Fruit ice cream "Assorted"

Fruit assorted ice cream

Ingredients

Frozen assorted berries (strawberries, currants, cherries) 300 g
Sugar 3/4 250ml cup
Natural yoghurt 100 g
Sour cream 25% 100 g
Milk 50 ml
juice of one small orange

Cooking method

  • Defrost the berries and grind in a blender with sugar until the sugar is no longer felt. Squeeze the juice out of the orange. Add it and all the other ingredients and beat well again with a blender. Send to an ice cream maker for 25-30 minutes. Bring to soft ice cream and finally freeze in the freezer.

Time for preparing:

30 minutes

Note

Very tasty and rich in berries. I even think that next time you can put fewer berries. But on the other hand, a natural product!

Exactly. In my opinion, it seems! Only now I'm straining the bones from the currants, otherwise they get in the way of the finished product. You have to defrost the currant berries separately and squeeze the juice.

Anastasia , I made Assorted ice cream yesterday.
She put homemade yogurt. I ground the currants whole, and then no seeds were found. Instead of orange juice, I put in a whole tangerine.

In the process of preparation, the volume of ice cream slightly decreased (how about in an ice cream maker?).
I really liked that there was no liquid at the bottom, so the finished ice cream turned out without ice crystals. Very, very tasty, now there will be two basins in the freezer.

I will try and replace milk (and maybe sour cream) in this recipe with yogurt.

Hooray! I'm very glad! You can replace it with yogurt and milk, and sour cream is only for your taste, it will not affect the quality in any way. I even did it without dairy products at all, but then it just turns out more vigorous ice cream, and with dairy products, it is softer. About the volume, I didn’t notice that it had decreased, maybe I simply didn’t attach any importance to this, since I was more closely watching the taste in the cooking process.

And yesterday I prepared Assorted ice cream in the following proportions:
300 gr. cherries
1 large tangerine
300 gr yogurt
100 gr sour cream
3/4 cup sugar (glass = 250 ml)

It turned out even tastier, more tender and airy. I will also show the photo later.

Now I have an idea like this:
I want to make apple ice cream. I can even imagine what the taste will be. The approximate composition is as follows:

2 large apples
1- 2 large tangerines
150-200 gr cherries
3/4 cup sugar
2 - 3 proteins from chicken eggs (?)
~ 200 gr yogurt

I bake the apples in the oven, and when they cool down, beat them in a blender.
Add cherries and tangerines, sugar and yogurt.
At the end, add the whites whipped into a strong foam. Further, as usual.

I will adjust the proportions as the piece progresses. With proteins, I will make the final decision when the bulk is ready. Perhaps, I will fix them with something before laying, or, altogether, exclude them.

I did it with frozen Polish strawberries - delicious, but really too "berry!" next time you need more creamy taste))) Excellent! but still, super, later I'll post my ice cream - with a recipe)))
