Hearty salad

Ingredients

Boiled heart (I had pork) 250g
Tomato (large) 1 PC.
Bulgarian pepper 1/2 pc
Champignons (larger) 2-3 pcs.
Cheese (any hard) 100g
Fresh herbs
Salt pepper taste
Refueling
balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
mustard (like French) 1 tbsp. l.
honey 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Cut the heart into strips, tomato and pepper into cubes, mushrooms into thin plates. The cheese, if desired, can be grated, you can "trim" larger with a vegetable peeler.
  • Prepare the dressing: mix all the ingredients (you can use a homemade fork), or you can use a blender whisk (then the sauce will be thicker and more homogeneous).
  • Pour the dressing over the salad, sprinkle with herbs and serve! Bon Appetit
