And the smell was mostly surprising during baking. Next time I will try to put in more garlic (I like it more sharply) and, perhaps, I will abandon the sausages. And so beautiful and tasty bread. I tried to make it a little drier, and a little less yeast, and after reading about the dislike of yeast and garlic, I added grated onion instead of garlic - the result is the same. Now I began to "sin" on dill, maybe it's the fault of everything?
