We are really looking forward to it) Especially zucchini
vorobyshek
So, I returned, which is insanely happy. Write it down.
WAFFLES,
1-2 young zucchini, salt, wheat flour, vegetable oil; 1-2 processed cheese; oat flour.
These waffles were experimental, so there is no proportion.
Grate the squash on a fine grater, add salt, drain the juice, but do not squeeze. Add flour so that you can make a cake from the mass. You can add 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. And we put our cake on a waffle iron oiled with vegetable oil. I set the mode to "5".
Or you can add oatmeal instead of wheat flour (I grind Extra oatmeal in a blender).
And here's another option with wheat flour and grated processed cheese. In this case, you do not need to add vegetable oil to the dough. We rolled a ball into a waffle iron. Since the waffles are soft, I greased them with soft melted cheese and rolled them into a roll. You can put the filling inside.
VEGETABLE WAFFLES.
Potatoes, zucchini, onions, carrots, beets, dill, parsley, spinach. Everything you have from vegetables and herbs.
We clean, wash, three on a fine grater in a combine or grind with a mixer until puree. Salt, add 1-2 eggs, mix well, add flour so that there is a dough, like for pancakes. You can add some minced meat. I have been frying vegetable pancakes for my family for a long time using this recipe. And now I also make waffles. The waffles are baked for about 5 minutes exactly. Until golden brown.
POTATO WAFFLES.
Boil 4 potatoes, make dry mashed potatoes without lumps. Add 75-100 g of margarine or butter, 100 ml of warm milk, 1 egg and 4-6 tbsp. l. flour. So that the dough is like thick sour cream. Season to taste and season.
Grease the waffle iron with vegetable oil and spread in 1-2 tbsp. l. test. Fry until golden brown on the "5" setting.
WAFFLES FROM ZOOBY CAVIAR.
Make zucchini caviar with tomato according to your favorite recipe, grind it with a blender in mashed potatoes, add flour and fry waffles.
All these waffles make great appetizers when brushed with melted cheese, curd cheese, mayonnaise, or any other sauce of your choice. Then put any filling and roll it into a roll.
And voila, the appetizer is ready. : rose: And guests are not ashamed to put on the table, and so tasty to eat. And very helpful.
If you have any questions, please contact me, I will definitely answer. I'm in touch now.
Melanyushka
vorobyshek, interesting recipes. Which insert you bake in the waffle iron - the one for thick waffles? Or are you twisting them into a roll, which means you get thin waffles?
Aurina
Vorobyshek, what interesting recipes! Abundant salivation began Thank you very much! Need to try. I just doubted a little if it was possible to make such in my waffle iron for thin waffles ... Tell me, please, what kind of baking are you using?
vorobyshek
I answer all at once! I have a Clathronic waffle maker for thin waffles. So don't worry, you will succeed! I laid out the recipe for zucchini waffles on Povarenka: 🔗 There are step by step photos. You can view. And she boasted potato and squash caviar waffles in the same diaries: 🔗 So come in and watch!
Melanyushka

Aurina
Irina, I have a waffle iron for thin waffles, so I can't advise anything from myself. But here it seems that the question you are interested in was discussed https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=199.1240

Thick wafers are generally soft. And you can crunch them only immediately after baking.
Manna
There are two recipes on the forum for crispy thick waffles with condensed milk from sazalexter and Tanyulya.
Tanyusha
manna, according to these recipes, the waffles do not crunch the next day, but still very tasty, I do it every Saturday, I like it very much at home.
Manna
Oh, Tanyush, I didn't bake them myself (I don’t eat egg pastries), I judged it from the reviews about them (there were only delights) But, as I understand it (I don't bake thick waffles at all), no thick waffles will crunch on the second day, only cookies with starch.
Vei
Girls, and I constantly bake thick waffles from Loravo according to the Ukki recipe, so they just at the beginning can still be soft, and even then not always, and then, on the contrary, they begin to crunch. True, they never have time to lie down, they are eaten instantly, while mine are soft, but I liked the recipe itself - not confusing, fast and not as high-calorie as with condensed milk.
That's why I always bake it

A very good recipe from Tata:

In order for them to be crispy in the morning, they need to be folded in a bag overnight and heated in a hot waffle iron in the morning.

Girls tell me, I saw 2 waffle irons on sale: one is just round (for thin waffles, obviously), the other in the form of 5 hearts (for thick ones) So I'm thinking which one to take? Or does it matter? Is it possible on the one that has 5 hearts to bake bread, for example, like the manna in the recipe? (She had such thin round ones there)?
Melanyushka
Bishka, I generally have all three waffle irons - for thin waffles, for medium ones - these are hearts and thick waffles are an insert in a 3in1 sandwich maker. So it's better to get all three and make a choice when you want.
Of course, they were purchased not in one day, but so - I had a very long time, since Soviet times, an electric waffle iron for thin waffles, but it so happened that I had to give it to relatives very close, the baby grew up there, and then with waffle iron in stores it was strained was, then I bought myself hearts, then the sandwich maker appeared at my farm, well, here I deliberately looked to have an insert for thick waffles, and then, remembering about my thin waffles, I got myself for thin waffles!
Bishka
Well, I bought it for Delta thin waffles so far, I will try. And maybe someone has already used this? Now we plan to buy more thick waffles.
Bishka
And who can say anything about such a person? :

sandwich maker Clatronic ST / WA 3170
There you can find sandwiches and thick waffles
Bishka
Girls! Where can I find recipes for thick waffles? (Which are baked in a 3-in-one sandwich maker)
Bishka
Another question: I bought a Delta waffle maker for thin waffles, but the edges burn, and the middle is damp. What would you advise to buy so that it bakes evenly?

Girls! Well, tell me what kind of waffle iron to buy for thin waffles, so as not to suffer with burnt edges and a raw middle !!!

If you were from Ukraine, I would advise "Lasunka" (as Soviet).

I don’t know, in my Clatronis waffle iron the edges were never burnt and the middle baked well. There have never been such problems ... And this is considering that I not only bake sweet waffles in it, but also potato, squash, vegetable, squash caviar and just make potato chips ...

Well, from Ukraine ... By the way, I live not so far from you ...: girl_wink: But I personally searched for the Lasunka waffle iron for 8 months and did not find it ... They sell in bulk: from 100 pieces, then in a terrible state : rusty or not working ... So I got worried and bought a Clathronic, which I do not regret.
Ukka
I bought Alenka-Praskovye at the aukro, a new one. And then at our central market in the shop I saw, also new.
I have nothing against Klatronic !!!

Yeah ... I also dream about 285! : girl_love: The best and hassle-free thing ever!
Totally worth the money!

I, too, threw out the smiley waffle iron without ever using it, because I did not even warm myself. In general, I do not have a very good attitude to this company.

I have a 285 model, I must say right away, the bell is very loud and you can't turn it off. It's interesting to play with her like that. The model is good, bakes for 5+. Just see if this sound will annoy you, and if someone has small children sleeping during the day is also not very comfortable.

Hurrah! Congratulations! Where are the pictures? or they ate everything. Maybe I need one too, if it doesn't stick. I abandoned my metal ones for this very reason: half of the half of the nut remains in the mold. If lubricated with oil, then fatty ones are obtained, not crumbly.

I'll post the pictures later, I won't find the cord from the camera down

Girls, on the Internet I saw just such a hazelnut Binatone nwt 920, it looks the same as mine, even the power is the same, only the manufacturer is different. It turns out that the model is the same, but the manufacturers are different?
Ukka
I have one, Binaton. Along the way, yes, you are right! I really like mine. I have a couple of recipes for nuts in my profile, try it, you might like it ...
ocular
thanks, I will definitely try. And I made the first nuts to bake the dough with the addition of cottage cheese, well, for me, it turned out a little harsh, I want it softer or sprinkled.

Waffle maker, hazelnut

I have such a waffle maker - a sandwich maker - a hazelnut maker - a grill. Plates change very easily.
