Medium carrots 1 PC
Sweet red pepper 1 PC

Chicken bouillon 300 ml

Cooking method

  • Cut the beef into cubes about 2 * 2 cm, potatoes and peppers into small pieces, grate the carrots, cut the onion into thin half rings. Finely chop the cabbage. Put everything in a saucepan, sprinkle with spices, pour in hot broth (I had chicken broth, it went well), select the Roast mode. I increased the time from 30 to 40 minutes.
  • The meat turns out to be very soft, tender, vegetables also have time to cook perfectly. The most important thing is not a gram of vegetable oil and frying, the most important thing for those with digestive problems.

Doesn't look very appetizing. The "Roast" mode is not very suitable for such a dish, I also tried to cook on this mode and did not like it at all, I cooked it on the Casserole so that the potatoes had a more stewed taste.
