We leave in the marinade for 12 hours, periodically turn over. Place the ham in a bag, tie it tightly, place it in Belobok. Place the beloboku in another bag and then gently on a cloth napkin in a MV saucepan. Pour 750 ml of water, set for 80 minutes on Steam mode, pressure 2.
