Ingredients

Milk (water) 250 ml
Butter 25 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Baking powder 2 tsp
Wheat flour, premium 80 g
Wheat flour 2 s 270gr

Cooking method

  • Put milk (water) at room temperature in a bucket of a bread machine, add softened butter and then all the other ingredients. Set it to Whole Wheat, Wholemeal, or Crispy Bun. The crust is medium.
  • Wheat bread of 2 varieties

3 hours 40 minutes

What a beautiful bread !! Here's where to get 2 grade flour? Add bran? And another question - tell me, does the use of butter not "crumble" the bread? (Does the bread crumble too much when cutting?) I took it to the tabs, thanks!

I buy flours 1 and 2, whole grain from the Internet. But, if you can cook it at home, it's just great!
