good afternoon) tell me the following ...
I have this SD-ZB2502 oven and this bread turns out great ...
the question is, can anyone try to replace yeast with baking powder (raspushivach)? can anyone try to share your experience what and how it turns out and is there any sense ...
why such a question, a familiar person is not allowed yeast bread ...
that's kind of like I know there is a recipe for bread without yeast at KENWOOD 450 ... who has not tried it on PANASONIC?

Girls, hello! Tell me what is the "Single-grain" mode for in HP Panasonic? Is this a mode for Whole Grain or am I confusing something?

Accept a new baker !!!
So, HP Panasonic appeared in our family, they brought it yesterday, model 2501, chosen thanks to this forum! I have already tried to make a dough for pies and, of course, baked the first bread. The dough turned out excellent - airy, soft! It is a pity that it was not enough - only 10 pies turned out, only the last one managed to take a picture. I also liked the bread very much, only the roof cracked ... And when the bread cooled down and lay still a little, it even tasted better!

I did everything according to the simplest recipes from the instructions, by the way, in the kit with the stove there was a recipe book from Alexander Seleznev, there are such delicious pictures ... has anyone already tried to bake with this book?

Girls help please, I compare 2501 and 2502 and besides the dispenser (in the first 1 in the second 2) I just can't understand how they differ? I launch a comparative description, such differences appear on different sites, I can not find the truth: 2501 does not bake rye bread, 2502 makes fruit in syrup and yeast-free bread ..... Tell me where to see the real functions of one and the other? Thank you.
Stafa
They are the same in functions, only the 02 case is in stainless steel and there is a yeast dispenser. There are no more differences.

I confirm. Pure rye. It turned out extraordinary!

What about yeast-free baked goods and fruit in syrup? Thank you. can anyone know where to look at all possible functions?
Lyuba ***
Unfortunately, I don't know where to look, but according to the instructions for HB, she cooks jam and fruit in syrup. did not try to do. No yeast-free bread - all recipes are in the instructions with yeast. The dough mixes different things. I was kneading the dough for cottage cheese cookies - I liked it.
Lyuba ***
And on this forum there are a lot of different, good proven recipes that are great for HB Panasonic. You can find yeast-free, and leavened, and whatever!

What about the yeast-free baking function?
None of the CPs will bake yeast-free only cake, matzo and lavash, the rest of the baked goods will contain wild or cultural yeast

I want to buy a Panasonic bread maker, choose between 2500 and 2502. I need it for baking ordinary white bread and kneading dough for dumplings, dumplings and pies. Please advise which of the two is more suitable for this?

I would like to ask the masters of bakery for advice for HP 2502, namely:
it is necessary to adapt the recipe "Brewed Bread" (menu 07) from the manual to the HP for a smaller volume, similar to Size M in menu 01, for example.

Kindly, who can, calculate, pliz, the mass of ingredients, based on the reduced mass of the finished loaf.
Rina
And what prevents to reduce everything by a third? Divide by three, then multiply by two (1: 3x2 = 0.66). That is, we take a calculator and multiply all products by 0.66, round up to a more or less normal amount.
psh. flour 150 g
rye 215 g
salt 1 tsp
oil 1.3 spoons
malt 2.6 spoons (2.5)
etc.

The functions listed by you are performed by both Bread Makers. Moreover, these functions do not need the bells and whistles of the 2502nd, for which you would have to pay an extra 2000 rubles. With this money, it is quite possible to buy a pleasant che-thread for your beloved. For example, a lot of tasty things! The choice is yours.

Once again, yeast-free bread is muffin, matzo, chapatis, African flatbreads, and some types of lavash (Armenian), all the rest of the bread
contains and will contain yeast, no matter how much some would like it. The fact that some sellers on websites call yeast-free baked goods is not pure fraud. They believe that yeast is not naive in yeast

HP SD-2502 purchased a week ago. I continue to ask questions about its operation. I ask you not to hit hard for this.
Who baked according to the recipe "Bread Bread" (menu 07) from the manual for HP SD-2502? Now I baked it, but the loaf turned out to be small for some reason ... The ingredients are strictly according to the manual. Weight - 966 g. Rye bread according to recipes from manuals has not been baked before, since there was previously HP Panas 256.
Or maybe she should be like that? Takes up a volume of 3/4 bucket. The consistency of the bread is normal, the roof is the same, the taste is perfect. The size is scary. If "white" bread crawls out of the bucket, propping up the HP lid from below, then it is not clear how it should be.
Develop, pliz, my doubts.

Thank you. I would also like to ask you a question, Rina ...
If the custard bread (see photo above) was baked using "dry kvass / rye malt" of a red-brick color, bought in the grocery market from an unknown seller, and I am quite satisfied with the result, then, unfortunately, I learned that this "dry kvass / I have run out of rye malt and I have recently bought in a store dry bread kvass Domashny made in Kazan. It looks like this:
🔗 🔗 🔗

As you can see, the color of this product is not quite brick-colored. What would you advise the ratio of this "dry kvass" to the volume of rye malt (40 g) required in the recipe for choux bread from the manual? Take a little more or less?
How much to weigh in grams?

This can only be determined experimentally, I usually put 1-2 st. l.

How much to weigh in grams?

It is best to determine empirically. But according to the logic of this "dry kvass", more is needed, because it is not pure malt, but with crackers. Correspondingly, the "flavor saturation" of baked bread with malt will be significantly less. How much? It is not known, because there are no percentages on the pack, the manufacturer could mix any proportions. I'd to start increased the dosage of kvass by 1.5 times, that is, if you need to put 40 g, then add 60 g of kvass, and, accordingly, reduce the flour by 20 g to maintain the balance of the kolobok. If the taste does not suit you, then either add kvass or reduce the next time, but do not forget to adjust the flour.

Mathematics is bad for me. I thought, I thought, I never came up with why you need to multiply by 2? And if we take a different proportion, then use the same principle to calculate by multiplying by two?

We divide the entire volume into three parts and take into work only two of them. That is, we remove one third. I just multiply everything by koof. 0.7. I make salt and an egg to taste (you can choose the smallest egg from the tray) Yeast according to the recommendation from the book - I look at the total amount of flour. About 400 gr - 1.25 tsp., 500-600 gr. -1.5 tsp

Hello everybody!!! Finally I got here. Thanks for the official invitation. tana33.
I have HP Panasonic SD 2500 - European. I downloaded the instructions for her in Russian and was horrified at how many inconsistencies with the original instructions, but then I realized what had been done for another market
I have a stove a little less than 3 months. Happiness ... Bread is wonderful. Here are two recipes from the instructions:

100% whole grain
Bread makers Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (3) Bread makers Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (3)

I'm not a fan of large pictures in the text, they complicate the readability and viewing of the forums, but I couldn't insert it differently. I prefer to use Preview - click-to-enlarge. I'll go read how to do it.

I also liked the Italian Ciabatta (or Chabatta, I don't know how to do it correctly), I used the modes: Basic, Fast, With raisins, Diet, French, Italian, Single-grain, Dough. I baked several times according to recipes not from the instructions, some were approved by the family
All the time I want to bake and bake without stopping. I love the smell of freshly baked bread. Already the thought of going to the neighbors flashes so annoyingly, because we ourselves will not eat so much bread

Favourite "Healthy food store" , has become even more beloved, because there I sell all kinds of fine flour and additives that are not in ordinary stores. The last 2 white breads were baked with the addition of wheat germs. Delicious and healthy.

If anyone needs it, I can process a piece of instructions for an European stove and put it out, but only a piece, I won't be enough for much
