3 eggs
150 ml milk + sour cream (put 1 tablespoon in a measuring cup with a large slide of sour cream, topped up milk, you can take cream or sour cream, replace with butter)

Wash apricots, dry, cut in half, remove the pits.
Mix eggs with sugar, sour cream, milk. Add sifted flour and a pinch of salt.
Mix everything well until smooth.
Apricot pie
Pour the dough into a mold and place the apricot halves on top (skin side up).
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes at 180 ° C.
