Strawberry ice cream

Ingredients

Strawberry
Apple 1 PC
Powdered sugar 2 tbsp. l. +7 Art. l.
Cream 400 ml

Cooking method

  • I bought fresh strawberries yesterday. She was so beautiful, appetizing and fresh in appearance that I simply could not resist. In the evening I came late, so I postponed the preparation of ice cream until morning. And in the morning I discovered that almost half of the berries were affected by gray rot.
  • The rest I urgently mashed with powdered sugar. I added an apple, which I peeled, cut into pieces, mixed with 2 tbsp. l. powdered sugar, simmered in the microwave for 3 minutes and kneaded with a wooden spoon.
  • Then I cooled this resulting puree, combined with strawberries, cream and added the remaining powdered sugar. Beat the whole mass with a blender and put it in the freezer for a few minutes.
  • Then she poured it into an ice cream maker and brought it to condition.
  • It is less fatty than with 33% cream, but I liked it better than with 10%
