Guys and girls, I want to ask specifically about the 2502 model (too lazy to read 53 pages) What is the essence of a yeast dispenser? Or is it solely for the timer? How does the Keks program work? Just bake or knead too?
I'm starting to look for a replacement for my De Long. I really like her and go through with everything, but recently she came off the table by herself. Just in case, it suddenly suddenly refuses, and it will be necessary to urgently buy something new. And the model is already outdated, nothing has appeared to replace it. I really need programming, I'm used to it. But I don't see anything on sale. In my cupcake it kneads, and with heating, so you don't need to melt the butter and don't beat anything. The cupcakes are excellent, so you don't want to lose this convenience.

k.alena, I'm afraid this is not your wishlist. True, I have 2501, but it differs only in the absence of a yeast dispenser and in the design of the case. We do not have programming and it does not knead the cake. Moreover, it is also recommended to lay a piece of paper under the cupcake.
But, if there is a desire, you can adapt to everything. Although, like Bork is with programming.

The gist of a yeast dispenser, basically. consists in knocking out an extra thousand rubles from the buyer. I don’t have this pribluda and I’m fine without it. And the timer is not a hindrance. The owners of this miracle will explain to you in more detail why they, well, just can't do without it.
But with cupcakes ... M-yes, you have a cool machine! Panasik does not have such a cupcake program, alas. The cupcake must be kneaded by yourself. I think it's worth figuring out who drove your car to a suicide attempt. I myself would not refuse a bread machine with such a program. But I'm waiting for the units to appear, which will be loaded, unloaded and ... it would be nice to cut bread for breakfast too.
k.alena
So, you upset me At the very beginning I wanted Panas, 257 more. It was not on sale, and De Longy was cheaper. So she took it. And now Zhezh got used to the conveniences I don't want to refuse

That's the mystery, she was sitting next to me, everything was in the computer, the kneading was normal, the dough was not tight Barabashka

I have a 2502, a very nice and beautiful model. Keks program - no. Prepare the mixture and pour into the mold. Turn on the BAKERY. The dispenser (there are two of them in this model) serves both for the timer and for regular loads.Raisin dispenser - if you like bread with additives, very convenient. One more info, if you like Brioche - take an interest in this model "European" (three additional baking programs)

I stopped with a choice on SD-2502, I like everything, the only thing that I did not find anywhere is infra-in jam mode-does it interfere with cooking all the time, or only at the beginning, and then only warms?
And yet, if you can ask - what height is needed for the upper hanging box, so that it does not interfere with the opening of the Krishka.

I didn't cook the jam - according to the reviews I realized that the coating is scratched with sugar and the pulley "boils" - therefore the bucket wears out quickly.
Regarding the second question, what is a hanging box?
Seems to understand.

Friends, thank you all. Kulchi turned out to be excellent! The family liked Pekla Apple and Butter. Just super !. I don’t buy any more in the store, they arrive for Easter weekly pastries, or even more ... therefore, already some dry and not tasty, but the bread bakers are delicious!

By the way, Toko that I looked at the cost of a spare bucket -845 g, (That's how I am, in the future, taking into account cooking jam)

I also did the project myself, everything was as convenient for me - they prepared a place for the oven until they bought a compartment with shelves, then the door was removed and the oven was inserted, the same my husband suggested and for the dishwasher "reserve" and I "with bayonets" pampering, I'll wash it myself. And now the family has grown, it is stressful to wash 9 sets. In short, I'm sorry.

I cooked the jam once in the beginning to try it. This will be in demand by those who love jam constantly on the table in the cooked-ate mode. Not suitable for seasonal preparations - the volume of one portion is too small. Yes, and in the recipe I had to add Quittin to my HP (Ober's gelling additive). Mine don't eat that
This is me, just in case, information for thought, so to speak

My first harvest of raspberries falls on the very fry, and the berries burn, I often have to pick ripe little by little, and also the heat in the kitchen, so the jam in HP will be the very thing. So I cooked in Kenwood, but the unit died from problems with electricity ...

Oh why? Why kill everything in such a useful berry? The mode of cooking jam in HB, while it is boiling there at a crazy temperature, will kill everything useful in it, and it will be just a sweet mass ... Your business, of course, but IMHO for raspberries is not the best option.
Olex
I just have more than 15 liters of autumn raspberries, rubbed with sugar, but I can't do that in summer - the berries burn in the sun and turn sour, I have to cook. That's why I asked how it was cooked, with stirring or not
My raspberries are already full and they don't even help to collect

We'll have to, nevertheless, take the SD-2501, but as with the sound of the dispenser operation I would be very grateful for the answer.

is it with the lid open? In general, if a permanent place for a bread machine is assumed, then it is better to calculate the height like this = the bread machine itself + the full height of the bucket with the handle raised + "allowance for free fitting" (at least eight centimeters).

If the "allowances" cannot be given, a pull-out shelf can be provided.

the additive dispenser has the advantage that it works only on programs "with raisins". And in ordinary daily bread, additives usually do not go.

I have x / p 2502 since February 2013 - the yeast dispenser has become much quieter to work - it probably worked in (the spring was developed). The sharpness of the sound passed, just a dull thud. I can say the same about "raisin" Peku all the time at night, even a small child (4 years old) sleeps through the wall, does not wake up. If the nervous system is normal, you treat it like everyday noise.
Olex
Girls, tremendous thanks !!!
The nervous system is weak, you will have to take 2501, and bake with raisins in the afternoon.

I cooked jam in the summer from apples, pears and plums, in winter from frozen strawberries - nothing scratches, the bucket is like new after 1.5 years of work. The most delicious apple jam is with the addition of about 100 ml of water - the consistency of the jam is tender, tender. But without water at all - everything is so tight jam. Although after cooking all the jam was liquid.

I bought SD-ZB 2502 two days agoBXE specifically for the European market, it was very offended that the modification for us Bts reduced modes. I am very satisfied, and I was also pleasantly surprised about the raisin dispenser. On the forum I read about a weak spring, I decided that I would have to put up with such a flaw and fix it myself as others did. And in stores I checked in official models. The cover fell off with a light touch. So they are doing much better for Europe. The lid is very tight and did not break out. So I advise everyone to take Europe. The bread turned out immediately, and with a medium crust it roasts very well. And I downloaded the instruction in Russian from the Internet. Only the mode had to be translated Sweet bun... There is an add. signal pens for extra butter, chocolate, etc.Bread makers Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (3) This is my first brioche bun in a bread machine. Considering my "labor costs", I didn't make baking so easily and by the way quickly.
By the way, she encouraged me to buy a Bork bread maker (I bought a kettle from this company and saw it at the stand), but when I got into the topic I got sick with Panasonic. And what a delicious bread, after the first loaf I began to feel nauseous at the thought of store bread. I think it will pass. By the way, they always bought expensive bread, but compared to homemade bread, it became ordinary, tasteless, boring ..... In short, Hurray I have a bread machine.

P.S. And Kenwood kneads the dough for dumplings - the Chef is also a very sensible purchase. The best food processor for me. And the bread maker should bake bread, buns and make dough for buns and bagels (which are very popular in my family)
Where exactly did you buy?

I have 2500. I bought it for my mother on the DR in 2011, but she did not take root with her - because my mother is full and says "how I bake a loaf and eat it" but I don't need it))) - I didn't bake she and I rented myself) I call her and tell her how I bake bread and mix the dough - and it seems to me she already regretted that she gave
Shashlik with friends fried on May 9 - the kebab remained and all the bread was eaten. The next day they cooked it up, so everyone who was said "barely waited until the morning when you bring bread again"
While baking the usual white, milk and egg from the instructions for the HP. I liked the dairy one the most, and baked at 02 accelerated mode and in the size of a small loaf.
In general, I am happy with HP Panasonic as an elephant, I praise it to everyone and I will definitely take only Panasonic (if my mother takes her back).

Here! I thought maybe the ten is to blame, on the one hand it doesn't heat well, but explosions come from different sides. So ten is not to blame. Flour? I don’t know, I don’t experiment much, I buy a local one. Now for Easter I was buying for a predictable result, I have not tried another one yet. On Makfa, however, the crust was also torn. Nevertheless, it seems to me that due to the large amount of baking, the yeast does not have time to work. Although in the LV, I did not know such a problem. It means that there is some problem in the mode. I don't think there is enough time for proofing.

I showed my Easter cake a couple of pages ago. Baked on 01 mode, did not add anything (by time). It turned out great. Maybe it's all about the amount of ingredients? Today I baked bread, I decided to add overdue sour cream to it and slightly lohan with the amount (I also added whey). On the timer 1:00, I look in, there will obviously be tears. Sprinkled with water, sprinkled with different seeds, cut, sprinkled more. Very much nothing baked.

If you leave even more for proofing, then my muffin will rest against the lid. When the explosions began, I reduced the yeast from 1.5 tsp. up to 1h l., the result is the same, undermining. But the replacement of flour gave an even dome. Corn from the last try, with wheat sugar but 2 tsp. , still blew up on one side.

Yes, it's not difficult to find, if you take 50 kg bags. Both in Vladik and in our wholesale bases they sell it, but where is so much of it, or rather, where to store it so that all sorts of worm bugs do not appear?
