The milk turned out to be so beautiful ...
Helen - and what was the pressure during cooking, did you not notice? I'm trying to find a mode for porridge ... I haven't tried Jellied mode yet ...

I’ll have to try, but I’ll probably put more time, since the milk doesn’t "run away". Still, baked milk from a slow cooker is the most delicious for me, here it is beyond competition. You can try it on jellied meat and try it for 3-4 hours.
Just personally, I do not understand the taste of milk for a short period of simmering (up to an hour), how it can break through
Elena, thanks for the recipe. The piggy bank is replenished.

The pressure was on 4 sticks, but I did not dare to put it more than 2 hours, because I read that it is done in a pressure cooker in 2 - 2.5 hours. Although, now I'll try.

Thank you! Thanks to you, I am now also mastering the Jellied mode.

Thank you for the experiment, I also wanted to try to heat milk in this mode, I even specially bought 5.5% fat content, planned 2-2.5 hours and 1 hour on heating (I did this in Ourson-5005, during this time it turned out to be melted -preheated), but I was afraid suddenly there would be a strong heating in the first minutes, and now there is no doubt.

Tatyana! In the 4002 pressure cooker, you cannot put more than 2 hours in the Jelly. Today I also decided to make baked milk and began to choose the time. And after 2 hours it changes again for minutes. I’m in the instructions, and it says the time on the Jelly - from 5 minutes to 2 hours. If only you leave it hot without opening the lid.

It is impossible at a time, but if you repeat the program, this is when at home, and if there is no way to extend the program, then for heating. Yesterday I wanted to try it, but the yogurt was over ... I had to make yogurt, and it was already lazy to go for milk.

Well, my milk is ready. 2 liters on the Jellied program 2 hours. I wanted to add more time after the end of the program, but I hurried. The pressure has not yet come down and the CB has issued an E3 error. I left it on heating, for about half an hour there was still a pressure of 1. In total, it was 1.5 hours. The milk is super! Tastier than the first.
