Chops with tomatoes and cheese

Ingredients

Beef, fillet 700 g
Tomatoes 2-3 pcs
any semi-hard cheese 150 g
mayonnaise 100 g
bulb onions 1 PC
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into thin layers, beat off. Cut the tomatoes and onions into slices. In a deep bowl, stir the meat with mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper. Put a layer of meat in a multicooker bowl, a layer of tomato on it, drip mayonnaise, rub cheese on a coarse grater on top, then again meat-tomatoes-mayonnaise-cheese. Cook on the Meat setting for 25 min. Serve with pasta, rice or potatoes. My meat was slightly under-thawed, so there was a lot of liquid in the finished dish.
  • Very fast and tasty, soft meat - the children ate spoons.
