Come on! In a triple Taper? Are they kind of big?
Well, this is without a skirt. With a skirt 6.5.
Elena Tim
Girls ... I don’t ski ... Both Natashki, and now Helen, say that the triple taper gives out BIG dumplings, and even manti can be made this way. How then can such a dumpling be only 6.5 cm?

pies are still good to do - for baking or for frying - all are even one to one - at least for sale
Yeah, somewhere I had a photo. I'll look now.

Lenusya, this form is visually large. And so the dumplings are very good.

The dumpling is plump. In short, a real dumpling for two big bites.

Clear. It's just that I misunderstood their size from the very beginning.
Lenusik, thanks!

Honestly, those yesterday's ones, with tucks, as I call them "the sun," I even like them more, both boiled and raw. But maybe this is because I myself used to sculpt such, and they are dearer to me.
And I like it better!

It's a pity that they ate everything ... otherwise I would try it on ... I still have pieces of dough, tomorrow I'll do it and measure it ...

Come on, Lenus, don't worry. I already got it.
Scarecrow
Made today chocolate ravioli with strawberries and cottage cheese. On Teskom for 10 pieces with circles. Many are glued at the seam. Still, sharp edges are not the best friend of dumplings / dumplings. They cut well, but do not glue 100%. But the Soviet dumplings have more sloping ribs. You first crush both layers about them (in fact, you glue them together), and then they cut through.
Rosie
Elena Bo, great set! I would not refuse a round pie maker with a flower.

How does a plastic Idea behave?
Scarecrow
optimist,

Probably, I do not have an Idea, but from the photo, of which I saw a lot - it was made exactly in the image and likeness of the Soviet one.

Figase! They stick together tightly with me. And in general, neither from Idea, nor from Tescoma, nor from the Book, not a single dumpling had even a tiny hole.
But I also had this, a long time ago, when I used the Soviet round dumplings. The identity suddenly noticed that many were revealed, but then it immediately became clear to me what was the matter - I fiddled for a very long time, laying out the filling, so the dough was weathered, therefore it did not stick well. Then I squeezed it straight with a wet palm and that's it (I didn't think of a sprinkler right up to the very meeting with Alya Creamy). Not a single dumpling got unstuck. But I still didn't make friends with the dumpling maker then.
dana77
Yesterday I was at Teskom and I tried to create dumplings with cherries. The bullshit came out. All the seams are unstuck. But some dough turned out wrong for me, too soft. I think it's about the test, not the forms. Although it skated well on rolling.
Conclusion: you need to tough it up, your arms are straighter, but at least I skated on a rolling

even manti can be done in this way. How, then, can such a dumpling be only 6.5 cm?
No Lena, as manti they, I think, are small. In fact, you sculpt manta rays with a large size. Well, as befits manta rays.

And how dumplings form is not even large and not small, that's it.

Now I put raviolek on pallets for 10 pcs. Smart, as Lena Tim taught. What beauty If without this science I would not have found, most likely, with such a palette, I understand. And so 120 pieces per hour, one sculpted.
it would be nice to make MK separately, or at least to make a link in 1 post. In order not to get lost!

Lenusya, Lena wrote it this MK without a photo

I just put a layer of dough on the mold and straight, gently leading it with two palms towards each other, pulling it to the center. The dough wrinkles a little and dimples form by themselves, and at the same time the dough under the filling does not become thinner, because it hardly stretches - it sags there anyway.

To find out the delivery, you need to register, add it to the basket and start making a purchase. Then it will show the shipping cost (before payment, of course)

Everything is perfect!!!
I also bought them for 21 ... I want to try small ones ... especially with cherries, as Lenochka Timkina showed!

Light, have you examined the seams? Because they didn’t fall apart for me, nothing. And if you look closely, you can see the dispersed segments in the seam. If the filling was not cottage cheese, which easily floats out of the dumpling and is clearly visible in flakes in the broth, I would not have noticed.
Elena Bo
I think it may depend on the thickness of the roll. Perhaps the side is too high and the thin dough does not press well. And the thicker dough will snuggle closer to each other and stick better.
Scarecrow
Elena Bo,

I always skate thickly. I like to have a lot of test. The dough is soft, I had to dust it all the time when rolling. In short, I'm not happy)). But there is no direct disaster either.
Fifanya
ScarecrowNatasha, are you making Timkino dough? I just didn't make friends with mine either, I threw them on the mezzanine. And then I did it according to Lenchik's recipe and everything worked out, I didn't even expect this
