Bean Mix Soup (Lean) in Oursson 4002

Ingredients

Sauerkraut - 100-150g
Broccoli (frozen) -7-8 inflorescences
Spinach (frozen) - 3-4 briquettes
Turnip onion 1 PC
Bean mix 1 m. St.
Salted tomato (pickled, preferably with a little brine) 1 PC.
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Salt, pepper to taste
Adjika 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • In a pressure cooker bowl, fry the onion and sauerkraut and tomato in a little oil. Add broccoli, spinach, bean mixture to the bowl. We fill everything with water. We turn on the Soup mode for 1 hour. In an hour, the soup is ready, but it will be more delicious if it stands on the heating for at least half an hour, and ideally more. In general, this soup is delicious the next day.

I cooked from such a mixture, it turns out deliciously. And the most interesting thing is that even beans and chickpeas, along with other legumes, are ready. Only dark in color - I also did it, it depends on beans, it gives color.

Ksyusha, there are pearl barley, split peas, lentils (three types), beans (four types), mung bean, wheat, chickpeas. I love the Fair, everything is tasty and Chistenko, of course the bags are not quite cheap, but it's nice to eat. And for myself, I always try to cook soups without potatoes, I add pumpkin somewhere, somewhere cauliflower and broccoli I put more. Often I add sea cabbage instead of sauerkraut, the same is very tasty, and of course the soup is always lean, just on the water.

I fried cabbage on Kasha, the lid was open during frying, it seems to me that you can fry in any mode, you can use the Casserole, so you can open and close the lid during operation.I didn’t fry it in the classical sense, I just dimmed it down a little so that all the tastes would “make friends and connect” and plus, so that the oil would be included in the product.
