I have never come across such a thing, although the experience of using pressure cookers, both mechanical and electric, is very large, and this has never happened with the "in-house" one. Naturally, I always check the position of the spacer, and this time, of course, I checked it too. Turned off, cooled, turned on ... Soars. And so it was repeated four times. Each time she looked in surprise at the inverted lid, with which everything was in order. The last, next time, when the pan boiled, I simply pressed the lid on top with all my weight, held it like that, and it sucked!
I won't make any conclusions yet, I'll try the next dish.

It is necessary to completely cool and only then the gasket can take its right place.

I even showed a photo of the lid above after the first cooking just showing water. I had to cool the lid completely before putting the knuckle to smoke.

I wanted to make lazy cabbage rolls, but pies with cabbage were almost ready ... But cabbage for the first and cabbage for the second ... will not work.

Therefore, such a dish was born:

3. Stewed potatoes + steam cutlets

On the Frying mode, I fried (with the lid open) onions and carrots. It was fried quickly, in about 7 minutes. I just peeled and cut the potatoes. I added it to onions with carrots + salt and spices.

On top I put mixed minced meat patties with Nordic oatmeal and grated zucchini. Poured hot water.
