Tatti-Yana, easy! 2 l and in the CHILD MENU + mode, you can increase the cooking time. I do not forcibly release the pressure. I didn't pour more than 2 liters for fear that it would climb through the valve.
Tatti-Yana
plasmo4ka, Thanks a lot!

Who ever cooked corn in it? How long and what mode?
FistAshCo
In general, I experienced ...
I put "Steamer-Vegetables" for 10 minutes, the corn turned out to be soft, but somehow crispy (I never ate this)

Who ever cooked corn in it? How long and what mode?

Cooked several times in the "soup, porridge" mode, but set it for 24-30 minutes, depending on the maturity of the corn
FistAshCo
valj1946, thanks, we will try ... as a result I threw out

I threw it out as a result
I was completely disappointed and I will probably throw it out too. I cooked my own sweet corn, grown in my garden, as I said for 25-30 minutes. And today I bought five kachans on the market, so young, beautiful, but I cooked it and, as you say, it crunches on top, but inside it is sweet, but not pleasantly watery. So I think it all depends on the variety.

Good day! Take the owners of Skarlushi into your ranks. Yesterday they just brought my assistant, and today I unpacked it, washed it, wiped it with vinegar, steamed the water (yesterday I read the whole topic, THANK YOU for the valuable advice, otherwise I would probably be afraid to turn it on today) ... and now I put the stew on mode stewing for 15 minutes .... a stew of zucchini and potatoes, and I wonder if I asked for a lot of time?
Tatti-Yana
petraxxxl, advice with advice, their benefits can hardly be overestimated, but your experience (the son of difficult mistakes) is still more valuable!
petraxxxl
The first course went well ... the stew is delicious, but the water turned out to be a bit too much (thin) and at the same time not much burnt. I don’t understand how it is? I thought it might burn due to lack of water, but here ... it's strange ...
Tatti-Yana
petraxxxl, with the initiative you!

Good day. Recently I washed the lid and a small valve accidentally fell out. I put it back in, but after that the lid can be closed or opened only with great effort, and steam is pouring out from under the lid in all directions and the time does not count down. Maybe someone knows what to do? Thank you

Girls and boys, good day to all! I have a question for experienced Skarlushi users? How much rice and meat to put in pilaf to make a full pot of pilaf? And yet, now I put buckwheat with meat on the rice mode for 12 minutes ....., and now I think, can buckwheat cook on the soup / porridge mode for 28 minutes? I'm worried so that it doesn't burn ...
FistAshCo
Hello everyone...
Tried to make dinner today. Chicken with rice.
I fried chicken on baking on both sides, drained the excess, a glass of rice 4.5 tbsp. water, put a thing on top for a double boiler, on it a chicken (fried). and the "rice" mode for 15 minutes .... then forcibly relieved the pressure ...
In general, the rice turned out to be porridge ((((I am disappointed .... the water remained (somewhere 1/3). But the chicken is delicious.
Who else has tried chicken with rice? Who did how? What modes? How much rice / water?
NataliaK
FistAshCo, I didn't cook rice with chicken, but rice for a side dish - a little sunflower oil to the bottom, 1 cup of rice - 1.5 cups of water ... regardless of ml of a cup-glass, just one to one and a half ... "rice" 10 minutes, then I leave the pressure, turning off the keeping of heat, I do not forcibly bleed it ... I tried different rice, we now have a soooo variety of rice, so I buy and cook different every time ...if you need a lot of rice, then for 3 cartoon glasses of rice I take 5 multi glasses of boiling water from a thermopot ... I will be glad if you also get delicious rice ...
petraxxxl
I am also disappointed with my pilaf, instead of crumbly pilaf, it just turned out to be porridge ... there are no complaints about the scarlet, it's my own fault, I can't calculate the proportions of rice and water ... next time I'll try to put 1.5 tbsp of water on a glass of rice, instead of 2 .... and yet, do you think that 12 min. is the "rice" mode too much? (maybe this is the case, then I will reduce the time to 10 minutes.)
FistAshCo
NataliaK, Aha thanks, we will know! ... Today I will try roast with pork .... who tried it? how and what?
NataliaK
I cooked potatoes with pork: I poured a little sunflower oil and put large pieces of meat, closed, incl. Meat; off Keeping temperature and waiting for pressure release; I put pieces of meat on a plate, filled a strip for a steamer with chopped potatoes, a little frying onions and carrots and put the pieces of pork back on top, closed and incl. Rice ... off I kept the temperature and waited for the pressure to drop ... yes, I forgot that when I cut the potatoes, I took a little salt and, as it were, rolled the potatoes in it ...

I wrote, then read it ... I hope it turned out clearly, albeit awkward
FistAshCo
NataliaK, Yes thank you! got it !!
and did not try at the same time? to throw everything at once?
I don't know if links can be made or not ... in general, how is it here (remove the commas)
FistAshCo
Look, I found the recipe! For our pressure cooker! For anyone interested, here's: 🔗*** 216.html
FistAshCo
I did this:
Fried meat + onions + carrots + red bell pepper (baking mode). Minutes 20. Cleaned the kratoschechka, threw in large pieces, poured 1/2 tbsp. water, salt, pepper (whoever needs spices). Stirred. And to stew for 20 minutes. Disconnected from the network as she squeaked. I did not relieve the pressure myself, it turned out chic!
NataliaK
FistAshCo, thanks for the recipe! I did it all without adding water ... a lot of gravy ... I need to experiment with different programs ... I'm now trying to diversify my food, because a nursing mother needs to be supported with nutrition, so that it is tasty and nutritious and varied and milk produced ... here is lean pork and beef either separately, then assorted, then in large pieces, then in small ... and that's how interesting - it tastes different! I cook without frying, only stewing (with the lid closed) on the "Pastry". I really enjoy cooking in Skarlush, she is really the most requested of all the helpers in my kitchen right now.

Good afternoon everyone. Please tell me the recipe for pumpkin porridge. Preferably step by step and with the exact amount of ingredients. It is desirable that the porridge is homogeneous without pieces. Thank you.

The bowl is from the Liberty MP-900 well, but it does not have a side for a double boiler. For a year now I have been using them as additional ones, the flight is normal. There may be options. Ask Polina (SupercoW) here:

Hello girls!
Well, has anyone tried something new? Are there any recipes?
How to ask (and most importantly whom?) To make Temka with recipes separately? So as for Brand, Panasonic, etc. ... Clicked on the left - chose and here they are!
I just wrote it out, but I lose a lot.
I don’t remember, it seems it was already discussed, how about Kashi in the evening? I always did this at Brand, in the morning they woke up from the squeak and smell of porridge

Hello. You know, when I bought this amazing assistant, I was looking for help on the internet. That's when I subscribed to both the bread maker and the pressure cooker, there specifically for our pressure cooker, I was 25 subscribers, now there are enough subscribers there. And of course all kinds of recipes. I use those recipes, and here I like to take ideas and recipes.
FistAshCo
Hello girls!
Today I got minced meat for defrosting beef + pork. suggest what you can cook?
What do you want something new, unusual and at the same time easy to prepare.

Girls, good day to everyone! today I cooked lazy dumplings in a pressure cooker: I twisted the dough with meat, put it in the pressure cooker, poured it with sauce, closed the lid, set my recipe for 5 minutes ... the zeroes ran and then stopped and after a while the time was reset to zero (without counting the time , somewhere 5 signals sounded) ... I go there, and the lid is not locked, I open it like boiling, but damp. I turned it off, turned it on again, I set my recipe again for 3 minutes, I start it up, the zeroes do not run, and after 3-5 minutes the same thing happens - the pressure has not gained, the lid has not locked, the time does not count down ... just beep and reset the time to 0 and jumped for heating and how it was damp on top it is, but the bottom did not burn much .... So I sit and think: really my assistant broke down ....... maybe someone had something like that ... what could it be?

Quote: petraxxxl
what could it be?
This may be a lack of fluid and therefore the overheating protection is triggered (in any case, I had this once).

Hello everyone! Recently became the owner of this wonderful pressure cooker While the flight is normal)))) Share a chicken recipe, marinated the breast, I want to fry it deliciously) I would be grateful!

For the biscuit, I take 6 eggs, 1 glass of sugar, 1 glass of flour and baking powder. Beat eggs with sugar. Beat for a long time (7 minutes), then gradually add flour with baking powder and that's it. I grease the dishes with oil, bake in the baking mode (30 minutes) with an open valve. Then I keep it on heating for 5 minutes and open the lid. The biscuit is made at the level of the recess where the steam grate is placed.

I made a biscuit according to this recipe, everything seemed to work out, everything was like the author's - "... heated for 5 minutes and opened the lid ..", but when I opened the lid, the biscuit fell out (((((advise what could be the reason? Maybe worth do not open the lid immediately?
_JuMi_
Biscuit - he is. Falls down. I don't open it right away so that I don't feel shock from the cold. Turn it off - hold it for 10 minutes without opening it. Then I'll open the crack for 5 minutes. Then I take out the saucepan to cool. I shake it out when it cools. Only the bottom burns on all the baked goods, at least two layers of parchment I put on the bottom.

Now, by the way, baked with dried apricots. On 4 eggs; whipped, not separating, but for a long time.

Girls help out! I have an emergency! I wanted to cook millet porridge for Tobik (the dog), did not notice that there was no bowl in the multicooker, and added a multi-glass of dry millet. When I realized what I had done, I turned over the multicooker and poured out the millet, but I hear that some small amount of it remained there. Who has already had a similar bitter experience, tell me what to do. Disassemble and clean, or can you not be afraid and cook?
_JuMi_
Well, if water is poured inside, not noticing the absence of a saucepan, then why cereal! Dry / shake and go!
valj1946
Thank you, I got it out on the sly

Hello everyone!
Girls, can you tell me if you can boil milk in a Scarlett SL-1529 pressure cooker? If so, in what mode?
lyda
Why do you need to boil there. If you want ghee, then the children's menu turns out well.
gessika
You just need to boil it. I buy imported milk from the village. On the stove it is not very convenient, because you need to watch so that you don't run away.
lyda
You can boil it on porridge, or on your own recipe
gessika
How many minutes?
_JuMi_
I boil milk on my own. recipe 2 min. They don't give less. But I rarely do this, when there is absolutely no time to watch the milk on the stove. I don't cook anything dairy in mulk because of the smell from the ring.
FistAshCo
Girls, but how to look for recipes in the subject?
I wanted to find a hodgepodge ... but while all the pages are shoveled ((
And nobody adds recipes to the Scarlett section
_JuMi_
What's the point in separate recipes for a given pressure cooker? The principle is the same for all. The only thing, cool pressure cookers, where the pressure force is regulated, have their own modes. And it's so easy to navigate by the minute which product how long to cook.
FistAshCo
Then maybe someone knows how to search in the topic ???
FistAshCo
No one knows?
