This mode has, everything switches normally (smoked fish) But, with hot smoking, the valve closes after 10-12 minutes (filled in hot water). And these minutes the steam does not just go, but as from a pipe. And when it is blocked, a small stream of steam with smoke creeps out of the handle anyway. probably should have left the first.
Maybe what can be done, twisted, so that after the valve is closed, steam and smoke do not go?
I can offer a choice of two options for solving this problem.
1.use the recommendation in my previous answer.
2. Drive up to our office and bring the lid of the smokehouse, and we will replace it with yours. After all, there were no problems with the lid there.
