The design itself did not stand up to criticism simply because, although it looked great, it swayed a little and tinkled under the influence of the rolling pin. What to do? First of all, I thought to put it on a silicone mat, but I don’t have a mat that would be 50 cm long, and I would have to cut it, otherwise it would take up too much space on the table in width. And, oh shit, sary, and I have a towel just lying, a waffle one with which I cover all kinds of dumplings or pastries, then I shook it off and it's ready. I folded it in half lengthwise and put the molds on it, and connected it, that is, simply pushed them together, driving the pin into the groove (of the two pins, you need to choose the straightest one so that it easily goes in and out of the hole, then the assembly-disassembly will be instant):
