It combines sour apples and raisins very well. The cake is very sweet. I poured in only 1 glass of sugar and then my family said that it was sooo sweet, because the glaze also added sweetness. But, as they say, the taste and color ... Try it, a great way to utilize apples, of which we have a lot this year
