Ladies who use the Soviet hazelnut for the stove, give a master class, please, otherwise I got hold of it by chance, but I dare not approach
Does it need to be oiled before each pouring of the dough? Vegetable or creamy?
How long does one side bake (on gas)?
What consistency should the dough be and how much should it pour?
Are there any tricks for handling?
There is no need to grease - shortbread dough goes there, it is fat in itself.
I won't tell you about the time - I look at the degree of browning, how it is browned, I turn it over.
The dough should roll into a ball, pinch off the pieces and put in the hazelnut, press on top with the second half of the hazelnut and on the gas. The size of the pieces will have to be determined empirically so that they do not crawl out of the hazelnut.
I won't tell you the dough recipe - I do it by eye. Come eggs, flour, sugar, margarine or butter.

Thank you!!! The question of browning has ripened, when you open it slightly for verification, do nuts stick to some side? they need to be additionally picked up to see if they are fried?

Nobody uses these? Is it worth taking or not?

Olga I have Kuban I am not delighted with her, the waffles are not baked evenly.

In the series "Desperate Housewives" I saw a waffle iron, which notifies of the readiness of the waffles by ringing. Now I have lost peace - I WANT !!! maybe someone knows what kind of model it was? Or an analogue. For thick waffles.
omi4ka
Tell me please. I read that many people have a waffle iron Slastena. And no one will say what kind of Alpina waffle iron? There is an opportunity to purchase, there seems to be a non-stick coating. Share who knows a good thing?

Baked recipe in the instructions. Called "Classic"

I forgot how beautiful links with a name are made, sorry ...

But I can't follow the recipes .... I added 100 gr. To this recipe. kefir, because on the next page there is a recipe for "Nuts for a sweet tooth", which differ from the previous one by the presence of sour cream ...
The instructions recommend spreading the dough with a teaspoon. A lot - the second and the next portion I laid out in the coffee shop and there was practically no waste. Timed the time - one portion - I laid out 24 halves for 3-4 minutes, one portion was baked for 4-6 minutes. It didn't work out more precisely ...
In total, the recipe dough in the instructions turned out to be 5 tabs, halves turned out to be 120 pieces, nuts - 60 pieces.
I started them with boiled water longer than baked ...

One minus for nuts - less than Soviet ones, and very quickly end ...
Rina
Well ... now I have to take out the waffle iron and say goodbye to the waist that has begun to appear?

Cloer waffle irons appeared in Moscow. Maybe someone will find this information useful. I was looking for it in winter. I already thought about ordering in Germany. There are models including those with a sound signal.Natty, if you haven't bought a waffle iron yet, pay attention to this brand.
I bought Cloer 189 yesterday for 1675 rubles in an online store. The outer surface is brushed steel. Waffle baking regulator, i.e. stepless thermostat. Sound signal when waffles are ready. Not for thin waffles, hearts. The diameter of the mold is 20 cm, and there are also 16.5 cm. Heavy. I used to look at waffle irons in the store and they all seemed flimsy and lightweight to me, but this one is solid. Today I will test. In short, my little dream has come true. It remains to purchase efbe-Schot. I don’t understand why the merchants don’t bring her here. After all, so many women in Russia dream of buying this waffle iron, and no one wants to bother with international parcels. And they don't know how, like me, for example.
P.S. If anyone buys, please note that the waffle iron models differ not only in technical characteristics, but also in the material of the outer surface. There are white, chrome and brushed stainless steel.
Omela
Ipatiya , and share a reference !!! Is there a model for thin waffles?
ksy
ukka, but where is it better to taste, in the Soviet one, which is put on gas or in this one? Thanks for the answer.
nut
A year ago I bought myself an efbe-Schot 3in1 and baked nuts in it, so this is our Soviet one, the one that I like to put on gas better, some completely different taste is obtained from one test, maybe the quality and composition of the metal affects this

Omela, I chose a store on the Yandex market. Sorry, I am not giving a link, so as not to influence anyone's choice, since the purchase of the waffle iron was accompanied by a little adventure for me. There are several shops on the Market that sell these electric waffle irons. So there is plenty to choose from. There are also models for thin waffles such as the Cloer 285.
I've already tried mine. I love! These are the first hand-made waffles in my life, so while I'm gaining experience and testing recipes. And if you look in general, the waffles are neither thin nor thick, just for my taste. And crispy can be done. A pleasant sound signal when the waffle is ready. The waffle iron itself is heavy. Bakes quickly. So I like everything.

Omela, I didn't want to offend or push you away!

I did not give a link for the following reason.
I turned to one online store, placed an order with self-pickup and went to pick up the waffle iron to the other end of the city. I must say that I arrived almost 15 minutes before the end of the work of the comrades issuing the goods. They were sitting in a cafe located inside the car wash. They give me the goods, but there is no stamp on the check. The check is filled in by hand, they are still issued on the market. I started calling the office, it was a shame to leave just like that, with nothing. We agreed that the office would wait for me to stamp. Explained how to get to them on foot. And so I walk the back road of an unfamiliar area at 8 o'clock in the evening and think: "It's good that the waffle iron is heavy. If anyone sticks, I'll hit the waffle iron in the face!" In the office, they apologized to me, and I was glad that I would not have to come again. Such are the things! As you can see, I can't recommend such an online store to anyone.
Hairpin
I have an empty warranty card for the pizza maker. No date, no stamp ... I don't bother for a long time ... As a rule, I don't even open the box. I take it home, I'm already looking there ... Moreover, there were no troubles with purchases from Internet shops. Until...

Yes, I have a domestic one, I don't remember, really, what is it called. It is without a non-stick coating, the children from it. Constantly have to be lubricated, I will definitely burn myself at the same time. In general, she does not inspire me!
lina
Mistletoe, so old waffle iron - it is like bread molds, covered with "oily Teflon". I grease my "alice" (brought from the open spaces of the union at a time when I didn't go to school yet) once before baking, already warm. Sunflower oil, silicone brush.

lina , well, they just put me into confusion .. climbed onto the mezzanine ... for a waffle iron .. I'll give her another chance!

Dashkaaa, but you do not know, "Gourmet" and "Sweet" what, in fact, differ? Besides that one is produced in Chelyabinsk, the other in Kursk? (I don't remember which one where.) I settled on these 2 models, I didn't even consider the Chinese ones - I read a lot of negative reviews. And now, like a donkey between two feeders. On Monday I want to order, but I haven't decided which one.
Lydia
We bought "Gourmet". Yesterday we baked "Giraffelek". Oddly enough, the first pancake is not lumpy - only 1 waffle was burned. I don't post photos - like everyone else looks like. Now the project includes waffles from Anastasia, which we want to make with filling.

And I dream of a waffle iron for thick waffles. We sell something 2 in 1 here: a sandwich maker + a waffle maker for thick Mulinex wafers. Does anyone have one? Anything you say?

in older forms, the nuts are better because they are thinner and roast faster over high heat. in efba the nuts are thicker and they are not fried, but rather baked, so the difference in taste is obtained.

In-in and I about the same, in the owls. Oreshnitsa what is put on gas, the taste is completely different, but they don't believe me
