Such silence .... since May. Is everyone on vacation?
Girls, I decided to make adjika in a pressure cooker ..... can anyone have done it already ??? 7 Tell me how?
Talamea
Hello! I didn't make adjika - the pan is too small ... But I'm making borsch dressing ..
Tatyanka
Hi Ol. Well, actually, I already did. I hope everything will be fine and worth it until winter.
How do you do the gas station?
Talamea
Worth, of course, do not even hesitate!

Gas station? Yes, just - I will grind carrots, beets, you can, if you wish, chop the onions and sweet peppers, chop the tomatoes finely, put the tomato paste and a little vinegar and on the high pressure for 18 minutes. I opened it, mixed it into sterile jars and rolled it up. Wrapped up for a day and that's it. If not for winter, then I just let it cool in jars and put it in the refrigerator.
Tatyanka
Olchik, thanks .... I'll have to do it.
Talamea
If you like borscht, do it. I do this all the time, for a few borscht ... Why bother ... And so, borscht is cooked almost instantly.
Also, in winter, when the beans are dry, I boil several glasses at once, and put them in the freezer in portions, and then in the borscht, or in the vinaigrette, or in the pickle ... Well, where necessary, I put it there.
Tatyanka
Ooooh Ol, how do you cook beans? I somehow cooked ... nothing came of it. Solid, solid was.
This is a great idea ... with beans.
Talamea
Yes, I fall asleep in the SVshka, pour water decently and for 20-25 minutes. The time depends on the beans, so when buying, I ask how fast it is cooked. But, in general, 20 minutes is enough.
Tatyanka
Are you doing it red or white?
Talamea
Any ...

Oh ... it's so quiet here.

Girls, well, I need help.
The valve in my pressure cooker does not close when I cook ... what to do. Is it jammed or something?
Monica
Try rinsing and cleaning it thoroughly. I cleaned with toothpicks. Is the elastic band normal, does not steam under the covers?
Tatyanka
no steam ...
I just picked it up with a toothpick and slowly picked it up ... and so I left it. But next time it won't rise again. And how to rinse it inside there ... can you pour detergent there?
Tatyanka
Now I don't know whether the casserole is baked or not ... I'm afraid to open it.
Monica
I literally dripped a drop, left it for 5 minutes and then put it under running water, well, I thoroughly cleaned all the gaps.
Monica
For baking, the valve does not need to close.
Tatyanka
not necessary? and how long to keep? I decided to make a potato casserole at random ... 15 minutes already. with an open valve stood and 20 with a closed one. What do you think is baked?
Tatyanka
Al, thanks for the valve tip ... I will wash. Hope it helps.

Hello everyone! I have a problem with the timer ... I noticed that after frying with the lid open, the timer stopped moving: that is, everything turns on, heats up, the valve closes and then the "working pressure" and "heating" lamps blink alternately, and the timer is on ... ...Nobody knows what it is with my Dexic, maybe that's all? (pah-pah)

I, too, stand when frying with the lid open for the first 30 minutes, and then it starts to move.

so I do not move even with the lid closed already. A couple of times it happened that I put it on pilaf and left, I come, but the timer does not move, although it should have been disconnected in time, I waited a while, and then disconnected it from the network, opened it, and the pilaf dried out from below, as it was already ready , but still he was warmed ...
Monica
Sadness however.

try to set and look at different values with water to track the patient completely dead or there is a sign of life and do not delay with the service
before it would have been exchanged for you, if there is something serious, but they were removed from production and now it is not known how and what

read reviews in the online store "Rosette", then one of the disadvantages of DEKS-40 was written, glitches with a timer after about a year of work :(

Hello everyone! Can any of the owners of DEX-40 tell me. I have had this pressure cooker for a long time. But I never took off the steam regulator (it is black in the photo with a red insert inside). During the next washing of the lid, he simply took off, there is a pin on the lid (I attach a photo of the lid). I do not know if something was put on this pin or if the regulator itself broke. Although if you put the regulator on the pin, having previously wound an elastic band around this pin (before, hair was tied like this, now, in my opinion, only pencils are tied), then the pressure cooker works. But you have to put something else on top to make it heavier. The question is, I don't know if there was something like a clamp in there. My daughter has a different model of pressure cooker, there is a wire that holds the regulator on the pin. I have not seen anything like that. I don’t know what to do anymore. Silk, I have been working in the country for the third year already. But I will only get to him on Tuesday, and then I can take a photo for comparison. In the meantime, purely theoretically, I suppose that there could be a thin silicone ring (seal), as in steam cleaners on the nozzles
Silk
Thank you, I will wait for information.
Tatyanka
Girls, hello. Tell me, where do you get the rings on the lid (well, those that are inside for tightly closing the lid are big ones)? I'm completely stretched out .... tons of steam and falls off all the time.
Tatyanka
thanks .... went to ask.
Silk
I figured out my Deksik, it turns out that a spare part broke off (I will repair it.

a spare part in the valve?
once saw the valve assembly for sale at a reasonable price, remember where else I could see it
Talamea
Oh ... I'm also thinking how to get into the valves. I've read you, I'm looking at the steam generator - where to get it ...

I sympathize.
Talameya, show me what breaks off there so that we don't step on the same rake
Talamea
Yes, it's not clear what fell off ... The valve just came off, and now, as you put it on the pin, it doesn't stay there, for some reason ... Everything seems to be whole, and nothing is broken off, and no spring / piece of iron has fallen out ... In short - misunderstanding. And I can't find a new part (valve) ..
Talamea
In short, in the valve, the outer ring, which holds the valve, broke. It came off completely.

Vinnitsa
Good morning, hostesses! Something Temka stalled, and Dex got a new cartoon pressure cooker!

nila
Vinnitsa, Elena, How interesting! And I haven't seen it, I haven't been interested in new products for a long time. While Comfort is still puffing quietly, and Deksik60 will help him.
Where can you see the new product?
KSY-KSY
I bought it in the Rosette in December and am already actively using the new product. This is my first pressure cooker, before I used the Dex 50 and 60 multicooker, one of the first. In general, I like it, for the money - a very decent unit. The saucepan isn't quite as imposing as my Dex's, lighter or something.
nila
KSY-KSY, I already found it in the Rosette. Nice cartoon pressure cooker. Only they have already raised the price for it. Even on Sunday evening it was 1799 UAH, and on Monday morning it was already 1889 UAH.
KSY-KSY
Yes, I bought it for 1799, but the exchange rate changes, that's the price with it. But for such functionality it is still not expensive.
SilverCat
Girls, tell me the size of the saucepan. I would very much like to be interchanged with our dex dpc 40. I got some pots, now I want to buy a second pressure cooker, I thought I might take the staff, we have the same pots with it. And then a new dexic appeared, handsome * __ *
KSY-KSY
As far as it was possible to measure - the diameter is 24 cm, the height is almost 17 cm. And it has a notch around the circumference about the middle, it seems that a pan from 40 will not fit.
