Hello everybody!
For several days in a row I have been reading this Temka, or rather, I began to read here how I ordered Paul! and now urrra-today she finally came from Estonia to me in Germany ..
The first experiment has already been done, I want to put the porridge immediately for tomorrow morning with a delay, and then boom to make beef roast using low temperature for lunch ..
I have already learned a lot of interesting things, I have not finished reading up to page 105 yet, I decided to register here, say hello, share my joy and say thank you!
I understand that before asking questions, I have to read the topic to the end, I also understand that I have to sit down with a notebook and write down everything useful and important for working with Fields.
And then, having reached page 30, I already, for the life of me, did not remember exactly everything else: - ((
Therefore, today I made lunch by typing:

decided to steamed fish and buckwheat, they say, like today a diet lunch * gee *
I didn't think a bit about which program to take. tried on croup, default time, 25 min. Did the countdown start right away without boiling? (at least the indicator has not been named for the entire time). I realized that it wouldn’t work, I switched to the “steamed” mode, though it was a bit too long, the fish turned out to be a little dry, and the buckwheat was porridge, but this time it depended on cereals :-)
It was delicious anyway :-)

I also wanted to add that when I bought it, I was already upset - after all, except for a multi-cook, it was written that there was practically no delay anywhere.
then I read here that someone "got" a model where, on the contrary, the timer does NOT work on a multi-cooker, but on other programs (including porridge) it works.
Beginning hopes that I get the same one.
I can happily report that this is the case - the timer does not turn on on the multi-cooker, the delay works on ALL automatic modes! (except when heated).
There are a lot of mistakes in the instructions: it says that there is a delay in ALL modes, including a multi-cooker (except for heating), in the brief table it is written that there is no delay in the "paste" and "heating" program. I checked that there is a delay in the "paste" mode.
but I still think that it is better this way, let it be better multi-cook without delay than all other programs, or?
I would like to hear the opinion of experienced users of poly ..

And yet, of course I read and will read, but if I still ask a stupid newbie question (the first cartoon!) I hope you won't throw slippers ...

Of course we will not cast it aside, live and learn. Personally, I am always learning
When I read it, I made notes in a notebook with page numbers, although I did not immediately realize that this was necessary. Congratulations on your purchase!

I made a charlotte , I want to share a simple, but very tasty recipe, cut 5-6 apples into cubes, beat 5 eggs with a blender at high speed for 2-3 minutes, gradually adding 5 tables. tablespoons of sugar, continue to beat until a thick, white foam forms, reduce the speed and gradually add 5 tablespoons. tablespoons of sifted flour. Grease the bowl of the multicooker with oil, put the apples and gently pour in an airy, white mass. Close the multicooker, "baking" mode, the program set the time to 1 hour. We press start and go to rest. After the end of cooking, the cartoon goes into the "heating" mode, which I turned off ... Turn off our beauty and after 5 minutes we look at the result. Everything turned out great, baked, and how it smells

Oh, we have an addition! Ingrid75, CrazyCake
And today I tested the Stadler bowl in our multicooker on Baked goods and Baking... Baked apple pie:
Multicooker Polaris PMC 0517AD (reviews)Multicooker Polaris PMC 0517AD (reviews) I did not notice any oddities. Everything worked fine. The cake was baked with a turnover.First on baking 50 minutes+ 10 min. on baking, turned over and exposed baking for 20 min.

Yes, girls, I'll tell you the cartoon is just super, I can't get enough of such a lifesaver. I want to lay out milk rice porridge recipe (I tried two options - parboiled and round rice, both times it was a bang). Here is the recipe I share ... Figure 1.5 cartoon. glass, milk 4 mult. glasses, water 2 mult. glasses, salt, sugar, a piece of butter. Before closing the lid on the multicooker bowl, put the grill, the "milk porridge" mode for 35 minutes. At the end of the work, the cartoon goes into heating, I turn it off immediately, the porridge languishes for 10 minutes. We open and bon appetit
CrazyCake
Girls, hello everyone! Thanks for the welcome!

multicooker experience exactly 24 hours * gee *

yesterday lunch, porridge in the morning, awesome dinner and now bread is being baked, then buns will be baked, and tomorrow morning my husband will be at 5:30! hot oatmeal and I don't even need to wake up ...
in short, I get high ...

and during all this time I managed to redo things and see my classmates, hehe!

just a couple of questions still come up ...

- in the morning the milk still had time to hiss through the valve. I didn't run away further, but that was enough, to be honest, I'm a little afraid to put oatmeal for breakfast.
I took store milk, heat-treated, 1.5% fat and diluted with water, as advised.
the portion for one multi-glass for our family is ridiculous, I made a double, that is, in total, not quite a liter of liquid turned out. from above ran a thick circle along the walls with butter. the regime was "milk porridge", the pshikatsya through the valve began somewhere in the 10th minute, I don't know for sure.
to be honest, I would not want to dilute milk at all, the porridge was tasty, but I could feel the watery taste. I understand that this is all the same healthier, but ... I just want MILK porridge for breakfast ;-))
What else could be the reason why the milk climbed through the top? is it necessary to cook only a portion of 1 multi-glass of rice? Duc this is only enough for children ... and they also love with the addition, we have a break for the family, namely rice milk, per liter of milk :-(

- during the first frying, the bottom of the pan bent slightly. it was disappointing. : cray: I understand that the pot is aluminum inside, but I did not expect this.
especially visible when pouring oil. Is that so for everyone?

- As for the condensate collector, I honestly did not figure it out. I absolutely do not understand how the condensate should get there. secondly, this morning the condensate poured into the porridge like a waterfall, yesterday afternoon it was also full of it, but behind only drops that, when the lid was opened, managed to spill there.

I just turned the bread over and again for baking, for 50 minutes, since the top side was not ready.
girls, explain how you turn so hot so as not to damage the baked goods?

Thanks in advance for the answers.

but in general, I'm just happy!

CrazyCake! I'm not lying about porridge .... Because I cook on a multi-cooker. And my milk is natural, from a cow. But the condensate, it is somehow cool going. You open the lid, all the water goes somewhere. And the container contains nothing, or just a little! And then suddenly water!

Hello everyone, you have a very good and useful forum, thank you! I got a multicooker the other day, decided to cook a cupcake for the kids right away, everything is strictly according to the recipe (both the ingredients and the cooking time), I was disappointed ... more, probably, in myself, I didn't get a cupcake, I didn't bake it, almost the whole middle of it was gagged. ... Tell me what you could have done wrong?

I have never had any disappointments in baking in the shelf. Baking and sponge cake and gingerbread and baba and cake, casseroles of course. The recipes used are proven and adapted to the multicooker and not necessarily in our polaris. I was guided by the time suggested and with a slight amendment. In some cases, it was necessary to hold a little on the heating and pull it out after cooling down. The definition is slick, I understand that it is not baked. Maybe you still need to hold it on baked goods or on heating to get it. If you have to control the time, first I collect the condensate from the top cover with a cloth and only then close it. But I try not to open it often so as not to disturb the microclimate.
There is one more assumption, if everything is strictly according to the recipe, then it may be in the flour, it is different in different regions in terms of humidity, or, for example, eggs differ in size (and this may also be additional moisture). Although when baking a biscuit, chocolate on boiling water is very liquid, the first time I baked it, I was ready to throw it out, but everything is baked with a bang!

perhaps you are right, but according to the recipe, I am a little confused by the amount of baking powder (half a tsp), maybe because of this. For the marble cake, the dough turned out to be a little thick, what should it be? I myself don’t know what the baking of this or that product depends on, maybe there are some tricks and present the recipe for biscuit chocolate on boiling water?

Elena, even depending on which recipe (from where), for example from the book of Polaris, many recipes are generally wrong, at least they wrote a lot about it. I look at the book only for approximate orientation, since I am still only mastering the cartoon and have not quite figured it out yet. and I take recipes proven or my own or from the forum.

Girls, and I had such a problem today, I was really very upset.
Yesterday I cooked borscht in a shelf, then I thoroughly washed everything with soapy water - a bowl, a valve, a lid ... the smell still remained slightly, but it remained slightly from the previous dishes, it was not reflected on the food.
I put the oatmeal for this morning with a delayed start, got up, it was impossible to eat porridge, there was a taste and smell of borscht. Vikinula :-(

Has anyone already had this?

I'm afraid to put the bowl in the dishwasher, I want to live long.
I wanted to make chicken with garlic for lunch today, now I'm afraid that tomorrow's porridge will also taste like meat and garlic

actually for such purposes and acquire two (or more) bowls
Although if, after chicken with garlic, you do something for steam, or just boil a bowl (you can squeeze out a little lemon juice, just not concentrated acid!) - then the smell will evaporate

and present the recipe for biscuit chocolate on boiling water?
There are many options. You can search. But I use the fact that for the very lazy:
Flour 2 -2.5 tbsp.
Sugar 2 tbsp.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Soda 1.5 tsp
Baking powder 1.5 tsp.
Cocoa 6 tbsp. l.
with a slide
Milk 1 tbsp.
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Rast. 1/3 tbsp oil
Boiling water 1 tbsp.
Mix all the ingredients (no need to beat anything with a mixer !!!). At the very end, add 1 cup of boiling water. Stir, the dough will become liquid.
Pour the entire mixture into a saucepan, previously greased with a thin layer of butter. I start the baking mode 2 times for 50 minutes. Very high, cut into 5-6 cakes. Cream optional. The easiest for me is 1 can of mascarpone 500 gr. + whisk a can of condensed milk. The biscuit is moist.

Look here Then I also baked according to the recipe from Sveta Nguyen. I really liked it !!! Tall, tasty, cut into three or four cakes and smeared with cottage cheese cream - I don't bake now because of a problem with burning ... And she (Sveta) also laid out a lot of recipes with photos when everyone got used to the Field! It's a pity that here it was not visible at all ... Maybe in some other branch !?
nika-773
This sticking problem ruins everything. Yesterday I baked this biscuit according to Sveta's recipe, was able to shake out half of the biscuit, and tore the other half from the bottom. And it baked so wonderful and got up. I cut the wreckage into cubes, soaked it in cream, put it on top, and something like a "curly lad" came out.
Harita-n
Girls, have long laid eyes on the baking of pies in the cartoon these

Everything is almost prescription. Baking in multi for 50 minutes and for the top, grill all the same until browning. The retreat was in the filling.I have minced pork and beef, and instead of draining oil, 2 tbsp. l. sour cream. The dough and the filling turned out very tasty. I never thought that fresh minced meat could be suitable for baking.
This sticking problem ruins everything.
I already once said that I make baked goods in a Teflon bowl, by the way, the fact that it even helps without handles, without any problems, brown in the oven. And so I have a proposal for those who have the same cup. Can put a circle of baking paper on the bottom. It does not stick to the sidewalls, at least for me.

Girls, who knows if the inner cover is sold separately, which is removable? I wash it thoroughly after cooking, but the silicone pad is awful at absorbing odors! If I cook soups, meat, cereals, etc., nothing is felt, but when I cooked yogurt, I got it with the taste of borscht. Yesterday I fried chicken, today I want to make a sweet casserole, I'm afraid it will turn out with a smack. I can smell and taste very well, so even the slightest hint of foreign taste and food will fly into the trash)
It would be nice to have one lid for the first and second courses and a separate one for baked goods and yoghurts. Tell me please!

Hello everyone! I got this multicooker 2 weeks ago to help the brand 502. But the question is, milk porridge with a volume of 1 liter of liquid cooks normally, but 1.5-2 liters runs away through the valve ((. I tried to smear oil in a circle from above, it does not help. Porridge is sprinkling from the valve. Milk is fresh, cereals are washed. Did anyone have such a problem ... Just a cry from the heart. I read the forum, they write that to cook on oatmeal, but the temperature is even higher there ... Or try it on a multi-cooker at 90 degrees ... With the Brand, everything was always good with such a bookmark of products ...
air_kiss
But I still want to buy a multicooker, but I can't figure it out, like the design of Polaris 0517 is better, and the reviews about it are good, but the ceramic bowl is confusing, I don't want to spend money and buy Teflon. Polaris 0520, on the other hand, has a delayed start for all programs, and the bowl in the set is already Teflon ...

About this problem has already been described so much here, read the pages. This temka is just an encyclopedia about our model. And the experiments were carried out, and the temperatures on each program were measured, you just need to read the whole topic from the first page and you will find answers to all questions. By the way, where to buy a bowl is also written.

Maybe I was lucky, but it doesn't stick to me and the pastries just pop out.
I didn't notice the smell either, but I keep the field after washing and until the next cooking open .

Here I cooked a whole chicken in a Stadler bowl. Baking 50 min + baking 60 min. She didn't want a quick brown Look at the bowl - there is no sticking. In the process, I also laid a whole potato. I am very pleased with this cup.

Good day!
Recently I became the owner of poly 517. With cooking, I am "you". I'm not overly enthusiastic, but cooking has ceased to strain.
I want to say thank you so much for the recipes! Only now I copied them into a notebook without authorship, while reading the top.
The first thing I cooked was stewed hearts from the recipe book, I liked it, but it seemed a little dry, now I cook with the addition of water when stewing and I do less time for baking the hearts.
I made corn porridge with a delay (they went for a walk with the child) in the "milk porridge" mode, nothing ran away, but it was scary. Happened . Buckwheat milk ran away, but not critical, but after rice milk porridge (with a delay) it washed not only the cartoon itself, but also the kitchen in its immediate surroundings, the rice porridge itself turned out to be tasty. I ate the child without "I do not want". After that I began to put on a "double boiler".
Charlotte turns out exceptionally wonderful. The "marble" flat pancake from the recipe book turned out (eeeeh I did it for myself on my birthday), but they ate it instantly. The Irish stew failed, I did it according to the recipe, the feeling that something was missing. Mnu didn’t work out pilaf (thick thick rice porridge with meat, there wasn’t even such a thing on the stove), I did it on “pilaf”;
Zucchini stew, buckwheat with mushrooms. I also made "Unusual Apple Pie ..." it turned out great.
Today, or rather yesterday, I put in yogurt: 6% milk, sugar and natural activity. Mmmmmmmmmm, my son ate two jars, while the purchased one may not finish eating.

I cook all milk porridge on a multi-cooker (I have an old model and a delayed start on it). At first I cooked it at 90 degrees, then I started to set it at 100. But I ALWAYS put a double boiler just in case, and even a small plate on top. But there are no surprises

Thank you! I also have a delayed start on a multi-cook, although the model is new. Today I will try to cook with a double boiler at 90 degrees.

And in what mode does she have a temperature of 95 degrees? On the site they write that the porridge is 95, but it runs away so quickly that everything is 110-120 *. With extinguishing, the same picture.

And read the topics here and there! Because it YOUR choice. Compare the characteristics, which are more suitable. And also: "there is nothing like leather"... There are both + and - everywhere. No wonder that many here on the forum have more than one multicooker!
Squirry
Well
that's clear! I'm just afraid I won't master the whole topic, but the purchase is just already very relevant. I thought maybe someone can compare these two models - how do they compare with each other's functions and features. Well, or it would also be useful to read why you chose 517, what you lack in it, which is especially good, what to look for. I will be very grateful!
Mar_k
If you will, I will say for example the 517 model is no worse than the Redmont 4502! (I bought it for my mother and used it myself for a couple of weeks). It is also cheaper and has everything you need! I liked the bowl, with handles and when you bake, nothing sticks to it (baked both bread and biscuits). Condensate is collected there in a special collecting tank. And I used the bowl very conveniently, handles are a thing! For those who are the first to encounter CF, I think this is a very great option!
And about Floris, I read here that their cup is not so hot https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=158832.5440 post 5443 ...
