yes exactly the same, I have two multi-baked goods the same principle.
nimart
fronya40, thanks, it turned out very tasty
Dotsya decorated with a bagel

not on cocoa, but with jam, based on Lucia's "bun for jam"
i.e
I poured half a glass of about jam into a bowl, there is half a teaspoon of hp soda and lemon on the tip of a knife, since the jam is not sour
then I make cottage cheese: 400 g with two eggs, sugar-blender, then there starch and cinnamon
in a bowl of jam 1 egg, rast. butter, sugar, 100g sour cream --- with a blender for a few minutes, and there a glass of flour (0.7 millet, a / c and hot rye)
baking 45 minutes, and 30 minutes heating with half of the valve and 10 minutes with the lid closed, then 30 minutes cooled in a saucepan

fronya40 , Tanya, I am doing my bit in a series of thanks for the recipe. I took it to the bookmarks a long time ago, and only baked it today. Delight! Simplicity! THE BEAUTY!!! Baking in a multicooker Polaris PMC 0517 AD. The standard program was enough for me Bakery products 50 minutes + stood on Heating for 12 minutes (did not hear a squeak) I will do more and more.
And here are the reports:

Tanya, - a beautiful tasty recipe, a bright name I'm leaving, singing This fair of paints, multi-colored dances ...

eh, tomorrow again for bread and water, but ate

Thank you very much for the recipe! I cooked in a multicooker "Dex" -50. Rose high, but then "blown away" Tell me, please, can I add some flour next time? And one more thing: whipped the cottage cheese with a blender, and it turned out to be liquid. Maybe this is the reason? the taste is not reflected. Ate instantly
fronya40
I always did it strictly according to the recipe, nothing fell off .... the cottage cheese also became watery. but usually I put it in one pile, and it creeps out like that ... maybe you turned it off early? I baked it in Orion for 50 + 30 minutes, and in Liberton 2 cycles.
blush
I baked two cycles of 45 minutes each. In dexa-50, baking is 45 minutes and you cannot change the time. Can. it was necessary to give the cheesecake the opportunity to cool in the cartoon, and then take it out
Marant
I came to say a huge thank you to the author of the gorgeous recipe
The cheesecake is just great. Baking in Panasonic 50 + 30 min.
Today, instead of baking powder, I put 1 tsp. soda and a little citric acid crystals. Cocoa put 1 tbsp. l .. Cools down in anticipation of his son from work.
I'll figure out how to insert a photo - I'll add it.
Alfik_Elena
Hello girls! The recipe is really simple! Mixed dough and filling in just 30 minutes! Right now I'm waiting for the result !! Thank you very much for the recipe!

Everything worked out ! but the photo cannot be inserted !!

how my cheesecake turned out in dex 50, a little blown away:

baking 45 minutes, and 30 minutes heating with half of the valve and 10 minutes with the lid closed, then 30 minutes cooled in a saucepan

my opinion, the thinner the cottage cheese, the longer it takes to cool in the cartoon
read how we make cheesecakes and cottage cheese casseroles, cool in a cartoon for a long time, then also in the refrigerator for a long time

... Yes, you won't lose weight here! I liked this cheesecake so much, I don't have time to bake it. True, they said: straight cake!
Karolina
And I liked it better when, immediately after baking, it cools down on a steam plate, and not in a cartoon, and my cottage cheese is not thick. And when it cooled down in the cartoon (I have a Cuckoo), it was blown away, not critical, but still it became firm.

Finally, my children helped me transfer a photo from my phone to a computer. Here it is my very first cheesecake, now I don't even know how many of them I baked! There is not enough kakava here, but it is tasty all the same! Another 100 miles thanks!

Tell me, in those photos where the cheesecake is completely brown outside and white inside - did you pour the rest of the dough on top of the curd? After all, if all the dough is poured onto the bottom, and the curd part on it and that's it, this will not work!
fronya40
no. you put cottage cheese in the middle with a spoon and it will blur itself so beautifully
Alfik_Elena
It turns out like that, I just poured it into the middle and that's it
Rosette
What a good recipe. One of these days I will try to do it.
Regarding the subsidence of the cheesecake, I read that eggs cannot be beaten for a casserole (and here is the same principle). Eggs are added to the curd one at a time and gently mixed. With beaten eggs, casseroles rise well, but then settle well
fronya40
Well I do not know. When I used to bake casseroles in a glass form in the oven, no one settled anywhere, but due to the whipped proteins, it was like a biscuit, and I did not put the baking powder there.
Vitalinka
Thanks for the delicious cheesecake! I added raisins and lemon zest to the filling, baked in MV Delfa - 50 minutes.

fronya40
Yes, I've already seen! just a beauty turned out - so even!
Swifta
Thanks for the delicious recipe! Baked in MV Delfa 50 + 30 minutes. But, apparently, less is possible. It turned out VERY TASTY and unusual. There are no pictures, because there is nothing to take pictures. Here I sit, overeating, puffing and stroking my stomach, the shop is not cracked, the patamushta is very full. Nooo, no way to show me such tasty recipes, I don't know the measure.

Tanya, the recipe says the baking time is 50 + 30. I'm new to you, please explain, do we bake for 120 min or 50 and + 30 min on the heat?

While Tanya is gone, can I answer?
50 + 30 is the baking time, but it depends on which multi you will bake. In one there may be a lot, and in the other, even so little.
SHURSHIK *
Thank you very much, very on time !!!!! but how to understand a lot or a little? by trial and error? I bake in Polaris.
fronya40
I was resting, so excuse me ... how to learn a lot or a little? you need to know how many bakes your cartoon in general? mine is written bakes 50 minutes (Liberton) - but this time is never enough. In dex I am sure - this is one cycle, as in Orion I baked for 50 minutes.
SHURSHIK *
Thanks for the answer, mine bakes for at least 30 minutes, and a maximum of 4 hours. Here I baked a cheesecake for 120 minutes, it seemed like a lot. Rough, or something, it turned out to be overcooked, maybe because it cooled down with the lid closed, and fell off a little. Next time I'll try 50 min.
Malva
Thanks for the recipe, Tanyusha! For a long time I swung at this cheesecake and finally made up my mind. Everything seemed confusing. Baked in the Comfort pressure cooker. What can I say ... Very delicate dessert. The curd feels like cream, tender and kind of oily. The dough itself is dense, even slightly crunches on the bottom, but did not burn) The most important thing is that everything is stirred and laid very quickly, without unnecessary dances with tambourines. The kids liked the cheesecake, I liked the granny, I liked it, the cats liked it too)) Thank you from us
fronya40
Mavochka, thank you, yes, I completely agree, no problems and such a delicious :-)
ychilka
And tell me, please, how many ml is in one of your multi-glass. I want to bake such beauty in the oven.
fronya40
200. if the faceted glass is a finger smaller. The first time I did-measured with ordinary glasses (I didn't finish reading the recipe), it turned out perfectly too.
Summer
Well, what can I say about this cheesecake? It’s a pity .... very, very, immensely sorry that I swayed for so long ... so by the time it was wasted without this tasty
Fronya, thank you very much for the wonderful recipe!

Good evening, tell me how much soda instead of baking powder; there is not enough porous dough on the baking powder (I could not insert a photo)
fronya40
a teaspoon quenched with vinegar. why didn't it fit on baking powder? maybe he's not very good? I do not cook a jubilee with soda at all, I pour in a bag of baking powder-a tablespoon, the result is always good. I bake often.
KatRin
And in the oven will you get this yummy?
fronya40
but why not. of course it will work :-)

Girls. I also suddenly decided to bake it today. Current, she still hot left for permanent residence in the city of Sevastopol. But I was given the honest word that when they start to eat it, they will take a picture of me in a cut.
Hopefully the students will not be deceived. I baked it in Dex 60. I made 15% from the store for 600 g of cottage cheese. The dough was therefore increased by 1 egg and a couple of tablespoons of sour cream, butter and a little of the rest.
I set the time for 1 hour 35 minutes, but 10 minutes before the end (I still had time to get to the bus in time) I opened it and saw that it was completely dragged on and all the cottage cheese was inside. Therefore, it didn’t come out like a cheesecake, but it was lush, and already bounced under the finger. And since it was ready, I turned it off and immediately pulled it out so that it could at least cool off on the road.
I added dried cranberries to the curd filling and just laid out one cranberry on top of the dough itself. It should be delicious. And I had it high until the very last division in the saucepan of the multicooker.

Perhaps this bag fails a second time ... but how to check? (Except for the expiration date)
