Yes, I would very much like ...

Sash, are you not fond of making ham? Go to "Where to buy in St. Petersburg". Suddenly you are interested.

And Rina was probably from Ukraine? ... Go there and the Internet is disconnected here and there

Rina left for ideological reasons, she wrote about it in her LiveJournal.
mikki
:) Hello Galina! I remember you too. And what ideological considerations can bakers have? For example, I am Russian, how could I offend her? I personally saw only good from her and good advice. I think that someday the war will end and everything will fall into place .... I really want this!

I HOPE SO TOO!

Anna1957, Anna, alas, I am not carried away. This business requires free time, unfortunately I have even less. It's easier to run into the store and buy what you need. Moreover, lately I like dry-cured sausage and meat, it's generally not realistic to do it at home.

Is it possible for more details?

Here, Vitaly, I wrote as I could and corrected the photo, at first I put the wrong one. (That's right) I baked the pies in the oven at 200 degrees, 40 minutes. I put a container of water down. Of this amount, 16 pies came out. See the previous message.

alyona_kuchaeva
Can you please tell me why you can't choose a size or crust in French mode?
and further. the recipe indicates more water, that is, the dough is thinner. But what about the bun? Should it be just as strictly monitored in this bread, or can the dough be allowed to be thinner?
mikki
: girl_romashka: The crust cannot be selected, because the stove is programmed so. There is nothing you can do about it. And watch the bun, if the dough is smeared along the bottom, add flour, but a little, a tablespoon. Personally, I do everything on the main program and don't bother. Somehow French didn't work for us. And it turns out it is very loose, it is difficult to smear it with the same oil without crumbling, waiting for 6 (!) Hours is also tiring ... but the choice is yours.
alyona_kuchaeva
Lyudmila, you know, when I baked baguettes and other French breads, they turned out not loose, but a little ... rubber or something. And the French bread yesterday was also very similar to the one that I myself had kneaded and baked in the oven before. Perhaps this happens because I try to comply with the proportions of the recipe (based, of course, on the moisture capacity of the flour) and my French bread came out a little thin: the dough was not smeared along the bottom, but it was very reluctant to stick off the walls

Well Duc my question is different: is it possible to increase the number of ingredients, for example, make a dough for 500 g of flour? =)

The answer is very simple. What is the height of your loaf from 400g of flour? I make a loaf from my ingredients to the top of the bucket. If you make 500 g of flour, then where to "grow" bread? So that the dough on the heating element crawls? Thank you, I don't need such joy. If with your ingredients the height is different and the bucket has a height margin for another 100 g of flour, why not try it?

lega, and I got bread on the top edge of the bucket. I recently tried to bake XL size Egg Bread and it turned out to be 5 cm higher than the edge of the bucket and fit into the HP, because there is a special place for nimble breads in it
unfortunately, the photo is not inserted (for some reason the connection is dropped) here is the link to Yandex. disk 🔗
Actually, this tall bread led me to the idea that French can be increased to 500 g! I will try and report on the results!
Waist
Alina, of course try it. It seems to me that you need to follow the logic of baking other breads: an increase in flour by 100 grams - baking is 5 minutes longer. But on the "French" program, the baking time does not change, you can probably leave it on the heating for 5-10 minutes at the end

As for the quickness of the bread, do not forget that there should always be enough space above the bread for good circulation of hot air when baking. Stubbornness in the HP cover is not the best option.

Alyona, for a start, try adding not 100g of flour, but at least 50g. It will be a pity if it suddenly "gets away" ...

Good afternoon, dear bakers! I bake white bread 2 times a week, we only gobble it up. Black tried to bake 1 time according to the recipe for the Bread Maker, I did not like it, it turned out to be too sweet, so while in search.

This is already a classic! I often bake it both in a bread maker and in the oven, I even tried it in a slow cooker. It tastes best in the oven.

Marina, but I'm just ripe)) I bake bread from time to time when I’m not on a child)) Basically, “basic white” and rye recipes are used according to one recipe that I found on the Internet for a long time.
I wanted something new

Vinegar is better to add APPLE or GRAPE. It is possible with balsamic.

mikki, thanks, I add this - apple))
Balsamic is also available, but I haven't tried it with it, it has a greater concentration, but you have to try
Chef
Will the local inhabitants tell you what the minimum distance between the table top and the wall cabinet should be in order to easily open the lid and pull the bucket out of the SD-2500 and 2501 models. The height of the bread machine with the lid open is not indicated anywhere, but in real (not online) stores there are no models of interest to me now. Thank you.
Creamy
I have HP 2500. With the lid open, the height of the stove is exactly 60 cm.Well, add 2-3 cm more so that the lid does not scratch the bottom of the wall cabinet.

I have an old Panasik 255th model. Opening the lid and manipulating the bucket with the lid completely open under the hinged shelves is generally unrealistic, but I don't consider this an obstacle. Bread is not constantly baked, but for the duration of the work of the HP, I push it to the edge of the countertop and unfold it sideways. Nothing prevents the lid from opening and pulling out the bucket. Do not create a problem because of an insignificant moment, the main thing is that good bread is baked, and Panasonic does an excellent job with this.
marinastom
Gal, and you put a bucket along the front side of the stove, you have it "more square", right? And ours is perpendicular. So that it is higher, but narrower. I don't move it anywhere, although the microwave is hanging over it.
lega
Marina, yes, our model is almost square, it has an engine at the bottom and therefore it is higher. I liked it just for this, that it takes up little space on the tabletop. I unfold it because the open lid rests against the shelves and there is not enough space for it in "thickness", the lid strives to bryak back. To be honest, when I decide to change my HP, I will again look for the same square bottom shape.
marinastom
Maybe Panasonic will respond and again make a model similar to 255-257. I also really wanted her, but when I matured, they were left only without a dispenser (and then they disappeared). Now I regret that I got into a mess, I hardly need it. Well, nothing, but I have already gained experience.

Good time of the day, girls and boys! I have 01 for a month now - I'm happy !!!! Here, for the first time I put the egg bread on a delay until the morning. And so we liked the bread, which is with oatmeal and corn flour. I have already replaced corn flour with rice flour, buckwheat flour, rye flour, and spelled flour ... a good recipe.
Ninelle
Ekaterina2, according to this recipe I bake from 4-8 types of flour (I add a spoonful or two different flours, only 8 spoons - this is not counting 375 grams of wheat). And I also take flakes not only oats, I really liked it with Nordic from several types of flakes and flaxseed, plus I also mix with the bran. And I experiment with oils - flaxseed, or walnut oil, or sea buckthorn, or rice, etc. I’m not that at home, at work I’m already used to homemade bread. One employee gave out a pearl: “When I see Nina, I start to want eat, she'll always bring something tasty, well, at least bread and cheese (cheese is a drug for her) "And what a lot of people wanted to buy bread makers!
Ekaterina2
Ninelle, I need to finish these flakes for now, otherwise they have already "stagnated", and then I'll find something in the store!
Yesterday I read the forum, my hands were combing - I went to put egg bread, I have never tried it yet. Such a handsome man turned out! For sweet sandwiches and milk, such a roll.
Ninelle
Yes, he's good. Try another recipe for buns for 9 kopecks kulich, we call it "Bulich", in general the class, the only thing that props up the lid. Now I just need a whole cabinet for HP products, and ideally a BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Well I bought different flours, oils, cereals, malt, bran, etc.
Ekaterina2

Ninelle
entin, Thank you! I will definitely try! Can you share the recipe?
entin
Ninelle, but the usual recipe for dairy from the book. BUT, I put 25g each of rye, corn, whatever else is, 50g (or 3 with a heap of tablespoons) oatmeal. Average size, for 500g flour mixture 230ml. kvass, 2 eggs, they are mine too. Salt. I mix sugar and eggs separately, for some reason it seems tastier to me. Dry yeast, 1.5 tablespoons.
Ninelle
entin, thanks, I will definitely try!

Good evening everyone! Delicious bread!
Today I put the dough according to the main program .. Last time I was not very happy with it - it seemed a little, and it was somewhat liquid ... Today I took the same recipe, I thought - I have a little filling, enough dough for 1 pie , and okay. But: as soon as I had the dough ready, my husband offered to go for a melon, go to the "Sun Light" and so on ..... I left the dough in the bread maker and rolled it over. After 2 hours I arrived, and my dough rose so beautifully, it became so much that it was enough for a pie with kapumta, and for a sweet roll and a couple of sugar buns ... and it was pleasant to work with it, it did not run back, well "glued".The beauty! Apparently, the dough 2'20 does not have enough time to ripen, I will give it more time. It rose well in the oven.
