Cooking method

  • Mix tomato paste, honey, chopped garlic, heat for 2-3 minutes, add oil, salt, pepper to the mixture. Pour the pork with marinade, leave in the refrigerator overnight. The next day we transfer the pork to the multicooker bowl, coat with the remaining marinade. Soup / Stew program 2 hours. After the signal, we take out the meat, let it cool and cut into portions.

And the cutter is really wonderful. Only my ham always comes out rather dry. I like it more from the neck.
