Hello everybody!
I'm about to mature and buy myself a bread maker while I choose. According to the manufacturer, reviews on the Internet and the price, I set my sights on Philips 9045, I already came to buy, but the seller began to dissuade me, it seems like they constantly have tastings and tests, and it is in this model that the bread turns out to be dull, poorly baked. Buy, they say, Zelmer BM1000. And you can't suspect her of self-interest, Zelmer is cheaper. In general, I slowed down with the purchase, read about Zelmer, not everything is rosy with the reliability of the device.
And here I am. It is clear that in this forum thread the owners of 9045 will not say bad things about their own, but still ...
What I need from a bread machine. I have three men in my family, everyone loves to eat, and two loaves of purchased bread a day is the norm for us, and in the morning it may not be enough, so we usually take three. In addition, I very often sculpt dumplings, and I'm tired of kneading the dough with my hands, to be honest ...
Will this oven save me in terms of dough? How is everything going on there? Did you abandon the ingredients according to the recipe, turn on the program, after 2 hours took out a bun of ready-made dough, or will you have to knead / stir?
And with the bread of doubt I have. The eldest son tried it with someone, he says, he didn't like it, the store one tastes better. I convince him that it is necessary to fill his hand, and the very doubt - can homemade bread completely replace the purchased one? Has anyone calculated the economy?
Dispel my doubts, please. I love all kinds of kitchen appliances, in the park there is a Phillips multicooker, a Zelmer meat grinder, I use everything all the time.
finist
lorhen Hello. How much you and I have in common, I have the same set. MV Philips 3039, Zelmer meat grinder 987.84.
You are not quite right that if I have a Philips 9045, then I will say everywhere, wow, this is the HP itself. No, I will not.
But, as for me and my opinion. This HP suits me completely. And they just wanted to breed you to Zelmer HP. Although this technique is very nice to me, I'm sooooo happy with their meat grinder. And in Philips, the bread is excellent, look at my photos, I post them periodically. I have a habit of photographing all the bread I bake. I have a family of three, my son and I and my spouse. We eat bread in moderation, bake it in a day or two.
A loaf weighing 1 kg is decent. And the store is 350-380 gr. So compare. Now for the price. Flour for 1 kg of the highest grade costs from 30 to 40 rubles. This amount is enough for two breads weighing 1 kg and 750 grams. Dry yeast price
for 1 sachet from 5 to 10 rubles. This is for 2-3 loaves. Salt, sugar, I will not count, these are trifles, as it goes for 1 loaf
1 teaspoon of salt and 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of sand. And even rye flour, whole grain. Average price of rye for 0.5 kg is 20 rubles, whole grain is 40 rubles for 1 kg.
Outcome:
For a 1 kg loaf.
Flour 560gr. 15-20 rubles
Yeast 1 tsp 2.5 rubles-5 rubles
Salt, sugar about 5 rubles.
Electricity approx. 20 rubles
TOTAL RUB 42 FOR BUKHANKA IN 1 KG.
Purchased costs 25 rubles for 380 gr.
So consider it profitable or not.
But most importantly, read on the bread label what is added there.
Improvers of taste, dyes, etc. And in the home, what you put in is what you got.
If you want a sweet one, put more sugar, you want a dietary one, add bran or rye or whole grain flour. You can't bake a lot of yeast with sourdoughs In general, not an exhaustive topic for imagination.
Dough program for 1.5 hours. After the signal, I let it stand in the closed HP for another 30 minutes, so that the dough rises
up to the roof. Then I carefully take it out and my wife and I make pies. That's where it is. Good luck with your choice.
If you have any questions or doubts please write.
My today's bread, baked on program No. 1 baking weight 1 kg., Medium crust.

Believe it or not, I have a multicooker exactly 3039, so funny, with an orange button.
as I like it, I cook almost everything in it, on the gas we only fry eggs and potatoes. And what a jellied meat turns out! Today I baked charlotte for tea and put jellied meat at night. I am also pleased with the Zelmer meat grinder, but Phillips is traditionally more in our house.
But back to the bread maker.
You are probably right, the seller had some interest of his own to sell Zelmer to me. And against Phillips, they only said about unbaked bread.
Now I have read the topic and I see that it's not about the bread maker, but in the hands of a master, such as yours
So, apparently, you convinced me, tomorrow I will buy Phillips and join the ranks of home bakers. Today I already bought a kitchen scale to be fully armed.
Another question. And where does everyone get this various flour and additives - rye, oatmeal, whole grain, etc.? I looked in supermarkets - nothing like that. In Auchan, unless you just see ...
finist
lorhen Yes, look at the flour in Auchan, I buy in EURO-SPARE. Everything is there. Thank you for warm words. I forgot to write on emotions that during the first two uses the bucket does not creak a lot, this is normal. After baking, I always drip onto the spatula from above, so that it hits the shaft. But not many just a few drops. I have HP since the beginning of February,
I also got used to it, read the forum, asked questions, this is important. As I wrote, I bake more than once only according to the recipe book from HP. Sometimes I add something from the ingredients. And also ask the sellers about the color recipe book
just a book, not a black and white booklet. The color one goes to the black model Philips 9046. If they don’t give me your email, I’ll throw off the color one. About MV, yes I do everything in it, and even fry cutlets, scrambled eggs, and what an omelet
it turns out m ............. It is a pity that the pancakes are not convenient to bake. And try the potatoes in Filka on the BAKING mode.
And pour the butter not into the bowl, but onto the potatoes themselves. Turn over after 20-25 minutes. Delicious, better than on the stove.

The calculations are not entirely accurate, this has already been discussed on the forum, the depreciation of HP has not yet been indicated and the electricity is somewhat overestimated, we have 3 rubles / kWh. h this is approximately and will be the price for one cycle of HP operation. Flour 9-10 rubles per 500g, yeast 2.5 rubles per serving, salt and sugar in general, a penny somewhere 2 rubles electricity 3 rubles + depreciation, I will not repeat ...

I bought a bread maker, but another one - LG HB10001CJ, because Philips 9045, it turns out, was one and from the repair, I did not dare.
So, with regret, I leave this thread and go to "my" ones. Thanks for the advice, I wish you all delicious cooking!
Kapitolina
I bought this bread maker yesterday, I really liked the design and the function of kneading unleavened dough. Yesterday I baked bread on program 1. The bread is excellent. Today I put another loaf on. my stove began to knead and crackle, my dear mother, very loudly. I was upset.
finist
Kapitolina Hello. With a wonderful purchase and a great helper. Let HP serve for a long time, and only please you. (y) Did you exceed the ingredients when laying down? According to the instructions, flour should not exceed the weight of 560 grams, this is the maximum. And my bucket creaked at the first kneading. After baking, and after washing the bucket and kneading spatula, place it on the shaft in the bucket and drip a couple of drops of vegetable oil on top. I always do this, the shaft is lubricated accordingly, the friction decreases and the creak disappears. My creak disappeared completely during the third batch. Do not be discouraged, everything will return to normal.
Kapitolina
finist, hello. The bucket definitely has nothing to do with it. She put the bread on 750g. I measured flour with scales exactly according to the recipe. The first time I worked with a quiet hum. And the second time, the buzzing is accompanied by a loud crack. The crackle persists even if you remove the bucket and turn on the oven for kneading. Bursting somewhere inside. I will use it for a week and carry it to the store, I will hand it over for repairs.
Linashka
Hello everybody! Please tell me, can anyone in the subject. I bought myself such a bread maker. I have always trusted this brand. And then ... Bread according to recipe 1 turned out. But then I wanted to bake a cake. I did everything as in the recipe, chose program 12, and waited for the result. Alas and ah! Result-0! My cupcake is not baked at all. The output is raw dough! I began to watch everything carefully. I saw a discrepancy - in the recipe book, program 12 is given 3 hours 22 minutes, at the end of the same book in the tables with baking modes and temperatures, this program is given 2 hours. When the bread machine is turned on, this program is also 2 hours. I tried it for the second time, the same story, the dough is completely raw, it's not about the fact that it was not baked, it is just RAW! She took the stirrer out of the mold and put it on the express baked goods. Only then my cupcake was baked, but the result, of course, turned out to be heavy, dull. Actually, the question is: please tell me how your stoves behave on program 12? Maybe I need to take it to the store before 14 days after purchase?
finist
Linashka Hello. With the purchase of you. Do not be discouraged. HP has nothing to do with it, you got a piece of bread on program No. 1. Maybe it was in flour or yeast, or all the same, you did not put everything correctly. I am sure it will work out next time. I baked cakes on program No. 5 SWEET BAKERY. See the recipe on page 14. Bake two Easter cakes according to this recipe, it turned out sooooo tasty. When the stove started kneading, it seemed that the dough was very liquid, but the cake rose under the viewing window. And I didn't bake at 12 because of the large amount of yeast. I and SUPER EXPRESS do not do the same. Good luck, everything will work out. : flowers: Today baked from three varieties of flour, wheat, whole grain and rye. The son and his girlfriend ate a quarter, they said it was very tasty. To which I am glad. Yes, I forgot to add pitch on program No. 1, baking weight 1000g, crust color is dark.

finist what a beautiful bread. Write a recipe, please.

LydiaLidia Hello. Thank you for warm words. A recipe from a recipe book from our wonderful HP, only with
adding different flour.
Here's the recipe: Program # 1 White Bread
Water 350 ml. (I have 200 ml. Milk + 150 water)
Grows. oil 2 tbsp. spoons
Salt 1.5 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
Wheat flour, premium grade 360 gr.
Whole grain 100 gr.
Rye 100 gr.
Yeast 1 tsp
I add whole grain and rye in portions to a / s 180 r / s +100 whole grain, sift
Wheat 180 s / s +100 rye sift.
This mixes the flour better, especially when sifting, and rises more easily. I also like to add to such bread
peeled seeds.
LydiaLidia
finist, thanks a lot, but is there a lot of liquid?

Linashka, I also tried this cupcake. Similarly, it turned out like a brick. This is the recipe, or our products are like that.
finist
Lydia Lydia Of course, a lot of liquid. I'm a burdock. Only 350 ml of water. 200 milk + 160 water. In a hurry, that's the consequence. And 560 is flour, not water. I corrected the recipe, I apologize again.
LydiaLidia
It's okay, everything is fixable. Thank you so much.
Irina86
I bought a stove on June 30. On the Borodinsky mode, I made bread according to the Darnitsky recipe, the top was completely light, it rose a little. At 14 I set my program for French, everything is ok. But the top is white, I still like turning yellow. And today I put the dough and horror! The bucket creaks, just like Panasonic's ... But I was choosing between it and something else. I took Philips, I was very happy about the price and the programmable program, but here's what ((((I took off the creak on the video. I still have to test, I think I'll have to return to the store. Until 2 weeks have expired (((Very upset.I already fell in love with her so much and the design, compact and generally super-duper (((Khlebushek bakes, and then this creak! What will happen next, will it start to beat against the walls ?!
finist
Irina86 You panic early, and you don’t need to give HP, you still like it in it. And the creak is fixable, if only you
the amount of flour did not exceed 560 gr. I already wrote that after baking and washing the bucket, I put the spatula in place, and the shaft
on top, where the spatula stands, I drip 1-2 DROPS of vegetable oil. I have a creak after the 2nd batch. So, if everything suits you and you like HP, why panic and immediately make a refund? Do as I wrote and believe that HP will thank you, and you will boast to her in front of your girlfriends and friends. (y) And put the crust color on dark. And there will be such a crust.
Bread maker Philips HD 9045 - reviews and discussion
Irina86
Ha-ha ... I drip oil on a spatula, not the first stove, I already know the subtleties ... But it creaks! I didn't overdo it! Everything up to a gram is measured by scales! I follow the kneading, flour does not scatter on the sides. And on the Borodinsky program, you cannot set the color of the crust!
finist
Irina The case is of course yours, but I would not rush to hand over HP. And I didn’t mean butter when the ingredients were added, but after baking. And the bucket creaks and my bucket creaks, but of course it's up to you. Good luck
Irina86
I may be on edge, but I could not expect such a turn of events ... I still don’t understand why the creak? Shaft, bucket friction at the attachment point? And dripping oil after baking is also dangerous, oil has the properties of thickening and can lead to damage to the apparatus ((
Irina86
Yes. creak during the second batch. So I understand that you still have it squeaks or squeaks if not lubricated?
finist
My creaking stopped after the second time using HP, that is, more than 4 months ago. And why did you decide that it is dangerous to lubricate? I only smear 1-2 DROPS. Some, I read on this forum, I do not remember what HP, after the shaft jams in the bucket, they are lubricated with WD 40 grease, this is dangerous, as it is technical grease. And there will be no harm from vegetable oil, and even in such scanty amounts.
Irina86
I baked 3 bread in it, made yeast dough, now I put the cake. At the same time, observe it again. Everyone likes the stove, but what can this creak be from? ... is something rubbing, or is it a marriage? That's what's annoying ((
finist
Irina, I think that rubbing elements are grinding in. I do not insist, but try to lubricate as I wrote. My wife and I made pies with green onions and eggs on weekends, with rice, eggs and sausages in dough. Naturally HP kneaded the dough, excellent airy, tasty pies turned out.

Irina86
Yesterday I made a cupcake, the dough is elastic there, so the squeaking sounds all the same slipped ((The cupcake was baked, but the "brick" did not rise at all. It's a pity for the spent products ((I tried, as you advised, we'll see.
KatRin
Irina86, and what is the recipe for the cupcake? I made a recipe from a book, delicious, but not baked a little. HP does not creak

Irina86, and what is the recipe for the cupcake? I made a recipe from a book, delicious, but not baked a little. HP does not creak
Yes, from the recipe book, it is called "Yeast-free cake".
finist
Irina, according to this recipe, you are not alone in this cupcake. This is the only recipe from the book from HP that does not work.
Irina86
As it turned out, the cake in the center is generally wet with a lump. The temperature is too low in this mode. Either time is not enough.
finist
Irina seems to me that time is not enough. In other modes, everything rises and is processed. I even tried
bake on program number 6 Express Baking for 58 minutes and bread is ready. Only yeast instead of 4 teaspoons put 2.5, rose but not so high. For that, very quickly and very tasty, you dunk me something like a loaf.
finist
Yesterday I baked on program No. 2 Express pastries 2 hours 40 minutes. I baked for 3 hours, as I put a dark crust.

I beg your pardon, but I leave your topic. Philips handed over the stove. The creak became stronger and worse, even some kind of grinding. The Philips service center replied that this should not be. Hence marriage.I hope this will not happen in your stoves! And they will serve you for a long time!
P3na
Greetings to all! Help me decide between Kenwood 366 and Philips 9045 (46), I really hope for your help!
finist
P3na Hello. I can only express my opinion. No fanaticism, but Phillips suits me completely. Read
on some forum that Kenwood is a very good stove but her bread is thicker. In general, of course, the choice is yours. Go to the Kenwood forum, read more there, compare reviews and choose.
P3na
Thank you for such a quick response. I've been reading here for two days, but it's simply impossible to choose Phillips, as I understand it, the new model 9045, this year. programs as much as 14 and quieter Kenwood oldies 2010. r .... are there any disadvantages of Phillips that you encountered?
finist
L3na Minus one bucket creaks at the first use, but this is easily treated. I drip 1-2 drops of vegetable oil onto the bucket shaft and the creak disappeared after the second time. Otherwise, everything is very good, very cool, fluffy dough. Airy bread with a thin crust. I baked on 6 programs, all recipes on these programs are well thought out. I take recipes only from the recipe book from HP and modernize them to my taste. My wife and son like white, and I like a combination of three kinds of flour. But I take as a basis either program number 1
White bread, or No. 4 French.
P3na
finist have you been using this oven for a long time? the shaft constantly needs to be lubricated or once at the beginning and that's it? and the crust of the bread is not whitish? I love crispy, I have been baking in the oven for a long time and now I decided on HP, and it turns out that it is a dime a dozen of them to choose very hard
P3na
Thank you! decided!
finist
L3na I apologize for not answering right away. I have been using HP since February 2012 (donated). I grease the shaft constantly after each baking, maybe this is not necessary and my approach is purely masculine, smear everything, smear it, so that it does not creak or whistle. And the crust is very dark if put on a dark one. And so there are three types of crust, light, medium and dark.
pony111
Congratulations :))
I finally got it and tried it out right away.
"Your first bread" has turned out. Without scales, I used only measuring cups that came with a stove. Creaks nothing.
Cool. I took it to the dacha so far and now I don't go to the village for bread.
It seems that I will constantly carry it with me :)
By the way, the color book was included.
Thank you all for the comments in this thread, they helped me in choosing.
there will be no pictures :))

Hello everyone! I bought myself this stove. baked according to the recipe from the color brochure - the bread turned out to be wet and the crust was good crispy. it turns out that there was another brochure with b / w recipes in the package, but the recipes were different - I baked it from it - the bread turned out like a store not as wet as 1 time, but still not fluffy - and I baked French bread both times for the program - t That is, it can be said that it turned out like 1 grade to French, of course, it is not at all similar. I bake French strictly according to the recipe from a b / w book - everything turns out ok The last time I replaced the water with milk in the recipe - the bread turned out to be not so lush, but beautiful and tasty (the taste, of course, is no longer like French)

For the experiment, a recipe for a yeast-free cake from a color book was tested with the addition of half a glass of whey with 1 teaspoon of baking soda instead of baking powder and a couple of tablespoons of cocoa powder on program No. 6 fast baking. I didn’t take it out of the oven after baking for an hour, because it seemed too little for baking 28 minutes at 130 degrees. Everything in the bread maker was kneaded and understood, I did not take out the spatula. It turned out well, baked. Sliced along, smeared with sour cream and eaten.
The same cake is strictly according to the recipe (added only cocoa-children love) baked on program number 12, kept in the oven after baking for an hour too. It was baked, I did not notice much difference (there is so much butter, eggs and sugar for such an amount of flour, you can not bake it at all. It is delicious to eat just with spoons). I think it would be better in the oven, there is not enough porosity or something. as the rise in program no. 6 takes 18 minutes, the baking powder stops "playing", and in program no. 12 it takes 35 minutes !!!
