manna Thank you so much .
I have a gas waffle iron for thin waffles and I also have a waffle iron for thick (Belgian) ones, but the recipes are in trouble.
Manna
So on the recipe drain forum At least for every day
Lyalya Toy
Many of them are with yeast (I don't bake with yeast).
And there are some that I know about, my family will not eat such.
I need to recycle homemade yogut and bake thick waffles, so I'm looking.
Manna
Lenochka, here HERE posted a recipe for yogurt waffles
Hummingbird
Was torn between a waffle iron for thin waffles and a flower for waffles. For the Belgian, I definitely didn't want to. I looked at Manna's reviews, the cost of Cloer waffle makers + good reason (March 8) and ordered both. They will bring it today.

Girls, tell me the consistency of the dough for thin waffles and for waffles with a flower is the same or for thin thinner? What does it look like? For pancake or pancake dough? There was never a waffle iron.

For "flowers" the consistency of the dough is thicker. Look at the links that I gave for recipes, there are also photos of the dough.
Nevushka
I still have biscuit dough after the charlotte, and I decided to bake it in a "flower", it turned out very well (probably this is the first thing that satisfied me in this waffle iron, before that everything was not baked), but the mold must be constantly greased, apparently because there is no oil and fat in the dough.

manna This morning I baked waffles according to your recipe.
Conclusion: 2 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. soda is a lot. Enough and 1.5 tsp. baking powder.
I added flour + 3 tbsp. l. without a slide. I also put cinnamon on the tip of the knife.
Sweetheart had breakfast and said that this is the best recipe of all that came before.
Although the waffles stuck, despite the fact that I smeared the cells of the rast every time. oil.
I'll keep the recipe, it is very good for disposing of peroxidized yogurt or yogurt.
Manna
Lenochka, I am very glad that I liked the recipe And thanks for correcting it
Lyalya Toy
manna I rule "along the way", it all depends on the acidity of the yogurt. Thanks again.

Girls who have Orion 4 in 1, what do you say? In the Internet, reviews about it are not very good, they say the fastening is bad and bakes waffles from 15 to forty minutes one bookmark ... does this happen? Her power, like many others, 750. I would like nuts and grill and waffles. What to do...
Manna
Burned today "Light" waffles in vegetable oil.

Cloer 271 only greased the molds of the waffle iron at the very beginning with vegetable oil.

During baking, the waffles slightly adhered to the forms, but very easily detached. With a silicone brush, I brushed off the remnants (a thin film in certain places of the molds) of the dough on the molds so that it does not stick to the new wafer.

Hell on "1.1".

The long-awaited waffle iron has finally arrived to me today. A month ago, I was on fire to buy them, read this whole thread, felt everything in the store that I found and understood - I only want Cloer. None of the Moscow online stores left them in stock in February. Kupikenwood said - we don't know when and whether there will be at all, so I ordered in Germany, models 261 and 1620. And now my waffle irons are almost on the doorstep and Cloer appears in Moscow in several stores, it's a shame damn it, but oh well .. I'm sitting reading instructions ..
these are my first waffle makers, so please do not hit hard, the following question arose:
the instructions say grease with fat (butter or margarine, in no case vegetable oil) - why can't it be vegetable oil, there are assumptions?

by the way manna the instructions say that if the dough contains cornstarch and milk, the dough can stick to the mold ..
advise to lubricate as I wrote above ...

but in general the waffles turned out to be very beautiful, such a uniform color is just a sight for sore eyes ..
Manna
Zima, I greased with vegetable, because the waffles themselves were in vegetable oil. When the waffles were in butter (I laid out the tests earlier), I greased the molds with butter - the waffles stuck much stronger (maybe because it was the first time?)
Zima
maybe I'm still interested in why the manufacturer is so categorical about vegetable oil? ..
julifera
Zima - congratulations - so much happiness at the same time - as many as two

Girls! Clever girls, beauties!
Tell me! I want to buy a hazelnut, but I don't know which one to choose. I read negative reviews about Slasten and Nut.
I decided to look for something else on the internet and came across 🔗 !
So now the roof is blowing, which one to take!
Please advise! Well, I really want nuts!
Zima
julifera, Thank you!
there was also a sandwich maker in the package

I tested Cloer 271 today. The first waffles in my life. Recipe from Qween Lean waffles without eggs. Heats by 2.1. Apparently, due to the lack of dairy products and eggs, nothing stuck to the molds. The waffles turned out to be crispy and slightly Dolmatians in the center in those places where the dough was smaller, they are lighter. This is my joint. It was necessary to make the dough not so thick. I will try again.
I am very pleased with the waffle iron. Bake evenly, both sides slightly different from each other. The signal light for waffle readiness is adequate. You can be guided by it.
I tried the stove at 1.1, but they turned out very light for me, and I like getting tanned.

Manna, Thank you for your detailed feedback on Cloer 271. Thanks to which I made such a good purchase.

I'm glad my reports came in handy

By the way, I had a big joke with my Cloer 285, who whistles like a bird's trill about readiness!
Ordinary waffles in butter - it always whistled out of place, and today Mannin baked a recipe in vegetable oil - all the time hit the mark
And it even allowed me to relax and look in parallel to the movie, and not constantly pull the waffle iron on the subject - how is the waffle, has it burned out?

So they checked the recipe on a teflon-coated waffle iron, they still shouldn't stick ... I got 600 stuck to Brand's Azure so that I could barely open the waffle iron and add rast. oil changed nothing ...

I join !!! Manna, everything about Cloer is written very clearly and objectively!
Who else doubts - do not waste time. As much as I liked Brand, but his Azure was not here and there ...)))
And I also liked how the original storage fork is attached to the case - it sticks into both halves, they are fixed and will not open.)
Hummingbird
Yes, I liked the fork too.

And yet, and I have not tested Cloer 1629 for waffles with a flower. I will try soon

So it is with me, only 1621!
It is cheaper, it has a temperature regulator on the top plate and there is no green light ...
But, by the way, are these wafers separated by a flower after cooling, or should they be hot?

It doesn't matter when, when they have cooled down, they themselves break well into petals.
Hummingbird
Went to look at my waffle iron with a flower. the number was confused - 1629. It is the same as 1621 only my silver, metallic type.

But whether it is necessary to guess on a flower he loves, does not love ... or he will disintegrate into hearts, probably, Manna will be able to tell.
Zima
Today I first tested one of my waffle irons 1620 - "flower", the same as 1621 and 1629, only black. The very first baked "bread waffles" first selected the portion size for one tab, then the cooking time, and baked for 8 minutes and 10 and even 15 - but they didn’t turn out crispy through and through, the inside was still soft, or couldn’t you achieve such an effect? But generally delicious .. Then I baked cottage cheese waffles, put the same portion of dough as for bread, and it’s like it will crawl out of all the cracks, I "finished" the whole waffle iron
turns out for a different test - you need a different amount - discovered America is called for itself

bakes evenly, nothing sticks, although it smeared only at the very beginning,
the waffle iron is made soundly, in general I liked it!

I never got light crispy ones (wooden ones, when they lie down - yes, they did)
And since I am absolutely indifferent to cookies of this kind, I rarely drive it.
But I still have a hope - you need to look not for a recipe for waffles, but for a recipe for exactly cookies and exactly crispy ones and try what will come out of it in a waffle iron.

Zima
Well, and I was so hooked on this recipe, we can say that 90% for the sake of it and for the waffles with poppy seeds I bought it, okay, let's try different options .. my husband is ready to eat sweet in kilograms, so unsuccessful fruits experiments (for my taste) will not have to be thrown away, I hope

I occasionally bake cookies in my "flowers". But the perfect "crispy" and "easy" recipe is still looking for Pekla chocolate livers... They are crispy but greasy.

The quality is bad But for some reason only waffles stick to lean recipes without eggs (for me personally) ...
Julia_Ko
Hello bakers!
I read your reviews about waffle makers and now ... I bought a Cloer 285.
Delivered the waffle iron on Saturday morning.

I decided to see who produces - the Germans or whoever? I turned it upside down and for sure ... our native China is collecting it.
Well, I think, let's hope that they did not collect on the knee.
While the baby was sleeping, she kneaded the dough according to the recipe from the instructions for the waffle iron.
The instructions said to grease the forms. I used margarine, because I don't know what kind of fat I meant.

I made waffles - crisps. Fragile creepy. It will be necessary to try another recipe or bake in milk, maybe they will be stronger.
35 pieces turned out, a stack of approx. 12cm.
Only sweet for me.But the baby cracks, begs.
While baking, she diminished waffles and a half.

Baking in the 2nd mode, on the 4th they are almost burnt.
The color is almost uniform throughout the wafer and yet one edge is slightly darker, the other is slightly lighter.
The beep is super help. As she squeaked, the waffle is ready.
It sounds like a bird trill, like our doorbell - a little disgusting, but comfortable.

At the end of the procedure, the waffle iron is clean - nothing burnt, nothing stuck at all !!!

I wanted to insert pictures of the experiment, but for some reason it didn't work out. Alas!!!

Our family once had a Soviet electric waffle iron, it seems Baltic, rectangular.
It baked well, but the waffles adhered pretty tightly. And the lid had to be pressed tightly, and then it could not be torn off. As a result, the plastic handle could not stand it and broke. They began to open it with whatever they had to - with a knife, nail, tweezers. She is still in working order, they just stuck her somewhere when moving to a new apartment.

One of the sites got a negative review for the 285th: the problem was that during the second use, for some unknown reason, it began to burn waffles in all modes. I wanted to quote this review, but I can't find it now.
I will hope that this bowl will blow me and my waffle iron will serve me for many years faithfully, like the old Soviet one, which I still hope to find and reanimate.

It is sweeping outside the window and the wind is whistling in the window, but my whole apartment smells of fresh pastries for the second day !!!
I'm happy with the new waffle iron as an elephant !!!

And you try, as I wrote in my report, to put on a little over 1, then there will be a completely uniform color of the waffles.

on the Orion pancake maker is the same, apparently they did not provide heat-resistant paint.
I have baked in Lazuri ten times already - very happy

Yes, and in the Orion bread maker, the letters of Avki were erased almost immediately, apparently slacking off from heating, not heat-resistant paint

Besechka, it's just that the products under the TM "Lazur" are of a class lower than the "Brand", therefore the company has lower requirements for it, and the price, respectively, is lower
Lyalya Toy
In my Severin, the inscription has also been erased.

Hello girls!
Yesterday I monitored reviews about waffle irons, walked through Moscow Internet shops, in St. Petersburg we don't have Cloer It turned out that the Cloer 285 waffle iron comes out with delivery about 3 thousand ... it's sooo dear to me. I ordered Clatronic WA 3169 for tomorrow, is it really bad? Tell the girls please!
Natka8
Ukrainian girls, does anyone have an Orion for thin waffles like her? Another question for the owners of clathronic for thin: how does it bake and does it stick? (I have a clathronic heart - it started to stick) Thank you

And I also bought a not very expensive one, ours, "Slastena" for thin wafers, 1000 W, I took it without a Teflon coating (the coating was shot-blasted, just polished, I was looking specifically for it with such a coating), the price is 910 rublesVery satisfied! True, I have not baked all the recipes, only those with butter / margarine, for now - the flight is normal, it is baked evenly, nothing sticks. I spread exactly 1 tablespoon and close the lid, do not even press down or click on the lock.
Once I still had a Soviet, square, Lithuanian manufacturer - she baked thin waffles for us very well, I had to give it, but now I bought it for myself, I don't see much difference, it bakes as well as my old one.

Good evening girls! So I did not wait for the advice, and still bought my Clathron WA 3169
I am very pleased. I bought it for 1140 re.
I'll tell you, maybe someone will need an opinion.
It bakes evenly, nothing burns, does not stink, the body is stainless steel. After baking completely clean, wipe the current with a cloth. I didn't even use potholders, you can take the handle calmly. Steam from under the lid is practically invisible. I baked crispy waffles for my daughter with raspberry jam, very tasty! There is such a flaw in it (many do not like it) - the lid dangles, but only when the waffle iron is without dough, and then, when the dough is poured, everything closes perfectly and does not squelch. Together with the seller we examined the lid (for the fragility of the structure), the fastening is metal, it will not break off. Automatic thermostat, no need to twist anything, very clever.

Here are the waffles that were baked

Hello everyone! Are we only discussing electric waffle makers here, or can we talk to others?
I had an acute question about making thin waffles, got a cast-iron waffle iron from a friend, tried the Manna recipe, it didn't work out, the dough stuck tightly. I suspect another recipe is needed. Please advise.
