Cooking method

  • I read, I read the recipes, and decided to write my own, which was cooked by both my mother and my grandmother, which I love so much that I only thought about it, and my mouth water is flowing. With the acquisition of a multicooker, cooking cabbage has become so easy that everyone can handle it. And I decided to share with you.
  • First, I cook the broth with whatever I want, mainly chicken or beef, in the MV broth 3 liters with meat, washed millet, finely cut potatoes into cubes (5-7 mm each), passivated onion into cubes and carrots into strips, tomato juice (no paste I love, and you yourself decide what to put), salt, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, and turn on the "soup" program for 1 hour by default. I put the cabbage, I look at the density as much as I want, that would be thick, but not porridge. I chop cabbage in a food processor into 5 mm cubes, or I used to grate it before. When the time is up, I pour my creation into a saucepan, squeeze one clove of garlic and herbs there.
