Apple pie with cinnamon in the Bread Maker

Category: Yeast bread

Ingredients

Flour 1 grade 380 g
Matsoni 5% 230 ml
Egg 1 PC
Sugar 8 g
Salt 3 g
Yeast saf moment 3 g
Apples 240 g
Sugar 30 g
Cinnamon 8 g
Rast. oil 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • I mix the egg, yogurt, pour it into a bucket. I add sugar, salt, rust. butter and flour sifted with yeast.
  • I turn on the "dough" mode (1 hour 30 minutes). I have HB Bork, the kneading lasts 20 minutes, I left the dough to rest for 10 minutes. I pressed the "pause", took out the bucket from the HB. took out the dough and kneader.
  • She divided the dough into three parts (she smeared her hands with vegetable oil), made three cakes, straightened them with her hands.
  • I put one part on the bottom of the HB (make a basket with sides), half of the apples on top, then again a layer of dough and the other half of the apples. Close the top with dough.
  • She put the bucket in the HB, pressed "pause", put the bread on the rise.
  • She turned on the baking for 1 hour, then added another 10 minutes.

The dish is designed for

850gr

Time for preparing:

2h50min

Cooking program:

dough, pastries

Note

The cake was 13 cm high and baked well. Delicious, you can add more sugar.
It is better to divide the dough into 4 parts and increase the number of apples. I cut apples into 6x6 cubes on Nayser Plus, next time I want to cut them larger.
Matsoni can be replaced with any fermented milk product.

I would be glad if you like this recipe.

How tricky, but as a baking option without an oven it has the right to live! Thanks for the recipe, maybe it will come in handy sometime.

Irina, thank you for your feedback.
There is nothing complicated, everything is very simple. Explained in detail so that it was clear for beginners. An excellent pie would have turned out in the oven from this dough, but today we again have +35 in the shade, there was no desire to turn on the oven. Therefore, I experiment.

You can also use fermented baked milk. If you want fatter, add a little sour cream. Love the dough sweet, add more sugar.
It was interesting for me to bake it in a bread maker, so as not to include a large oven.

Matsoni is closer to curdled milk than to fermented baked milk) or yogurt (but not drinking, but of a denser consistency)

Thanks for the idea in the absence of a normal oven! And what height should the "basket" be? And I would like pictures too.

francevna thanks! Already in bookmarks and even printed. The recipe is just for people like me, soulless.
Alla, is the apple dough not soaked?
francevna
Ilona, thanks for your attention to the recipe. Cut the apples, the dough is not wet.

The recipe is 2 years old, a lot of water has flowed under the bridge. and thanks to this site many new acquisitions. If there is no oven, buy a Princess 11500 pizza maker, there will be an opportunity to bake pies too, we have a topic here.

I have a problem with the photo. I made the basket so that the apples did not come into contact with the walls of the mold. So it's up to you.
