I think it's not a problem, it's a surprise toy. The main thing is delicious. I tried to sprinkle it with icing sugar that had already cooled down, as it seemed to me. I stayed until the morning. And then I had to put it in a bag, so the humidity inside probably increased and the powder was absorbed. And no one will allow it to dry up here

Fronya, baked in Brand 37501.

Tanyusha, thanks for the recipe!
I made the dough as it should be in glasses, not multi-glasses.
Vanillin was added to both the dough and the filling. I thought that there would be some kind of "pattern" on top, but no ... as I poured the dough and filling, it baked.

I also baked a cheesecake yesterday - very tasty. the only thing I can’t understand is why the dough turned out to be plasticine on the sides? I looked at the girls the same way - some had fluffy, and some thick. I will bake more than once. only add more sugar, we are sweet.
thanks for the recipe

Due to the fact that the dough is liquid, this is why such a side is obtained. Add more flour to the dough.
fronya40
Tanya, cool vatruha came out :-)
Checkmark, the last time I had dense sides, it did not affect the taste. but the cottage cheese is bomb! like a soufflé, right?
galka_exito
thanks for the advice. I will add flour - I will unsubscribe. and the cottage cheese filling is very tasty - I don't like cottage cheese, but I ate it.
and about the side - I also have chocolate on boiling water - I never went out in a slow cooker, only in a microwave. but maybe adding flour will save. in general, I will try. especially since the recipe is delicious
Hellena
Made a cheesecake "Fair".
Everything according to the recipe, only 1 spoon of cocoa, added raisins and vanilla sugar to the curd.
Baked for 1 hour 30 minutes on baking.

The recipe is excellent.
I baked in Vimar 164, Redmond 4507, and finally in Florochka.
The girl did a great job!

Wow! how does florochka bake? what's better?
It bakes the best (the fastest - 1 hour 10 minutes versus 1 hour 30 minutes) and the best crust is Redmond 4507.
But Florochka and Vimar 164 are at their best. It lags equally well for all pots. I don’t put paper.
Grease with butter and sprinkle with flour.

I have already baked three times and dived three times, I have some kind of cockroach settled down to make it a cheesecake
And I did everything according to the recipe, and corrected it (I added more flour to the dough). The taste is wonderful in any version, but the look is always the same quick cake

And I wanted, like Hellena's, so that only the middle of the curd could be seen a little. It would be like ice cream or whipped cream.
But for me, as I laid out the dough and filling, it was baked.

Aina, I measured everything in the dough not with a multi-glass, but with the usual 250 ml. glass.
Maybe the reason is also this. The dough was thicker.
m0use
And this is mine! Help yourself. I measured it with an ordinary glass, instead of butter - vegetable oil, and added lemon zest to the curd filling.

Yummy ... Barely won half for tomorrow, so my daughter's girlfriend is going to run in front of school for coffee with a cheesecake. I will still bake!
Oh, I forgot to say, I baked in Brand 502, 1 hour 10 minutes and 10 minutes on heating. The very thing

Probably, I'm doing something wrong, but I have all the cottage cheese on top. Even at the beginning, doubts began to plague - 1 cup of flour and half a glass of sugar for the dough, and 0.5 kg of cottage cheese for the filling, a glass of sour cream, half a glass of sugar. That is, the filling is 3 times more than the dough. As a result, the fears were confirmed - the dough is inside, the filling is outside. The dough turned out not very liquid, the filling is thinner. In principle, it turned out not bad, so to speak, in a peculiar way. Add raisins to the filling - and now, ready-made Easter cake.

fronya40
I don’t know what’s wrong .... did you put cottage cheese in one pile? I spoon by spoon in one place. though my cottage cheese was not liquid ...
AlexeyU
Stir cottage cheese with sugar and egg with a mixer, added sour cream, semolina - mixed again. Naturally, it will be liquid. I put it in the middle with a spoon, only to the point if it covered the dough completely by 1.5 - 2 centimeters (I already shared my guesses that a glass of flour 160 g and 500 g of cottage cheese + a glass of sour cream - the volumes are different. , volume 160 gr)
m0use
Alexei, in my opinion, the reason is not in the curd filling, but in the dough itself. It should turn out to be quite liquid, like for pancakes, so the curd filling (I also often have a liquid one) sinks in it. And your dough fell into such a lump, so the cottage cheese and doused it on top You got a unique cheesecake on the contrary
Oh, just now I noticed that you put sour cream in the curd filling, and it goes into the dough according to the recipe, here you have a cheesecake and "turned over" ...
AlexeyU
Well, yes, the dough is not runny, but not thick either. Rather, it is very viscous. It is denser in density than the filling. And how can you dilute it - add some water or finish off the egg?
m0use
Nothing, if you do it exactly according to the recipe (sour cream in the dough !!!), it will be normal. There are many of us and we have all done more than once, there were no punctures And you will succeed !!
AlexeyU
I did not write correctly - the sour cream went into the dough, only the sour cream was thick (otherwise a glass of flour and 2 eggs - the dough will be a lump, but my dough is viscous, but not liquid).
AlexeyU
I'll try to dilute sour cream with milk so that it is thinner. I will do - unsubscribe. But in any case, I already know what to do for Easter.
m0use
This is our way !! Optimists make everything tastier
fronya40
AlexeyU, sorry, I didn't see your message. Sour cream in the dough is generally, av, egg cottage cheese, sugar, semolina. That's because of this, and damn lumpy :-), once again carefully review the recipe, and do everything as written. I also sometimes confuse something :-),
AlexeyU
I made it in a new way, diluted the sour cream with milk, so that the dough was thinner (someone wrote - as for pancakes). Poured into a cartoon, cottage cheese immediately to the bottom, all the rank of a plane tree. I set the time like last time. The result is not baked. Was more like an omelet. I put extra time (in the end, somewhere around 2 hours). The lower crust is thinner and even slightly dried, the upper one is thicker and remained unbaked. When I took it out of the saucepan, I turned it upside down and because of this, the upper crust, being from the bottom, became dense. When the cheesecake cooled down, the curd filling apparently settled, and the cheesecake became saggy by itself. In principle, they ate. It seems that even nothing, as I already wrote, resembled an omelet. Share your thoughts, what did you do wrong? If we compare the first and second experiments, then the first one I liked more. Yes, the filling did not fall into the dark dough, but it looks more like a cake, you can safely take a piece in your hand without fear that it will fall apart.
fronya40
I don't understand, why did you dilute sour cream with milk? why not do everything strictly according to the recipe? make the dough, put it in a bowl greased with sl. oil. make a curd mass - cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, semolina, I use a blender, and spread it with a spoon. All. Baking, in Liberton I baked 2 cycles, in Polaris Floris 1 cycle ...
irman
I constantly make this cheesecake, it always works. Tanya respect and respect.
fronya40
Ira, dear, thank you, dear! I often do it myself, it seems like it's both healthy and tasty at the same time :-)

Quote: fronya40
I don't understand, why did you dilute sour cream with milk?
If not diluted, then the dough is very viscous, thick. The filling does not fall through and it turns out what I described in the first message with the photo (filling on top). I did it several times - each time the filling was on top. Someone said that the dough should be like pancakes - and this is achieved only by increasing the moisture content of the dough, that is, by banal dilution (in my case, I diluted it with milk), and it doesn't matter - dilute the sour cream with milk and mix the finished mixture with flour and the rest of the raw materials or put separately - the result is the same. I don't know, maybe you have liquid sour cream, that's why the dough turns out thinner. If I do everything according to the recipe, the dough is thick and viscous.
fronya40
The dough is not like pancakes, but viscous. I beat eggs with sugar as a cream turns out, then pour sour cream there, but sometimes kefir poured. with sour cream is better. Once instead of draining. poured vegetable oil. it was always good ...
