup
Red onion 1/2 pcs.
Butter - for frying
Green onions - chopped 2-3 st. l.
Salt pepper taste
🔗 - for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • Boil the potatoes until cooked, I boiled them in their uniforms, then peeled them off.
  • Heat the butter in a frying pan, fry the bacon in butter (chop coarsely), red onion (cut into strips), green peas - until tender.
  • Coarsely chop potatoes, add fried bacon, onions, peas, add chopped green onions, salt, pepper - mix gently.
  • Arrange the potatoes in salad bowls, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and serve hot.

Especially in summer, when for some reason you don't feel like eating meat!
